THEY SAVED MY LIFE!!!I recently dropped my cell phone in a lake while hanging out with some friends over the weekend and my phone was completely soaked and would not power on. Friday night late i went to Verizon before they closed and they told me i wouldnt get a new phone until Monday and it would be $1309. Mind you, i have insurance.I dont have $1309 to spend on a new phone. I went to sleep and the next day i went to look for a new phone online.I came across this place and i saw they had some phones for sale so i went in and the guy asked me what happened to my old phone so i told him...He said we can probably fix it, let me see itso i gave him my phone and sat in the store and with in 20 minutes he came out and said i can fix it for you in 1 hour, it will only be $100 and i will give you a 3 month warrantyI broke down, i didnt know what to say or do to thank this man.My whole life is in my phone and i have no i cloud back up.My contacts, pictures, apps, banks, home security, EVERYTHING!After he fixed it, he kindly showed me how to back up my phone.These people are miracle workers and my phone is working great. I am so happy!My iPhone XS was thrown in the pool.It stopped working shortly after. Thank you Dillon and Tony!I dropped my iPhone 8+ a couple months back and the camera & flash completely stopped working. I was originally considering going to an actual Apple location but because of corona, theyre all closed. I finally got around to getting it fixed and saw the reviews for this place and called for details. Amazing customer service, super personable and informative, the call was answered almost immediately and a quote was given within minutes. Both my camera & flash were fully fixed, only cost me $100 which is more than worth it in my opinion considering my only other options were to get an entirely new phone for $800+ or to deal with an extremely inconvenient situation for who knows how long. I also came in with a cracked screen protector and they gave me a new one for free. I went in around 5 and the work was done by 7 which I was very happy with because I fully expected it to take at least a day or two. They even waited a bit for me to pick the phone up after having closed which was really nice. Overall an amazing, easy, and super fast experience, thanks again !!The best in the business everyone go here you will not be disappointed..

Wow. I got my screen fixed and battery replaced for $100! $65 for my screen and $35 for my battery. I read the reviews and I’m happy i came here. I was not sure at first but when i walked in i could just tell the place was clean and the guy was nice and seemed honest. I called another place and they told me $200 for both i figured I’d get a new phone for that price but when this guy told me this price i had to come. My phone is perfect now and the process was simple and fast. Phone repair made easy. Brilliant

I found this place online, went after work to see about my broken phone. I spoke with Anthony who took a look at it described my problem my phone was a black screen from dropping it. I had a cracked screen repair and the experience was pleasant. Unfortunately the screen protector had bubbles and now theres a tear less than 90 days and they wont fix it. Ill go elsewhere next time.

They will fix your phone to be 100% operational.The repair specialist tested my phone before he fixed it and once again after he fixed it.My face ID was not working when i broke my screen and he got it to work after other people told me it will never work again.The repair was around 25 minutes and the price was fair. I also got a glass screen guard for 50% off after the repair was done and i am 100% satisfied with this establishment.The word will be spread.

Terrible terrible customer service !! Brought my daughters iPad in as she broke the screen, they tested it while I was there, the iPad was working perfectly ( just over a year old ) they replaced the digitizer as soon as I got it it started shutting down and the screen they just replaced was lifting... brought it back they said it was a “ defective “ digitizerThey replaced that digitizer supposedly with a new one! Then the iPad started shutting down again, new screen again lifting .. brought back to store employee was super nice Anthony and said they would have to send it to another location to look at it... after over a week of me calling for updates the other location deemed it was a mother board issue! ( remember it was diagnosed and working fine other than cracked screen ) took it to Apple they said they have had several complaints about this location ! Apparently when opening it up they short a wire or something and blow the motherboard !! Evidently this happens here way too often and the replacement screens are of low quality for the $170 you pay! Contacted the store again asking for a refund for the repair as they caused the damage and the “ upper mgmt” refused to speak to me but only through his employees said it will not be refunded . After saying it was fine upon diagnosis and putting a faulty digitizer on it! Obviously Apple care is the way to go or buy a new iPad but DO NOT go here, the damage was worse off after getting the repair!!!

DO NOT Take your phones here. Brought my IPhone in to have the screen replaced, 2 days later my screen began acting up, glitching and being non responsive. I was in Miami for a week with no working phone, once I got back I brought it in and they said it’s on me to pay $100 to change the screen again because of a hairline crack in the LCD screen. Never dropped my phone or damaged the screen at all, told me it’s not covered under the warrantee do to “LCD Damage” literally 2 days after getting it fixed. So just paid $270 to have my screen replaced. These guys will scam you out of your money. Look elsewhere

They WILL repair your device to make it usable. But if they mess up anything in the process they have policies to ensure that its not on them its on you if something doesnt come out right like lifted up screen or a finger print scanner not working. Very unprofessional.Update after going somewhere else a couple days later: They applied my screen properly and everything works as it should. Cellular repair in novi is much better and cheaper

This place saved my life. I broke my phone screen last night at a party and the screen was completely smashed and shattered. I woke up early this morning and went to the apple store only to find out this fix would cost me $229 that i do not have and take 2 hours. I left and googled phone repair near me on my moms phone and this place showed up. I called and the guy seemed nice and told me to bring it in for an exact price but most likely around $150 by the way the damage sounds. I came in and it was even lower than what he said! They do not uphold to there warranty... Guess it was my charger that messed up the port but then said it was physcal damage done but could recharge me to do the charger port over and sell me a charger even said ok but what if this happens again who would be to blame since the charger was brought through the company.... i should of followed my first mind when it was fixed and did not charge on that same day of getting it fixed but i trusted this company never ever trust money grabbing folks that cant fix anything this is what you call scamming... go to T MOBLE SPRINT AT&T and just have a REAL PHONE COMPANY FIX IT OR BUY A NEW PHONE LESSON LEARNED ...GOD BLESS THIS COMPANY

Quick, friendly service at competitive prices.I walked in over lunch to have the screen repaired on my phone and was promptly greeted by a polite and professional repair technician. After explaining what I needed he notified me that it would be done in half an hour. When I told him that Id hang out until it was done he offered me a coffee and continued to chat with me during the repair. He finished 10 minutes early and my phone is as good as new now.

I purchased a used phone at this location. A gentleman named Fred helped with the sale. I took the phone to my service provider and they could not add service to my phone (even though it was unlocked and had a clean imei). I took the phone back to the store thinking I had just wasted my money. Happily, Fred helped me for hours talking with representatives trying to get service on the phone. He did not give up until he found a solution to the issue. I recommend this repair store to do business with. They are honest, good people. Ask for Fred when you visit.

Several months ago my screen cracked, it eventually caused my screen to turn black. I took a chance at getting the screen repair and it worked. They were able to get the part in quicker than they expected and had it fixed a day earlier. The staff was frendly and helpful. I have had no problems with the new screen and it cost me less then it would to use my insurance.
