I have an older laptop and broke the charging cord in it. I was told by the Geek Squad at Best Buy that they didnt want to ruin their tools by taking the piece out of my laptop. They sent me to another computer repair store that told me it would take over 10 minutes to fix. Looked up a different place online that said they couldnt help me and sent me to AITec. Took my laptop in and they fixed it in less than 2 minutes. They took the piece out in front of me, made the whole process look super easy. Beyond grateful for this place. Highly recommend. Wonderful service and the employees are really kind, super helpful, and get everything fixed in a timely fashion.

Its been about 6 years since Ive been to AiTec, thats why Ive only given them 3 stars instead of 5. But they impressed me so much back then that Ive never forgotten how much I preferred them over the geek squad or anyone else. Ill have a more relevant and current post soon, as I have 2 laptops and 2 desktops in need of inspection/repair. Regardless of time lost, I still recommend.
