I’ve rented lawn equipment from Home Depot and Chet’s Rent-All on Crooks Rd (no pun intended) bad experiences at both. Sunbelt exceeded my expectations, they had a rare overseeder that’s much reliable and efficient that the ones at Home Depot and much cheaper that Chet’s. Sunbelt is $54 day, Chet’s $135...I had a small issue and without even asking they charged me 50%. They have excellent customer service and top-notch equipment. They have earned a customer for life. At Chet’s Rent-All I felt they were doing me a favor and rude.

Sunbelt is an excellent company. But the way I was treated by the Novi location was horrible. Cody, the service guy at the desk, offered a horrendous service. I will not rent from this location ever. Cody is unprofessional, and he talks down to the customers. Other sunbelt locations don’t operate this way, only the novi store with Cody at the front desk. He is very demanding and unapologetic.

Everyone at Sunbelt was wonderful to work with! They answered every question, helped us find the best equipment for what we needed and made pick up/rental easy. Price was the best we found as well, I would recommend them anytime!

Great people and awesome service.... they really helped me out. I rented a bed edger..great price, awesome service. the only draw back is I wish they were open till six during the week....your average homeowner works till five.other than that they are great

I have been trying to rent a lift deck trailer for 5 months from this location and they keep saying they will call me when one is available. I never received a call back from a guy named Cody, so I would call once a month and get the same story, they will call me back when one is available. I finally rented one from the Midland branch and they did what they said they would do. They had a trailer the next day. This location was useless.

Great service, in and out. Large selection of equipment and tools for rent. Would rate 5 stars but weve rented TONS of equiptment, tools, and machines and not a single hat or anything😂😂

Poor service. They rented us equipment with a dead battery. Then they said we r SOL. Chets would have came to the site and swapped the battery. Thanks Sunbelt... For nothing.
