I hired perfection cleaning service to clean my entire house in anticipation of an open house. It needed a company that would do the best possible job. I was very satisfied with the cleaning crew and with the customer service.They went above and beyond and even cleaned the outside first floor windows in the cold weather.I am happy with the service I received and I would recommend them

These guys did a tremendous job for us. We had an extremely dirty apartment with a large truckload of trash to clean out and many years of dirt and grime everywhere. The 3-man crew were hard-working, efficient, careful and courteous. They were paid by the hour, but they really worked fast. We were there to guide them, and they took directions well and were cautious. Their manager was conscientious, answered a lot of questions, and returned calls promptly.At first I was hesitant after seeing their variety of good and bad reviews on Google and Yelp. But then I checked Angie’s list and they’ve had all 5-star reviews going back 16 years. Same thing with the North Shore Moms Facebook page.

I used this company after I had my kitchen renovated. I asked to have everything cleaned and dusted. Including windows. They took all day and charged 600.00 dollars. I am in a 3 bedroom ranch that is 1100 sq. feet. My house is cleaned every other week except during the renovation. I know that I was over charged. The guys took their time and even took a lunch break on my dime. They used my refrigerator and one of them thought he would be cute and flirt with me. Ugh I was just so glad to get rid of these people that I paid the bill and decided to never ever refer them to anyone. If you are considering use them, think again. They charge by the hour and make sure they take their time. I would not even give them one star.

I was very sick a few months ago and hired Perfection Cleaning to come in once a week to help tidy up what I couldnt do. Grace Black was very professional and did extra on her own time to run to the store for me and a few simple errands. The cleaning was very thorough and very inexpensive. I have continued to have them come clean for me ever since and would refer them to family. Thank you Perfection Cleaning!!!!

Perfection cleaning was less than perfect. They had 4 men here for 5 hours and I am still going behind them and wiping down window sills, blinds and many surfaces. And there were cobwebs hanging from the ceilings. It was EXTREMELY expensive. They did not remove matts or rugs when they mopped. I would not use again. It took way too long for a 2200 sq ft house. It was over $700.00. Bob the scheduler was more than accommodating . He worked with my schedule.

ATTENTION REALTORS: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI recently had a move out clean done on my house. They charged an outrageous amount of money for a mediocre to lousy cleaning job. They left stains on the floor and washed off all of the numbers and lettering on my Viking double wall oven. When I called them to find a resolution to the oven situation, the owner, Bob, didnt say a word, put me on hold and transferred me to the office manager, his mother. Joyce, the mom, was incredibly rude and obnoxious. She refused to let me talk and constantly talked over me. I am still waiting for a resolution to fixing my oven. I would never use them ever again and wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

NEVER EVER use this cleaning company! If this is how they treat their customer i can’t imagine how they treat their employees. I scheduled my appointment weeks ago. Joyce told me the cleaners would be here at 7:00 AM it is now 7:45 AM. Joyce called me a day ago to confirm the appointment again I said 7:00 AM, She said yes they will be there by 7 AM. I called the office the man who answered the phone argued with me. He told me it was impossible that Joyce told me that. I asked him why are you arguing with me, he kept saying thats impossible theres no way she said seven. basically calling me a liar. He was rude he did not apologize and he had no problem losing my business. 7:00 am and 9:00 am are very different time! I would have noted that. Theyre liars I canceled my appointment and he didnt care. They clearly dont care about servicing their customers. I would never ever ever use this company!!!!Thank you KULAS MAIDS for coming to my rescue

This is by far the worst cleaning company that I have ever dealt with. I am in real estate and have used many companies over the years and this one is by far the worst one. Saying they over charge is a complete understatement. Over six hours to clean a 1000 square foot condo and charge $1,200. I dont think it matters how dirty the place is,$1200 is absurd. Get ready for disappointment if you choose to use this company.

Ridiculously expensive and I was not very impressed with the results. I had to sweep and mop again after they came.
