When my basement was flooded because of the rain sewage pipe broke, I called Servpro for help. Ron and his team made great job of not just cleaning and dehumidifying the family room and the hallway, but they took great care of all the structure and possessions, trying to save as much as possible. They CARED and performed wonders to help. When the insurance refused to cover the damages, it was awesome to see that our bill was as small as it could be given the circumstances, and we were able to use the basement again! Great company, great people who really care and treat customers like family!

These guys are as good as it gets. Tremendously happy that we used their services to remove mold and dry out our drywall from the snow storms which created water leaks in our ceiling. Our service professional Ron is absolutely the best in the business. He walked us through the process and did an outstanding job getting our place dry and cleaned up. I would highly recommend asking him to be assigned to your project needs. Hes simply that good. Overall, its been a pleasure.

Jeffrey came out and made sure we didn’t have mold in our master bathroom then recommended we hire a painter to fix our surface level problem. They didn’t make a dime off of me but gave me honest opinion and honest service. When I do have an issue will definitely use them!

For what Servoro charged the insurance company which seemed high, driveway and other areas within studs could have been left cleaner. Supervisors busy with larger projects so do not always get back to you.

This is the story of two reviews:5/5 for water remediation! They were FANTASTIC during a big rain event in May 2020 to get techs out to our house to get the water out. They kept in close communication with me about timing of workers being out and even stopped by during a second rain event during the remediation to ensure that their equipment was working. Techs were both friendly and professional. I would 100% use them again for water remediation.1/5 for damage restoration. It was like pulling teeth to get them to call me back to set up times to get a quote, and quotes came in later than expected (wall repair) or not at all (carpet re-install). I gave up on them for the restoration part and used other local businesses instead. I would be unlikely to try to get them to help with damage restoration in the future (which is a bummer, because I like the idea that theyre soup-to-nuts on getting flood damage fixed).

Truly enjoyed working with Mr. Thompson and his crew. They were in and out in a day, helped us pack up our belongs and guided us through the whole process. They were extremely knowledgeable.We would use them again.

I was very pleased with the service we received from Servpro of Glenview. We had a flood upstairs and Servpro responded immediately. They were able to save our hardwood flooring by utilizing their drying equipment and techniques. Everyone was courteous and professional. They restored our room leaving it clean and looking brand new. They were great!

We had a couple pipes burst in our familys lakhouse basement in Delavan, WI (it was like a fire hose spraying into the basement, likely for weeks before we discovered it!). Needless to say, the water and mold damage was immense. We called Jeff and his team was up there the next day to assess the damage and gave us a comprehensive clean-up plan. He and his team were very patient with us, as this was a devastating loss for our family, and walked us through each step of process -- always willing to spend time to explain how they would handle things. They provided us regular updates, showing us pictures, since we lived an hour away from the lakehouse, and kept us well-informed through every step of the process. They worked quickly and effectively and the clean-up that they did was incredible. We were so grateful that they were willing to work an hour+ away from Glenview -- it was well worth it! We HIGHLY recommend Jeff and his team!

Mechanical failure in the basement caused extensive water damage and property damage to the most important room in the house, MAN CAVE. My insurance agent was great but he suggested Servpro of Glenview for the fix. I am not a construction, repair guy, so it was a blessing to have Servpro of Glenview, come in evaluate, estimate, and work with my Insurance Agent, Insurance company, to make a timely response to the repair. Servpro of Glenview people were fast, efficient and honest. On time and able to adapt to unseen repairs that were necessary. Great work and I have already recommended them to another friend that had a kitchen fire.

Great work after we had a fire in our kitchen. They packed all our stuff out, deodorized our home rebuilt our kitchen and family room. Painted the whole house. I like our house better today than before the fire.

Saul Perez was a no-show to the appointment I had with him to receive a quote for work at my elderly parents home. Not only did he not show up, he did not pick up two follow-up calls I made to his mobile phone nor did he return the call after I left him a message. This was the first time I had any reason to contact Servpro and, quite obviously, will never contact them again. Ive contacted corporate also as this was a huge waste of my time and Ive now lost a week in getting the work completed.

We had a fire in our Condo and our insurance agent gave us the Number for Servpro of Glenview. Jim, the owner, showed up at our home within an hour. He walked us through our condo and showed us exactly what needed to be done. A much more intense job than we would of imagined. The crew showed up the next day and started to clean our entire home. In a matter of three weeks Servpro of Glenview had our home cleaned, painted and a new kitchen!Thank you Servpro!

Serv Pro workers were in my condo to remove water damaged flooring, etc. I found out that over $500 worth of things were stolen including credit card info. This was not a quick snatch and grab of items left out btw, they went into 3 seperate locations including my closet where they were specifically told not to go and into drawers and they even had a lookout who alerted the people inside when i came home.After they fact they blamed new contract employees but the manager who was INSIDE MY UNIT that day SUPERVISING still works for this company and to my knowledge never was investigated or disciplined. It makes me sick to think they got away with this and could be doing this to others.While they said all the right things immediately after this was reported it has been 2.5 months and I have not been reimbursed a dime despite their promises and i find out that manager that was in my unit still works for them.
