Been renting from this Chets location since it opened years ago. Always treated like a valued customer and never had any issues with the equipment I rented. The office manager, Austin is a very courteous and knowledgeable professional that makes renting from Chets quick and easy.

I was surprised to see that there was any bad reviews whatsoever. The team that I dealt with both in the front office and in the back yard area were friendly and helpful. I would recommend renting from Chets.

Can you say discrimination I was there to rent a break and since I dont drive cuz Im blind in one eye they cant rent it to me what a joke my lawyer will be contacting you

Rented equipment from Chets in Novi twice and both times I have worked with Austin. Austin has been very professional and extremely helpful when determining the right type of equipment needed for the job. Will definitely rent from here again.

All of the employees there are first class. Make sure youre comfortable before leaving offering detailed instructions. Clean equipment that works great. We use them weekly and love them!

Pleasant to deal with, unfortunately it stopped there. The job site was an hour away when I was unloading I realized I was missing a heart of one of the pieces of equipment I rented, I called when they answer the phone I was told that oh I called right after you left and you didnt answer your phone? Later that afternoon I looked at my missed calls and realized he called an hour later and I did missed a call I was out of my truck on the job site an hour later so well I guess what Im saying is I understand people make mistakes everybody makes them but I truly dont like being lied to. Also if you figure I paid to have someone go to a different location there and back which was another hour wasted two men, my fuel and wasnt offered anyting when I return the equipment. So I guess the pros and cons the equipment worked fine clean work great so people make mistakes I got that I dont like being lied to and I spent money unnecessarily that I feel was really their responsibilities

Rented a floor scrubber for the day . Fast friendly service. worked awesome on warehouse floor.

A great place to rent all... Whether you need a leaf blower, snow blower, or something else, you can get it here. You probably cant rent a movie here tho

I was in here 3 weeks ago buying used scaffold. I came into the store today to spend another 1000 dollars on scaffold when i informed Anthony at the counter that he was mistaken about the price he had no customer service instead he was rude. When i informed him i was going to leave this review he got incredibly cocky and rude. Her told me my conversation was being recorded. I certainly hope it was so that the owner can review a thousand dollars walking out the door

They nickel and dime you for every second you have the tool. I️ will not be returning for business after an additional $144 dollars in fees that “was told I️ wouldn’t have to worry about” by the sales person when I️ rented the tools. Only to return them and get charged. There are plenty of other rental companies out there.
