Always have or can get the rental equipment our company needs, very good rental rates

We have purchased our equipment from this location for over 28 years. In the past few years, this place has gone downhill. The good support team we had come to know and love have been systematically let go by new management and replaced with people who frankly just do not care. It is unfortunate that we really have no other choices but to step away from the Case brand as there is no other local Case dealership to turn to. The new management here should not have let go the excellent support team their customers have learned to rely on.

We have dealt often with the parts department and have nothing but good to say. Mistakes happen, but even when they do, Southeastern in Novi goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of. Recommended!

Great sales experience, but horrible service! Our company purchased two skid steers from Southeastern and had numerous problems with both. We contacted the service department to schedule warranty work and never received a call back. Once they finally scheduled a time to drop off the machine it was the middle of the season and they could not give me an estimated time of completion and had no loaner machines! Needless to say we could not go without our machines so we made due until the season was over, only to find out that the warranty had expired and there was nothing they could do! They are awful at returning phone calls and very disorganized! Do yourself a favor and buy another brand!!
