We had a WONDERFUL experience here. Bought 2 Groupons, great deal, well worth it. Owner is VERY nice and will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. All the employees were very sweet, we worked with Sydney on both visits and she was a doll. Her nail art is really exceptional! We purchased the Cotton Candy spa pkg.

My girls had awesome time during their first visit to Sweet and Sassy! The staff was friendly and did a great job at making my girls feel very special. We will definitely be back again!

I was less than impressed! My experience was very disappointing! I took my 4 year old to get her ears pierced. They asked her to pick earrings from the selection then told her they didnt have that pair in stock. They didnt have the solution we were supposed to get, they didnt take her picture and give her a certificate as advertised. I was willing to pay for the overpriced earrings because of the experience but it was not as expected. I would not recommend to a friend because it was not worth the price and was not as advertised.

I was going to rate it 2 stars, but our party lead was AWESOME. I wish I could remember her name to give her props, sadly I cannot. Also, I bought a Groupon for a 5 girl party and I brought 4 so Im glad I didnt pay full price. It was $95 for the Groupon and another $30 prepaid gratuity.While the young woman who took care of my daughter and her friends for her 10th birthday party was wonderful, very talkative and appropriate and did a great job with their nails and her best effort at their hair, the place was PACKED. Overly so. I get that it was a Saturday afternoon, but there werent even enough chairs in all of the different areas for every girl who was being serviced to sit. After my girls had their fingers and toes painted, over an hour had passed and it was time for their up-dos. Fortunately my daughter got her hair braided, some flowers pinned in and a heavy spray down with glitter which made her happy, the other girls in our party however, pretty much got one or two neon colored nylon clip in braids attached to their head and were about to be sent on their merry way. I could see how disappointed they were so I grabbed a handful of the flower things, stuck them in their hair and gave them all a good spray of the glitter hairspray before they were rushed out of their seats to make them feel like they had something done and they were pleased.It was too crowded, rushed, expensive and not particularly clean. The girls had a pretty good time. Well never go back, especially if I had to pay full price. Its pretty much a been there, done that situation.

My daughter went there today and LOVED it. Great service and an excellent experience.

This place is thE WORST PLACE TO HAVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY. They tottaly rushed my birthday party and it was sooo LAME!!! I didnt even get to cut the cake because the so calledd limo driver was WAITING. SO MUCH FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY.
