I have been taking my vehicles to Dave at Apex Motors for years. I have never experience the service and expertise that I get from Dave and his staff at APEX anywhere else. Also, the owner Dave is a great guy and family man who will take the time to explain to you what he is doing with your vehicle even though his time is in great demand. The only reason I own used Mercedes is because I know APEX will keep them in top shape and running for a long time. This is a fact. I see a review here on Google that gave APEX one star. It seems from someone who did not even have his car serviced at APEX. I disregard a review like that when you see 5 stars reviews from someone like me who is a long time very happy customer.

What can I say, Dave and Burt deliver excellent service, great value. They are almost enough to warrant getting another Benz just to use them for service.

Spoke on the phone with an employee of this company. He was RUDE, CONDESCENDING, ARROGANT, ENTITLED, and basically told me he doesnt care at all about my Mercedes C250. Maybe if I had an S63 AMG he would value ME MORE?!? HMM! LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

APEX was able to do same-day service of the starter / solenoid on my 07 Mercedes Sprinter, allowing me to leave for trip on-time. Great shop, high quality work, no nonsense. Will absolutely be back, and recommend everyone who needs service to check them out

Dave and the team at APEX are top notch, reliable, fair priced and above all, honest! You wont find a more knowledgeable Mercedes mechanic in the greater Bay Area. Quick story, when my mother passed away up in Oregon we were out doing the grocery shopping for the dinner after the service when my niece locked our keys in the trunk shortly after loading it full of the food for the dinner. Our only spare key was back at home in the Bay Area. I called Dave and he spent the better part of an hour and a half walking me through different ways to try and reset the system to pop the trunk. Who does that??? Happy to report we got the trunk open and food home safely in time for the after-service dinner that evening. Dave - You are the BEST!!!

They are only persons who works on my Mercedes CL500 and R350. I inspected and ran aviation maintenance facilities all over the US and Korea, I know a good shop when I see one. You will not be disappointed if you have Dave and Bert do the work on your car. They are fair, honest and dont waste you money when it comes to making your car right.

Dave is wonderful and is an expert on any possible Mercedes issue one could possibly have! After years of many repair shops all playing trial and error, it is so refreshing to find one that really knows what they are doing and gets it done efficiently. I really appreciate Dave as he has chosen not to be greedy and be a jack of all trades, but instead a true Master at Mercedes! And I am thankful that Jeff at Matt and Jeffs Car Wash sent me to Apex.

Great Mercedes-Benz specialized shop. Main mechanic seems to be a guru judging by the many awards proudly displayed on the waiting area. Price was more that reasonable for a pre-purchase inspection of a prospect vehicle. If you are near the area, this is the place to take your Mercedes to.

APEX is the shop I currently take my 2014 Mercedes Benz CLA250 to for maintenance/repair. Ive taken my vehicle in to multiple shops around Marin County, as well as Mercedes Benz of Marin and Mercedes Benz of San Francisco; Ive come to learn that APEX is more honest and reliable than all of the above. Owner Dave Ball charges a reasonable price, and the services rendered are first-rate. Dave tells it like is, and wont sugar-coat anything for you, which I very much appreciate. Ive also never felt like I was being taken for a fool (even though I am basically a fool when it comes to auto maintenance/repair). The shop is very unassuming from the outside, but you know that old saying. When I move away from Novato, I am still going to take my vehicle to APEX; you cant put a price on trust.
