I called Supercuts today to make a last minute appointment to get my hair cut. They took me right away. This was my first time at Supercuts. Sara cut my hair and I absolutely love it. Beyond having a great personality, she did a phenomenal job. I will most definitely be getting my hair done more often. Thank you Sara!!!!

Fadi is absolutely wonderful. He has been cutting my son’s hair for a few years. My son only wants him to cut his hair. This means a lot because my son is autistic and really bonded with him.He is great with kids and is a joy to talk to as well.They do eyebrow waxing as well. Selection of hair care products are abundant as well. We love the Tea Tree products by Paul Mitchell

Walked in and told them to trim it a little and they shaved off all of my hair and ruined family pictures for me. Very disappointed and angry.

I was a little worried at first going due to pandemic but after going it was not bad at all. They have done a great job. The girl who cut my hair was great. I will definitely go back next month.

Horrific! I got my haicut 2.5 months ago & still angry! Everybody that saw the results gasped or laughed. I explained to Mary, a black lady, what i wanted. She looked confused and said i dont know whats goin on here. (Regarding my hair). For context my hair is cut every month or so at a different Supercuts, and no more than 3 long. I had just explained and told her 3x i was trying to grow out the sides, and only wanted the hair on the sides trimmed around the ears. She totally ignored everything I just told her and quickly buzzed the side of my head as close as possible. When i screamed at her and told her to stop, she said she had to even it out. I walked out looking like little rocketman-kim jun un! I initially took pictures for a formal complaint but then decided that I would never go to Supercuts again, and that my hair would grow back. Today i received my monthly haircut reminder. Again I am still angry. I wish I had complained earlier. I would have probably saved others the same fate.

I scheduled appointment and i got booking email confirmation but when i arrived hair stylist Fed says i have to wait becoz someone just walked in. i asked then why i am booking my appointment online and you dont honor, Fed answer is we dont care and he was very rude telling customers and making fun of me.i will never recommend this place to anyone as long as Fed is working, third time he did this to us and he is super arrogant person.not sure why their website says schedule appointment when their staff dont honor..horrible place

I have been coming to this location for years and they are great with my two boys. They are now fully staffed so we call ahead and usually all three of us are cut and done at about the same time which is great for our busy schedules. I can say I am very pleased with the customer service here and would definitely recommend this place to a friend

Fadi has always done a good job but today there was a new woman there today who shaved my sons head. He normally gets a 3 on top and 2 on the sides (the other people have found this info in the computer). She didnt consult with me before shaving his head. He is crying and so upset. What makes me most mad is that she didnt apologize to me or my crying son. Instead, she told me that he told her he wanted it that way (not true). If I wanted his head shaved, I could have saved $17 and done it myself.

My son loves this place, as it is very personalized and they actually listen to what the client wants. I forgot the barbers name, but he does an amazing job with kids!

I always use their app to get my name on the list an hour or so ahead of time and I rarely need to wait more than few minutes after getting there. And the haircut is always a great job everytime.

First time going, it was EXELLENT!!!!! I love this place!!!

I left with my 2 kids who needed haircuts. The 2 stylists barely acknowledged us, worked very slowly and when one stylist turned to the other to ask for help with a cut, I knew it was time to leave.Ive had good cuts for my daughter from one young stylist (forgot her name, but she worked early in the morning), but after so many times having to wait forever, we started going elsewhere. We returned today because I figured thered be no wait since they closed in an hour. I was wrong. I doubt I will be returning because of this.

Good location but wrong billing, fruad : Fadi did a simple hair cut and I have a coupon for $10.99 and I gave a tip of $2, total $12.99 but on my card he charged me $21.99 . After my card statement I quested him Fadi says I gave a him a tip of $11 and hair cut is $10.99 . Total fruad in billing . I am not going to them again . We all need to watch out how they bill their customers .

It’s 7:10 and both the sign and google states it’s opened til 9:00pm. Door is locked and guy at the counter gives me a thumbs down. If you’re not open. Change your sign.

Worst haircut I have ever received, had to go to another barber the next day to get it straighten out. I ask to have it cut a certain length and he said have you ever been to supercuts before, I said no and he said well this is the way we do it and will start at this length and go from there. Should have known better at that point but was to late he had already taken a swipe.

Great spot, the guy actually takes his time to give you the kind of haircut you want, truly appreciated. Will be returning!

Worst hair salon, I have ever been to. The guy messed up hair so much that I had to get almost bald look. Avoid this location if you can.They do not even follow the order of appointment, we had scheduled appointment from home (using online). My son was supposed to be next, and she just took someone else. They just pick and choose.

I guess Im kind of pleased the reviews are so bad, because it might discourage people and prevent a line. I like my person here so much that I wont tell you her name. She already has a wait on the days she works and should she ever leave I suppose I will be forced to become a Nazirite.

I came to his place because there was a $4 coupon ... but man what can I tell you ! The haircut I had here was so bad that I almost had to shave after I came back. Absolutely avoid this place !!!

Came in because the place I wanted to take my kids to get their haircut at, snipits on 8& Haggerty was closed/out of business. Thought Id give it a try as I new the Experience from my last visit(bout 5 years ago) was decent. Overall, the customer service was subpar and haircut(s) avg. They are very nosy with new customers and old. From the minute you check in to the time you leave they want everyone in the groups first and last name address and telephone number along with email addresses. Which is OK, except not everyone wants to give that stuff out(they want a 9 year olds details) and my elderly mom sitting in the waiting area?? Dont get me started on how talkative and nosy they are during the haircuts! Very weird group there!

Person doing haircut was impatient and rude

Long waits, understaffed, cuts are not ave to poor, depending on the stylist. Grew my hair for 7 months to have it ruined and go get it all cut off somewhere else. Avoid

No respect for others time and rude. It says no appointments are necessary but I walked in 20 min before close and was told they cant do it and there was no one else in line.I guess they dont like to have more customers.

Walk in while my husband was in Kroger. Sat for 10 min while she finished with a client only to be told Well I literally have a client coming in any minute for a color then I have a cut after that so I can help you in a couple hours. Why did you let me sit there for 10 min only to tell me you cant do anything for me?! I didnt realize it was by appointment oh thats right ITS NOT!!
