This place is the worst with costumer service. Had my car for two weeks and never called to give me updates until I called them and also didn’t even fix my car! Said they couldn’t find what was wrong with it, took it to another mechanic and they fixed it right away. Such a waste of time and lost two weeks worth of wages from work.
Customer Service is great really great at this location. Service is as well.
My lease experience at Feldman Chevrolet was disappointing in the least. I have never left a dealership with a pit in my stomach until I leased my truck from them. Initially, I was referred to Feldman from a friend who has been buying cars from Feldman for years and spoke highly of them. I came in looking to test drive a Colorado ZR2 Midnight/Dusk edition. I worked with the salesman Danny and his assistant, Francis. He didnt have one in stock so they let me drive a similar non-special edition ZR2 model. After the test drive I was given talk of a lease pull-ahead and rebates on a ZR2 without the special edition features. However, I DID want the special edition from the factory and I suggested a truck at another dealership to be brought in but was told he could take any ZR2 and add the parts to make it a special edition. I wasnt feeling comfortable about the deal and I left to do more research on the truck. I searched the inventory of neighboring state dealerships to find the Special Editions and found 2 that I was interested in. I returned to Feldman to discuss having one of these trucks delivered and I would lease it. Again, I was talked out of that option and told they had a ZR2 nearby that could have all the special edition parts put on after market. It was also a demo with around 3000 miles on it. The truck actually had 3841 miles on it. I was given a choice by Danny to sign a deal on a 36k lease (minus the current mileage) for a payment that was not worth paying for a non-special edition. I questioned the additional current miles being subtracted from the 36k lease and was told that Chevy doesnt add on the already used miles to a lease and I would only have around 32,000 miles to drive on my 36k lease. With high sales pressure and much hesitation I decided to lease a truck I never physically saw without the special edition tag and adding on the rims and roll bar with lights. The parts were expected within a week. I lost sleep that night over the deal I made. I arrived the next day to pickup the truck and asked to speak with the manager. A manager came out and I explained how I was uncomfortable with the short mileage lease. He said hed work on it and give me a full 12k miles a year. He never returned and couldnt be found. When I asked my salesperson where the manager was Danny took over and tried to work through with me. After about 45 minutes of back and forth we came up with a deal that made more sense. I left with my truck that evening and was told that I would be bringing the truck back in within a week for the additional parts to be installed. After checking with Danny multiple times, the parts came in 3 weeks later and I dropped the truck off to have them installed. They gave me a loner vehicle while it was in the shop. I was told it would take a day or two. 4 Days later I hadnt heard anything and contacted the service advisor. He said that the rims just arrived, Danny ordered the wrong part to attach the lights. When I asked why there was such a delay on these parts I only received the response It should be here within a week. I just made my second payment on my lease and I still dont have the truck I asked for. Its a shame that this was my first Chevy buying experience and also my last. I have been a happy Ford customer for years and I will be returning to them for my next purchase/lease.
Horrible customer service. Was told I would get my second key in the mail and it never came. When I asked about it they said,”I can’t see anything in here for that.” Was told I had 2 free oil changes and when I called for that it was the exact same answer. Don’t take their word for anything. Make sure you get everything they “said” they would give you in writing.
