Shipping is horrible. My package wasn’t sent on a timely manner, package was held in an unknown location for a long period of time, no communication was given to the sender. They were told to call the manufacturer to receive the information needed which most likely never happened. A refund was asked to be given and they aren’t able to provide us with our refund; which is “robbery”. Customer service is tremendously horrible being that they’re unable to communicate properly. If you have a package that is very important I suggest you use a different company, DHL isn’t responsible enough in order to ship to you whom you want to receive it.

The man delivering my package today gave me a call letting me know he was having a bit of trouble finding my house,, he was lovely and we figured it out right away. a few minutes later he called me back to let me know that a large branch had fallen on my house,, and another in my driveway (very windy storm today). absolute best delivery service i’ve ever received, couldnt appreciate his second call more,, totally recommend!!!

The vendor I ordered something from used DHL and my package has been sitting at this location for more than 2 months.... its not a large package, but one of the excuses I was given was that the delivery address was a school and all the schools are closed due to Covid! Well the receiving dept of my school has never closed.... Have made 4 phone calls, promised delivery twice, escalated the calls and still.....nothing........the DHL office is only 35 miles from the delivery address.....so what is the problem???? I am to the point where I am going to drive down there myself and pick it up!!!!

Went to ship my international package a few days ago and the lady at the counter was very rude and standoffish. Giving me attitude when asking simple questions, groaning when she had to open the package for inspection and told me next time dont use a box, so....what else should I place my package in? A suitcase? Like, thats your job, if you have a problem with inspecting boxes, answering questions, then find a different line of employment....

If you are shipping internationally, you can do no better than DHL. They know more about the complicated shipping rules and laws in all the countries around the world like no other. And they keep up on all the latest changes, ensuring your shipments arrive on time. They offer the option to pre sign for you shipment online, so that you do not have to be home when your freight is delivered. You can also go online and leave delivery instructions for your driver.

Two packages that we’re supposed to be delivered to me kept on saying that I had to pick them up. Customer service was very unhelpful.

I had a package sent through them . I had no idea they did not ship to P.O. Boxes . They should have called me and left the package at the station instead they took it upon themselves to change my address to some where I lived at nearly 10 years ago . DHL told me three times that they are sending someone to retrieve the package but haven’t done so . My next steps are calling cooperate Office because that is totally unacceptable..

Unfortunately this the only delivery package company that some users have option to use. Here in northern Connecticut the service is terrible. Delivery people dont leave notes in your door if they come around and the client have to pick up the package for its own.
