My husband loves these ladies! They are the only place he will go too for his hair cut. They are all so nice and funny and great at what they do! We love them!! Highly highly recommend 1000%

I went to Ladies Garage as part of a wedding party group hair cut. The service was phenomenal and the hair cuts were of great quality. The ladies were social and comfortable with our active group. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good cut and atmosphere.

They had 1 barber, I signed a sheet, marking myself as the next in line for a cut. I waited for 45 minutes, then a guy who walked in got taken immediately, didn’t say anything just got taken. Terrabile service, I didn’t even get acknowledged. Don’t go there

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I had gone to the same barber from the time I was 2 until I was 27. When my barber told me he was retiring I was nervous to find someone new. I went to 12 different shops unhappy with each cut. Then I went to Lady’s Garage, and had my hair cut by Karina. That was 3 years ago and since that day I have been going back every 3 weeks since. Not only does she give me consistent, precise, fantastic hair cuts, but she’s extremely kind, funny, and caring. I look forward to every appointment!

I always do walk-ins, no appointments. Its super fast 90% of the time. 5-10 min of waiting and youre getting your haircut; however, if theyre too busy, they will either give you a return time within the hour or schedule you for another day.The haircut is always stylish, well executed, and very consistent from visit to visit. The employees are kind, talkative, and care about their shop and customers.

My son got a haircut there today. The worst haircut ever. I thought I was upgrading from Great Clips. Man was I wrong. I was very clear with the woman about what he wanted. I even showed her a picture! She butchered him. Embarrassing. Uneven, too short, no blend. I specifically told her to leave length in the front. She took it right up to his hairline. I didn’t think I’d have to stand beside my 15 year olds chair at this point. Had I known she’d do what she did I would have. He even told to her he wanted to keep length in the front. He looks like a 6 year old with a bad haircut. Can’t even be fixed. Never again!! Could have done better myself. Great Clips is a 5 star salon compared to this place !!

Terrible, will never go there again. I asked them to not touch the top of my head what so ever, i just wanted a trim around the sides and back. what do they do? take all the length and thickness off the top. i have a interview in two days. 0/10 would not recommend.

This has been the best place I have went for a haircut by far. Rachel is my preferred stylist and has given me a perfect haircut and shave every time I go. My favorite part is the scalp massage before I get my haircut. The few extra dollars I pay for a short time of relaxation makes me want to go get my haircut more often. Rachel is professional and makes you feel like you are her only customer. I greatly appreciate the time she takes to make sure I have a great haircut experience.

I have been coming to Ladies Garage for about 6 years now, even before they were called Ladies Garage. Although the name, location, and staff has changed a bit over the years, the quality of my customer experience has remained outstanding. I have never once received a bad haircut, and I have probably gotten a haircut from every stylist, who are all fantastic at what they do. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, and they will always accommodate your styling requests. I constantly recommend Ladies Garage to my friends and would to anyone looking for a quality haircut for a fair price.

The service is excellent, the customer service is excellent, and the staff always makes you feel welcome! I have been getting my haircut here for years, both at this building and when they were just east of Meadowbrook. They are always busy for a reason! Everyone who has cut my hair here has done a great job. The price is higher than some of the cheap places, but not near the prices that you pay at other high end places. You will not find anywhere in the local area near as good who doesnt charge twice as much!

Everyone at Ladies Garage treats you great when you come in to get a haircut and make you feel welcome. They take their time and give you a high quality cut. Get a scalp massage and shave to wind down from a long day. My boys also come in to get their hair cut with me. They even braided my daughters hair when they were not too busy.

When I went here 1st time, this shop offered me a promotion $10 hair cut. The stuff was professional. I didnt worry about anything at all even when it was 1st time to go to haircuts in the US, and I am not good at speaking English. The stuff was kind, and she was tolerant to repeat something to say due to my difficulty to listen English. Additionally, some stuff was able to speak Japanese little bit, and that was helpful Japanese customers to order hair style. I will go here again.

My husband, Fred, has been patronizing the owners establishments, both here and as a Lady Janes franchisee, for nearly a decade. He always makes an appointment. Twice recently, including today, hes been made to wait as walk-ins walk in. He finally walked out after waiting 20 minutes. He was early, but the person who he had the appointment with was cutting a persons hair who did not have an appointment. His appointment was at noon. He arrived a few minutes before noon, and she was already cutting.Is that any way to run a business? Hes going to look elsewhere.PostScript - the owner left voicemail for my husband. She complained about my review; no apology or offer to make things right. Nice.

Terrible. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and worker didnt seem to even acknowledge it. Just gave me what she wanted to give me. Fade wasnt even on each side and said shed take a little off the top but she took most of it. Didnt even take me seriously. Not to mention fade didnt look anything like what it looked like in the photo. Disgrace. Who gave her a license?

They do such a great job on both little boys and grown mens cuts but beyond that they treat you like family. We drive over 40 minutes each way because when it comes to a good quality cut for an amazing value it is worth it.

I went into here after being turned down by 2 different hair places saying that i couldnt get my haircut because they had other appointments. I finally came into here and am i glad i did though the wait was a little long the people waiting were checked up on and offered drinks, finally when i was up i told karina i was looking for a new style immediately karina, the owner, and person who cut my hair had suggestions. I left with a new style and i know i will definitely be back.

Usually very happy with this place, but 2 of the last 3 times have been a complete disappointment. Last vist, haircut was awful, and for the first time ever, service was bad. Place was very busy, and the job was poorly done and rushed.
