Excellent service. I took my car in the shop at 4:30 in the afternoon and the repairs were done the next morning at 8 am. I needed an AC compressor replaced but for a “walk in” I think it’s very fast.I found the price quoted by Mike to be most than fair so this is another plus for the company.I will definitely tell others about this repair shop.Thanks guys.

I can not believe that they are getting a 4+ rating on their reviews. We recently had our motorhome in their shop, replacing a battery. First the person that we dealt with was extremely rude, not only to me, but also to my husband. The only person who gave a hoot was Fred, extremely nice person. Secondly, the battery went dead three months after we purchased a new battery from them and had it installed. We have been told that the battery was not new but refurbished and the amps were not enough to sustain a motorhome. I would NEVER recommend this business any anyone and will also report them to the BBB.

I am relatively new to living in North Ridgeville. I needed to have the oil pan gasket on my 1994 Mercury Capri convertible replaced. I knew right away when I spoke with the repairman he was smart. The first question he asked was how rusted the car was. He told me the price to do the work would reflect extra work if the car had rust issues. I was impressed and had the work performed. I dropped the car off on a Sunday night and the work was finished on time and was exactly the price quoted. I am very happy with the work done and the customer service. I would recommend this business to anyone needing car/truck repairs.Its now June 2020. I have been using Professional Auto & Truck Services for several years. They have repaired both mine and my wifes vehicles numerous times. Work has always been done with quality. Never had to bring my vehicle back. Always knowledgeable, and great service. Not sure how well they do on price, but I keep coming back because of the competent technicians. I love when I ask them to diagnose the problem they actually find the source of the problem instead of just using the parts cannon. That speaks volumes to me when someone knows how to actually diagnose instead of guessing.

Quick oil change for the RV

Our sons 10 year old vehicle went in for a no crank, no start issue. The diagnosis: bad PCM... cost quoted: $1400. When my son told them he didnt want to put $1400 into the vehicle, they got mad. Charged $200 for the diagnosis. When we got the vehicle back home, we noticed a freshly cut wire in the harness at the plug for the PCM. Someone had removed a pin from the PCM plug and cut it off.We ended up trailering car to Nick Abraham and they fixed it for $570. Thats a far cry from $1400...

I have a box truck with a liftgate on it that was stuck in the down position. Mike was able to try a few things over the phone to determine if I could bring it in to him or if he would have to make a service call. I was able to get it to his shop and after ordering the part I was able to bring it in the very next morning at 730 and Mike installed the new liftgate motor. Everything went as planned and he did a good job.

Mike is a scammer. Told me he put a new pto pump and other parts for my tow truck. Sent me a bill for 3k+. Lucky I had pics of my original pump and it was the same. He called cops and they hit me with felony theft. Case was dismissed. Settled for 1300 for the work he actually did . YOU WILL GET SCAMMED HERE

Took the truck in for a oil leak (which I knew where it was leaking) was told it was leaking else where so had them fix it. Week after I got it back it started leaking again. Took it back and was still charged for their mistake. Pretty much is all they did was rtv every crevice on the front of the engine to keep it from leaking, it does not come from the factory that way. On top of that I asked for all receipts and the dates do not match the invoices or anything he told me. Therefore I was ripped off $700. If I could choose 0 stars I would have. If you need anything rtv back on I recommend them.

Mike did Replace fuel line $839.17 Parts cost $150 He set he also change the fuel filters with out owner permission (we change this filters 3 weeks ago) Looks like they taking advantage of every break down and will rape you of the money.
