I am extremely satisfied with Mr. Tire. They ordered the tires I wanted for my truck, but unfortunately they were sent the wrong tires. They fixed the problem though and everything worked out perfectly.They are very fast and thorough. Total rip off. I was charged over $100 for an oil change for my truck. They were supposed to rotate the tires and they didn’t. I have never paid more than $80 for an oil change and tire rotation. If I wanted to pay $100 I would have went to a quick change and only spent 10 minutes waiting rather than 45

The guy who finished cashing me out told me my car needs tires even though they arent even 4 months old.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. The customer service is horrible, especially Ben. After they messed up my sons car they would take no responsibility. When I asked for the money back to take the car somewhere else told me not to come back to the shop ever again. There are many other places to get car repairs in the area. Please save yourself the headache and choose somewhere else.Follow up on my review.Thanks for the phone number but when I called the phone number provided the representative said she would call me back to confirm if she could do the refund but it has now been 2 days and I never got a returned phone call. I hope this review prompts a refund for the services that they did not provide. We had to take the car to another shop to fix the problem.

I’ll never go back there again. They had my car two days in a row for an alignment and it was STILL pulling to the left, but it wasn’t pulling left before they did the alignment. I ended up taking it to the Honda dealer and they had no issue getting it in alignment so I wasted two trips and $100+ going here.

I went in for a scheduled oil change. 2 customers came in for scheduled service after me, one for an oil change the other for new tires. I was the first to go in, I was the last to leave. Really?!!That is the last time. I’ll never go into a “Mr. Tire” again. I’m beyond angry...disgusted.

I had purchased tires and rims on-line and they came out of the box improperly balanced. Ben and his techs were willing to take me in same-day AND at 20min till close. They got me all fixed up quickly and provided documentation for a reimbursement from the on-line company. Super personable and knowledgeable! Keep it up! Takes 2 hours for an oil change. Slow and incompetent mechanics. They had done every oil change on our car since we purchased it this time while we waited they told us we needed a new oil plug because the one on our car was spun and they could not put it back on the vehicle. we explained that they would have done that because of the only people that have ever done oil changes on it and they did not want to hear that. Try to discuss our displeasure and they were very rude and did not want to listen to an unsatisfied customer and basically would not even begin to listen. Many other places to choose from and thats what we shall do from now on

I recently had my 2007 F150 4x4 in for some much needed suspension work. Ben and his guys took great care of me. The service was fast and friendly and they beat all other competitors prices that I called by a few hundred dollars. My experience was smoother and faster then expected. All around just great work.

This is the best place I could have taken my car. I called on a holiday and Ben answered, he got me in right away and took excellent care of my vehicle. Absolute professionalism and an extremely knowledgeable and courteous staff. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, on a holiday, no less. I couldnt be more pleased. I will actually stop doing my oil changes myself and just bring them here as I cant do them cheaper, and they throw in a free rotation on top of all that. You will be hard pressed to find a better deal anywhere else.

Take your vehicles here for all of your auto maintenance/repair needs. The Manager Ben is anomaly in the industry because of his high level of integrity and outstanding customer service. I had a major car repair that needed done and Ben was able to work with me and TEACH me about the repairs instead of just giving me an estimate. He walked me around my vehicle, showed me what he suggested needed fixed and we went piece-by-piece and discussed all of the options. He was open and honest about what changes were necessary for safety and what repairs he believed could be made in the future. Also, when we decided to move forward with the repairs, his technicians got to work right away. In fact, it was a Saturday and Mr. Tire closed at 6pm, however, his technicians worked on the car until 8:00pm because I needed the car Monday morning. I will be taking my car to Ben and his team for ALL of my car needs. I highly recommend Ben and his team to anyone who values personalized SERVICE. Great staff here! I came in ten minutes after closing a few guys were still in to include the manager and they took care of me considering my emergency. I’m a national guardsmen freshly back from 2 and a half week training and needed four tires immediately to get back to duty and they helped me out smiles on their faces and thanking me for my service! Just had a set of tires mounted and balanced as a walk in customer. They finished my car up a little bit before they closed. I stopped at Aldi’s on my way home and when I came out I noticed one of my wheel covers were broken. I will be calling them 1st thing in the morning to have this matter taken care of. Will update this review based on their response. I understand accidents happen, but for them to not say anything to me about what they did does not sit well with me.......update: they replaced it hassle free

Ben is a great guy, helped us out tremendously! Went in to change brakes and he told me there was additional work needed and that the car was unsafe to drive. Hooked me up with financing and got brakes, control arms, ball joints all replaced in a day! Best place to work on your vehicles in Lorain county. Will always go back for future needs!

Jeff and his team were fantastic, despite the snow storm and closing at 6pm, they stayed nearly 2 hours after closing to deliver my jeep as promised that day. I wasn’t expecting them to stay after closing but when I got the call from Jeff at 7:30 telling me I could come pick it up that night I was blown away. I went out of my way for Mr Tire North Ridgeville.A valve stem was replaced. When I thought I knew my tires pressure index was supposed to read 32-pressure-per-square-inch, a great mechanic (looking to open his very own great mechanic shop) working at this Mr. Tire corrected me and led me to the new solution of 35 pressure-per-square-inch reading.Manager Ben is a great fellow; he has offered me great conversation while waiting. We talked about life and his past. His children are doing very well. A chemical engineer, architect, nurse, and student. I am sure they are all doing well. I very much hope Bens job receives more work because Ben keeps the industry happy. His punctual help is great: I have had a tire patched, which had a hole in its side, unfortunate, but true. Then a hole in a tires side, he offered a discounted tire replacement.Five-stars.

Over the past year Ive been to Mr. Tire a number of times for mount/balance of new tires, as well as fixing a nail hole, and the crew has always taken care of my issues. They are friendly and can usually get you in on short notice, would go back without hesitation.

Took in a used car I was thinking about buying to these guys for an inspection, and within 10 minutes they identified some major issues with the car, showed me what was wrong, and recommended me against buying the vehicle. Invaluable information and service that saved me a lot of money. And they did the inspection free of charge! Couldnt be happier.

A few months back, I went in for a wheel alignment and $240 later, my wheels still wobbled and I had to buy new mismatched lug nuts.I went in on a Wednesday morning. After about an hour, I was told that the tech on duty had not been trained to do an alignment on my type of vehicle. They told me the master tech would be in the next day and he would be able to do the job.I go in first thing the next morning and drop the car off. They do give shuttle service to your home, which is a good thing. The tech that drove me home was a good guy. Once they called, it was to let me know there would be an additional charge for the wheel alignment because the tire had to be removed in order to set the toe. Even though it didnt make sense to me, I agreed to pay the additional, because I needed the car back that day. I went to pick the car up and it drove fine on the street. But I got on the freeway the next day and noticed it still wobbled. I also noticed one of my wheel cap covers was missing AND later noticed that my lug key had been broken and someone made a terrible attempt to weld it back together.I took my complaint to the manager, Alex. He was very professional in his verbal communication at that time, however, the result was anything but. Alex told me the master tech who did the job was not in and they could not get into his tool box to see if my cap cover was in his box and to find out what happened to my lug key. He told me to come back the next day to try and resolve the issue.So, I came back again, the next day. The master tech admitted that the lug key broke when he was trying to remove the lugs from the wheel. He also did not know where the lug cap was. When I asked why no one told me that they has broken my key, they stated they were extremely busy and just did not have time to let me know then. When I asked further about the cap, no one knew where it was. Lastly, when I asked about the alignment not working, Alez stated I probably needed the wheels to be re-balanced. I asked about them doing the balance. TWO PROBLEMS...1. Alex said I would have to pay for the balance because they did not originally mount the tires, and2. They couldnt get my lug nuts off without stripping them because they broke my key.Even though I had already paid almost $200 for an $89.99 wheel alignment, Alexs solution was that i buy my own new set of lugs and they would strip the ones that they broke the key to off the studs. He said they would not charge me for the 19.99 wheel balance if i needed it done.This wasnt close to fair, because my key was not damaged when I gave it to them PLUS their tire balance is $19.99. The new set of lugs for my custom rims was $45.00. But, again, time was ticking, I needed the car back, so I agreed to buy more lugs so they could strip the old ones off and fix the wobble. ANOTHER 4 to 5 hours passed on day 3 and they told me that they could not balance the tires because my rims could not fit over the cone on their balancing machine.Their final recommendation was that I take it somewhere else, because they were not able to fix the issue. This is without giving me a refund on the service that did not fix my problem, without replacing my lugs or refunding the cost of them, and without replacing my missing cap or refunding an approximate cost for replacing it.My dissatisfaction led me to their corporate office at Monroe Inc. I submitted my claim to a customer service rep, who never responded to me. After this, I feel like all consumers need to be aware of situations like this. Unfortunately, this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There was never any responsibility taken by the company or its employees. Very disappointing.Vans Tire Pros and Extreme Performance are right up the road... Vans has good customer service.

Called for an urgent windshield fluid emergency 20 mins before closing on New Years Day. Driving from Philadelphia to Green Bay. When I called they were extremely friendly and told us to come in and give us options! Let us bring our dog in and fixed the issue in minutes!! Best automotive experience I’ve ever had!! Friendliest service! Wish they were in Green Bay!

Called on Tuesday because brake pedal seemed off about 30 mins prior to close. Asked them their opinion about what it could be. Ben said, Why dont you bring it in right now and well take a look.I then asked what would be the charge and is it too close to closing time. Ben replied, Im not going to charge you take a look at it for this and yes please bring it in. Id rather you be safe and at least know whats going on. Youll have a full write up of whats wrong regardless of if you go here.That is putting customers first! I have since had other work done at a fair price. Definitely recommend and will go again in the future. Ben and staff were very nice!

They are very accommodating even when they are busy. If they can’t take me in that day, they schedule me the next day at the latest. Unlike other places, they tell me they are booked for weeks. Just feel like they do not want to service me.

Very disappointed in my last experience here. I guess you could say that its my fault for not knowing what synthetic meant, when this single word was all that was said to me. But if they had said, Do you know your vehicle takes synthetic oil which is a different cost than a regular oil change? I would be less angry, but I also wouldnt have gone here because synthetic oil change price is higher than the local garage down the street. But I am also very disappointed that the man on the phone knew I was scheduling for the $19.99 oil change and he also said nothing to me on the phone about my vehicle not being able to get a regular priced oil change. Upon arrival the person at the desk did not acknowledge that I had even walked in. No hello, Ill be right with you nothing. And there wasnt anyone else at the desk. I had to small children with me and I was sitting there for over an hour...no other customers walked in, one who was there already had left and one other gentleman was there when I finally left. SO it didnt exactly seem busy that a simple oil change should take over an hour. At no point with my interactions with the man at the counter was I told how long, its almost finished, or anything throughout the wait. Later I also heard my keys shuffled on the counter 3 or 4 times over a 15 minute period before even being called up to pay and leave. I paid my $90 bill which then made me realize my vehicle takes special oil (Ive had one before) and I was very disappointed that I was not told it was going to be that high. (My fault for not knowing) But I was not informed of any inspections done to my brakes or tires. I dont know if my tires were rotated. I dont know if my fluids were checked. The man at the desk said nothing and went over nothing at check out. When I returned to my car with small children in tow I looked over my manual and found the type of oil recommended by the manufacturer was available at walmart for less than $4 a quart... My vehicle took 6qts... you can do the math... Then come to find out when I took our second vehicle to local guy down the road, our vehicles take the blend and its less than $40 for blend oil change... and even if I did full synthetic for my vehicle it would have only been $54. So if you are still reading this regardless of not knowing the difference between oil changes, I was not treated professionally by there staff. They were not polite or informative. I filled out the email survey that I got from them and the last 5 questions were about how they spoke to me and what they told me and it was all unsatisfied because like I said, they didnt tell me anything about what they did or any other information about my vehicle.

I’m very satisfied with the work I had done. The manager went above and beyond to take care of any issues that came about. The guys in the back are car super heroes. I will continue to bring my car here.

Had a sign out front for a 19.99 oil change tried to charge me $34. I left as they couldnt explain why it went from $20 to 34, come to find out later at another place its cuz my new car takes synthetic and if it had been explained to me there I would have been ok with it but dont try to just tell me its taxes

Avoid this shop. They never tightened the bolts on my caliper bracket after replacing brakes on my truck . I ended up having to fix it all on my own anyway and was lucky more damage didn’t happen from it . Worst part is I Called manager and explained the error and nothing was done to make the wrong right . I would never take a vehicle to this shop. Totally unprofessional! Thanks for taking my money
