Whoever was driving tractor PT4402 on 480 east thru Cuyahoga County on 8/20/21 between 10:15-10:45 pm needs to be re-trained. Driving 70-80 mph on a 60 mph freeway, constantly changing lanes/driving in the hammer lane. Failure to maintain a lane, changing lanes in areas with all solid lane lines. Do you not use cameras in the tractors or trackers like Samsara to deter such poor driving habits? Train better, hire better people.

Called the 800 number to ask where our shipment is since it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and never arrived. The customer service rep I spoke with was very rude and acted irritated that I would even call. Offered no apologies or anything for our shipment being late. When I misunderstood something she said she said it very loud into the phone in a very unprofessional tone like she I was her annoying toddler asking a question for the 50th time.Unprofessional and underdelivered. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: I am re writing my review of this company.Like all companies especially during the holidays their is going to be some miscommunication. I do feel they could of handled it better when I called however they made things right with me today.The Driver even helped me get my shipment into my building without a dock. Very impressed with that and the assist from the driver. over all 5 stars

Need better drivers I have 3 kids in my car and they just pull out right in front of you or pull in the yard right in of you like they dont even care way to cause a accident

Im never one to leave reviews, but my experience with this company (at least my location) has been ATROCIOUS. Not only have they had an order of mine for over a week now, but their reasons for rescheduling my delivery is borderline laughable.Excuse 1: Oh...she pressed the wrong buttonExcuse 2: We couldnt fit it on the truckAfter the 2nd reschedule i was ASSURED by the site manager that it would be on the truck for today and i would be the first delivery. Nope.The 3rd reschedule happened without anyone even reaching out to me at all, i had to look at the tracking to find it out.If youre anywhere near Norwalk, OH, AVOID R&L carriers at all costs.

R&l Carriers in Norwalk is horrible they lost my palate its been over a week I would give them negative Stars if I could horrible service was lied to everyday beware what you wish for here Id use another carrier

R AND L CARRIERS HAS GREAT DRIVERS. TONIGHT AT 615PM RTE 10W IN NORTH RIDGEVILLE A AMBULANCE SERVICE DONALD MARTIN AND SON DRIVER CUT OFF A R AND L CARRIERS DRIVER AND HE WAS FORCED TO SLAM ON BRAKES. SHOUT OUT TO HIM HE HANDLED IT WITH SKILL AND PROFESSIONALISM.

Picked up my bucket a quick connect coupler there the other day that was shipped from NC... ...very nice people there always helpful when Ive been there to pick stuff up...

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a freight company! If a business says they are going to use R and L carriers to ship the merchandise you order do everything in your power to use another freight company. I have had to beg them for 3 days to deliver my merchandise that they have had on their dock. They lied to me and said they attempted to deliver it one day and no one was at my business. My business hours are from 7 am to 7 pm 7 days a week. When I ask when they can deliver my shipment their response is we will get it delivered when we get it delivered. ZERO customer service and ZERO compassion for the customer that is paying the bill. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Paid 358.00 to have an 800 lb freight delivered to my house. I had a scheduled appointment set up between 9am and 1 pm. They didn’t come. They didn’t call to let me know they weren’t delivering to my house on my scheduled appointment either. I was offered the “opportunity” to come pick it up which we did to spare us any further time loss from this company. I asked for some money refunded to me due to the fact they cost me time and money... they Informed me I need to contact where I ordered from and try and get them to give me a partial refund on the shipping. Funny because R&L are the ones who messed up and didn’t deliver on our scheduled delivery time or date or inform us they weren’t coming at all.
