Great place for changing tires from specialty rims....a little pricey though.

I cannot say enough good things. They were fast, professional, and their price was extremely fair. They picked up my vehicle, provided me with a loaner, and dropped my vehicle back off. On top of that, they detailed it for me. I will DEFINITELY be returning!

I took my 1996 mustang gt to get some performances parts installed.But I was having a little smoke from the tailpipe on when leaving a stoplight. So Dave is who I was dealing with.I thought maybe valve seals were bad .Before I go on .I would give them 5 stars but the day I left my car I didnt feel they were very professional. I left information at the counter. But they kinda made up for that .well they determined I needed a new motor or rebuilt one .I dont know how they determined that but never the less I choice to put a new motor in my 24 year old car. Well there was some rust in the engine bay shock towers well they done a great job at repairing the rust and installing the engine. So I didnt get to add alot of muscle to my car but I very satisfied with the work that was done.I just think they should communicate with customers alitte better who spends big money there. So I feel they were very reasonable in price. But not cheapHad to stop back to have mustang look at for any leaks.Got to meet Steve the owner .He drove the car to hear a noise I was hearingAnd found the issue Im very happy with the service. My experience with Xtreme Performance has always been excellent!! My wife and I have been taking our Subaru cars here for many years.I recently brought in my 2011 Outback in for its 100,000 mile Subaru’s recommended service. I had my timing and serpentine belts replaced. The water pump, spark plugs and air filter replaced. The passenger rear wheel bearing was replaced and the passenger rear wheel well molding was secured. The estimate that I was quoted by Steve Ali was accurate. I took my car to this shop to have the breaks done (price was a little high but I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to good reviews). I was told the car would be left out when done so I could pick it up after hours. The car was not left out and I was left without a vehicle to get to work. When I came in furious the next day I was told that they would look into my check engine light problem to make up for it. They did, but then charged me anyway to epoxy a leak in the vapor canister. A few months later and my check engine light came on again. I took it back to the shop to tell them that their fix wasnt adequate. They agreed and said the part would need to be replaced now. The vapor canister is listed after market at $208 at all auto parts stores. The mechanic tried to tell me I was wrong on the price and you cant buy the part for under $300 and then told me the quote to put in this part was nearly $200 in labor!!! Its easily accessible on the bottom of the car and would take a good mechanic 20 minutes to replace. I just got it quoted by another mechanic. Total to replace the canister $283 parts and labor out the door. Nearly half the price to do the same service. Xtreme rip off. This place is trying desperately to pay for its fancy facility and overhead costs. Do not play into this scam of a shop.

This place is not a real performance shop! Hacks!! I took my Audi A6 here on a recommendation to get lowering springs, rims and tires installed. They never quoted me a price, just an hourly rate. They took 10 hours to install the lowering springs! Twice what every one else quoted me. They told me 2 days had it for almost 5.. They ran into issues with the rim fitment and didnt bother calling me they just added spacers to the front wheel to clear the caliper. Long story short I got stuck with rims that needed 20mm spacers.. they also used ball seat lugs in my aftermarket conical seat rims.. They also scratched my fender not using any guards. The salt in the wound is that the owner basically blamed me for the mistakes and told me he would make it right.. never called me back.. Absolutely Horrible Experience!

I took my car there for a master replacement which was done correctly however one of the pieces broke (pivot rod) which is prone to breaking. I took it back and they replaced it and it broke again. So they tac welded it to temp fix it. So they told me that the bushings on the whole pedal assembly are bad and it would cost 500 dollars in total to fix. However I bought a 30 dollar metal (pivot rod) and told them to put this on it would fix the issue. They said no it wouldnt fix anything. Well I had a buddy install it for me and what do you know it fixed the issue.

Took my truck in to have headers put on. They told me they were down to 3 techs and it may take up to a day and a half. I call the second day and was told they were over booked and needed more time, of course I said no. When I got there to pick up my truck I was told the tech that did what I wanted was out with covid. So why was I not told this when I dropped it off and askedto reschedule? This place cant keep there excuses straight!

I took my Jeep in to have new tires put on, oil change and an overall check of the vehicle. Met the owner Steve and worked with Johnny on the service. It was the first time in my life that I could have a conversation with a professional without being pressured into services that were not required. As a matter of fact, I requested service on brakes and fluid changes and was told by Steve that after checking it was not necessary at this time for those services. This was my first time to have my vehicle serviced at Extreme Performance. Thank you Steve and staff for your professionalism, honesty and quality work. I will be back again.

More focused on politics than business.

This must have happened over a year ago. My husband took car up there for an oil change. Said it all went well but had nothing great to say about the place. However I just noticed they changed his back license plate and added one that advertised for them! Who does that without telling someone? Maybe it was in fine print somewhere?? I will be taking that off right now.

I took my GTR To be serviced today and everyone was so helpful. The extent of customer service I experienced was amazing from the receptionist to the mechanics and owners. The mechanic took the time to show me potential problems I might have with my car. Outstanding service at a great price. I will definitely be back and tell my friends.

The quality of services provided at Extreme Performance are spectacular. I love how they deal with aftermarket parts and routine oil changes/services. The technicians and Steve are always more than happy to talk to you about issues or questions you may have. I had a Catback exhaust put on my focus here about a year and a half ago and they definitely crossed their ts and dotted their is before I took it home. No leaks or any issues from the install. I recently came across a issue with the catback, so I contacted them and they got me in within a few hours. Checked it out, turned out it was just a minor crack. They welded some braces on and got it back to me without any issues. Steve even came over to reassure that everything was ready to go and no issues. A+ from me. The place I go for any aftermarket services and routine services.

I used their services for a truck bed cover install. I was quoted a specific cover and then told that it would not fit and given a much less quality cover. When asked why I am paying the same price for a cover thats a $150 less he told me were a business and we need to make money. One of the worst experiences I have ever had!

Snapped my upper control arm bolt doing an alignment didnt tell me about the broken bolt just sent me on my way putting my life at risk. Called the next day they denied it saying it was broken when I brought it..... bunch of hacks.

Awesome service! My daughter and grandchildren drove here from Nevada, her front and rear tire were making a horrible noise. They took their time thoroughly assessed the situation and repaired what needed to be done! They even gave her car a good check up to be sure that they were safe! Talked mgr Dave to have a Flowmaster HD 50 muffler purchased and installed. Stated 4hrs. To do pipes and install. He ordered the muffler and then quoted me 5 hours worse case scenario. Technician picked up truck asked what I wanted for the tips, said to match the TRD 4 one that was on there. After 5.5 hours, I picked up my truck that had 2 motorcycle tips. On way home heard a drone thats not suppose to happen with the HD. muffler. Called Dave next day to insure the flow master HD 50 was installed, he said yes. After research found out he bought a $150 sheet metal muffler that was way smaller and cheaper then what we agreed on. He stated he was trying to save me money. After arguing with him that it wasnt and confirming from flowmaster mfg themselves it wasnt I asked them to fix it, the problem sat for 2 weeks. I finally told Dave that I would buy the right muffler they will install it for free and refund me the $150 for a muffler I didnt ask for. Here said Steve the owner would go for that and to go ahead and do that. After 5 days the muffler showed up and I took it in. Came back to get my truck and was only refunded $75. Steve the owner was in on all conversations and not only runs a misleading place, but I feel they now cheated me out of money. You dont get what you ask for at Xtreme. Go elsewhere and do your research, this place isnt worth it and the character of the owner and manager are poor!

Quoted me $30 for oil change, and I had told them what kind of car I had. It was twice as much, and I waited over 90 minutes with an appointment. Then they removed my license plate and put on a plate holder that had their business name and phone number, without my permission. They took advantage of me. Terrible, and untrustworthy service.

I was a walk in. I bought a car with no back brakes and didnt know it. (Dont ask how I didnt know.) Lol they put the tires on that I had picked out and fixed the brakes for SUCH a good price that same day!! Literally the best car place experience I have ever had.

I went to Xtreme Performance for an echeck on my car. I had called first to verify what I may need to come in. They were very friendly and professional on the phone. I then went to their store for the echeck. Someone greeted me upon arrival. They took my keys and performed the test and returned with my echeck certificate and keys in hand in less than 10 minutes. I can highly recommend this company for their friendliness, knowledge and courtesy. I wouldnt hesitate to return to Xtreme Performance .

Read** Took my car here to get new tires mounted up and it was a disaster.. Called over the phone and told the person what I wanted done and it was the complete opposite. They used the wrong color weights on the inside of my rims and one wheel had weights that were hanging off! They had to redo all 4 of my wheels and the owner did nothing for me..As I had to wait in the store! VERY unprofessional.. The owner should have gave me a discount for there mistake! Not mine... Will never do business with them again. Stay away from this shop!

I brought my 84 Monte Carlo in to have the carburetor replaced because the original one was to large, causing the vehicle to stall. Steve and his technician’s did an excellent job and now she is running like a dream. I was really surprised how quick my vehicle was completed too, I had it back in less than 2 days. I will continue to go to Xtreme for all of my repairs and upgrades. Thank you Xtreme.

Had airbags installed on my truck, had to take it back five times for repairs.Last time I was changed $200 for diagnostics, tools were also left lying on my enginewhich I found the next day after driving it home. Pump worked again for around a week then died.Took it to another dealer only to find out that the pump was improperly installed.Would not recommend!

I have my truck in there often for some crazy request with aftermarket parts. Steve and the guys always get me in right away and have great ideas on making everything work together when other shops say no way. They do amazing work and I always leave happy with everything done correctly, weather it’s aftermarket accessory’s or routine maintenance I will always bring my vehicles here.

Went and got my e check done. Took like 10 minutes. The lady at the desk was really friendly. They gave me some coupons for and oil change and if I took the survey it puts me in a drawing to win a free oil change. Pretty nice place. Will definitely go back.

This place is absolutely horrible! Dont bring your car here. This place is a money gouger and lacks professionalism. I had them put some tail lights in and long story short the job was incomplete. The quote i had was for an install of head lights and tail lights but i only had them do the tail lights and yet the quote stayed the same. They scratched my trunk hinges pretty good as well not to mention they put the wrong bulbs back in when they were done! The place is a joke and i would not recommend trusting your car to them at all!

Steve, the owner is always friendly, courteous and helpful. Last time I had a problem with my BMW X5 he stayed after hours to take care of me. I don’t mind driving 10 miles to get great service every time.

We normally love this place but my husband went to get an oil change and the woman at the counter (not the owner) was very rude. He has an old truck and we know it but she told him your truck is really bad... it isnt we have our own mechanic but he is too busy for oil changes. We had him stop over and he said this lady was way off.Then when he asked her to give him the print off of whats so bad she had an attitude. My husband even asked their mechanic is it really that bad and he shook his head and said no.Guess we wont be going back there anymore. Such a shame because when the owners are there we loved the place.

Work is great. Been here severaltimes. Only complaints are watch out for your license plate holder and they more than doubled their price on alignments for lowered cars.

They quoted me H rated tires but installed T rating tires, which are cheaper. They cheated, very dishonest. When I confronted them right on spot, they said once they are on your car, your own it meaning they did not want to honor anything. Never going back! I should have read some of reviews here!Response to response: I dont know why you are calling me back there. I gave you the choice to correct right there when tires were not driven even an inch. I told you to give me the Cooper tires and you wanted to charge another $50, I told you that Ill pay the difference for the H tire if that what you wanted, you still wanted to charge another $50. Other places install 4 tires for $50! Btw, it took you 1.5 hours to install 2 tires! Are you calling back to rob me more!!!? No, thanks!!!

My parents and I all take our cars there and it is always a great experience. From the friendly knowledgeable staff, to the expertise of the people fixing our cars. I have never had a single problem after taking my car in and we will continue for years to come!

I have trusted my cars to Xtreme Performance for nearly three years now, and I would never take them anywhere else. Not only are the service advisors (Stevie, in particular) honest, polite, and courteous, but the work everyone does is done with integrity and without flaw. I cannot recommend them enough.

Scheduled a wheel alignment 4 days in advance, told them I was taking off work to get this done. I was told no problem, just be there early. Called and confirmed appointment once again, and told yes, no problem. I take off work, drive the 20 miles to the shop just as they open, only to get some lame excuse about thier alignment rack being used for a brake job for the entire day. Couldnt call me the day before or at the very least the morning of? They didnt even offer an apology. So much for trying to support local businesses, this always seems to happen. Save yourself the headache of these little shops and just go to a national chain. The chains are much more accommodating and at least make an attempt for positive customer service.

Their hydraulics lift damaged my car!!! And pretty much called me a liar I had to call the police to come because they kept declining that they did it I even checked my car before taking it in the shop there was no damage to it until after it’s done! I have went to this place for years!! I strongly recommend that NO ONE goes there!!

Brought in my 04 Mazda rx8 to have a compression test done and they told me it passed.so I dropped almost 2500 on rims and tires there thinking the car was good to go.5 days after my car stopped working due to low compression.... Xtreme charged me a hundred dollars for my compression test and didnt even do it right.now I have a car with brand new tires and rims sitting in my driveway because these people told me my car was drivable.Not cool at all.

Took car for E-Check while there I asked to have oil changed and check the freon, car seemed to take to long to cool. Bill was over $160.00 oil change was about $40 and the rest was to charge the cooling system. I told the guy that gave me the bill that their web site said they were offering a discount all month long he said that was with the discount. Started to leave and asked for the E-Check receipt guy said OH! we forgot to do the E-check had to take car back in for E-Check while they were E- checking they took it upon themselves to install licence plate holders with their name on them . They never asked me if it would be ok.. no wonder the E-Check took so long I didnt realize it till I got home what a fiasco will never go there again for anything.Sorry I didnt ask first how much to put freon in system they were ridicules, you can buy a kit for about $25 and do it yourself but I thought how much more could they be Well a lot more unfortunately......

Brother took his his car in to get the motor replaced after his dealership refused to help. After looking at the car and doing some research, they advised him that his motor was being recalled. Rather than charge him for the repair, advice to take it to the manufacturer for free repair, saving him thousands of dollars!

For things like installing a truck bed cover etc, their price and service are great. For car repair they are expensive arm, leg, to start. I got a repair done for 500$ less elsewhere They seem to be knowledgeable just expensive.

Words just cant explain these guys, they ruined my truck and they never didnt explain to me what they were going to do, feel free to message me so I can show you what they did to my truck, I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy, stay away from this place, you be better off going to another place.
