This is my second time here in 2 weeks, I had been needing new tires, so I made an appointment for 4 oclock one day to get two of them done and told them Id get the other two when I was paid again.I arrived on time and my car was immediately taken back to be services. I thought awesome this will be quick and then for whatever reason it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to change 2 tires and rotate them to the front. Not once was I updated on the progress the whole time I sat there. Trying to be understanding and patient, I let it got, every place of business is going to have an off day here and there.Here I am getting the other two tires done, I had an appointment for 9AM dropped my keys off and was informed the tires wouldnt actually be there for the job until around Noon-12:30PM told them no worries Ill be at work anyway ( Same Plaza ).Well its 3PM and I left my vape in my car, so I figured Id walk over and ask if one of them could grab it or if I could assuming theyd surely be working on my vehicle by now, and to my absolute displeasure, My car has not been touched. Its right where I left it parked. Its been there for 6 hours and nothing has been done. Ridiculous.I was coming here out if convenience, I commute an hour to work, but have an incredibly reliable home owned tire shop near my house, its just hard to line up with him before or after work, the guy literally runs his business out of his residential garage, where I have had all 4 tires replaced and rotated in less than 45 minutes, but this full blown chain establishment cant change 2 in under and hour and a half?Definitely will not be a returning customer.

This establishment has certainly earned my respect and business for over the past 20 years. I currently have an older high end car, I have literally saved thousands of $$$ instead of taking it back to the dealership for their routine and needed repairs over the past 6 yrs. Very thorough to explain exactly what is needed and never tries to upsell me something that is not in my best interest. Mike, the manager, is the current manager. This establishment has earned my business and trust.

I can not say enough nice things about this place! They were very kind from the minute I walked in the door and continuously throughout the whole process. They didnt try to upsell me on products or try to get me to do more work than needed. Mike who helped me throughout the whole time I was there was so nice and made it such an easy process. I love the idea they share a video, of what the issue is, the problem, and how there going to fix it.Educating the customer. Yet would even be better if they would SEND a 2nd video, this is what it looks like now, the new part(s). That would put all customers at ease, they really fixed it and not just, say they fixed it. New / Old parts.I put in my 12 yr Subaru over $2000. In 1yr/1.2 engine parts. No complaints. From alternator, gas line, brakes, power stirring etc...thank you for your service.

Nobody really wants to pay for car repairs, but when you have to you can’t do better than Conrad’s. Mike at the North Ridgeville store did an excellent job explaining what the issue was, how it happened, and what to do to prevent it from reoccurring all before we agreed to do any work. The repairs were done quickly and done well. Our repair, while pricey, was in line with what we expected to pay. We will definitely return and are happy to tell our neighbors and friends.

I had a couple tires with slow leaks and needed an oil change as well. My schedule is pretty hectic and I wasn’t sure when I would be able to make an appointment. Mike said to come in today and they’d take care of it while I waited. Mike and Rich were fantastic! They’re both very fun and personable. They gave thorough explanations of the work being done to my car, as well as upcoming maintenance suggestions based on the mileage of my vehicle. I even received a video via text of the inspection being performed on my car. They both have a great sense of humor and made my wait much more enjoyable (Mike even offered to help me with the choreography that I was working on while I waited lol). Conrad’s is outstanding. Scheduled an oil change and found out I had a bigger issue under the hood and that my car was unsafe to drive until it was fixed. My muffler manifold broke in multiple places. I knew it was going to be expensive. I came in for just an inspection today and they seen the hurt and pain in my eyes and voice. I’m young and can barley afford these types of repairs. Neil(inspector) looked at my car and gave me a video review. I explained to him how much I’ve done on the car already and I can’t really handle anymore at the moment. He was so nice and he didn’t even charge me for the inspection. They’re helping me get a Goodyear card to complete the repairs. Thanks so much.

Wow! Honesty integrity and great customer service. That is exactly what I got. Cameron, Rich, and service manager Neil. Easily could have ripped me off. I am a repeat customer and Conrads makes the automobile experience as painless as possible. Appointment set online easy. Drop off vehicle and then get a video of the work needed. Then reasonable prices. Simple things like an air filter not 2 times the price but at auto store pricing too. Very satisfying experience.

I needed to replace the original tires on my 73 Cutlass. Finding the proper tire was easily accomplished with help from Rob. We went over all the options and he quickly found the perfect set and they were in stock. I knew I had a reverse light out and asked if they would replace it. They did along with the other. I asked to inspect my vechical while it was on the lift which I did thanks to the hospitality. The wait was pleasant and free beverages were a pleasant sight.

Once again Conrads did a great job at servicing my daughters car. She said the mechanics were very helpful and friendly. They did a great job at explaining the maintenance they did. Thanks Conrads!

Very good experience. I bought 4 tires and signed up for a 4 wheel alignment but they said we will check out your. At and if you don’t need it we won’t do it. I figured they would do it as the car is a 2008 but they checked it out and said I didn’t need the alignment. Plus their new texts with a video about your car service from the technician who is working on your car is awesome. Just makes you feel good about bringing your car to Conrad’s.

Everything was fine except...the tire they replaced has 37 lbs.pressure in it and all the rest have different pressure.they should have taken time to at least check.

I had a flat tire on Friday. After my husband was turned away by Wal-Mart, and Sams Club didnt return my call after they assured me they would, I reached out to Conrads in North Ridgeville to see if they could assist. I spoke with Neal, and explained the situation. He gave me an estimate for four tires and installation (I was in need of new tires anyway), and allowed me to bring in the flat tire, get the rim put on, go home to put the new tire on my car, and drive back to finish the install. Even though they were completely booked up, they completed the job same day, and I was back on the road within an hour. Cameron and the other gentleman at the front desk were extremely helpful, as well. Amazing customer service all around!Thank you all, and I look forward to continuing to come to you guys for my oil changes!

19.99 for Oil change and rotation special but I got charged $54 after taxes and fees because my car is full synthetic. I understand its higher grade, but $30 more expensive?? I paid less at the dealer. I just went through with it because this location was close to my home, but wont again.

I have nothing but good things to say about Conrad’s, especially this location. They are so nice and so smart! My car is older and has a lot of problems - the ball joint fell apart and they fixed it nicely, no problems there. A few weeks later, my steering wheel was shaking. It was scary and I called. They offered to tow it free of charge, which I didn’t need but appreciated. When I found out that all my breaks were shot, I was really freaked out because I’m not made of money and I can’t live without my car. They made sure that they did it as cheaply as possible and offered me the Goodyear credit card, which really saved my life. They also found out that the flex hose was the reason my breaks went and replaced it for free. Special thanks to Kate, who really made the whole thing less traumatic. Can’t recommend these guys enough!!!

I always come to this conrads for my oil changes and am pleased every time! They are fast and courteous. On occasion they let me know what is going to go next on my car but never in a pushy way, and it is always accurate. They accommodate the kids and seems to get me out faster than expected every time. The staff at Conrads in North Ridgeville Ohio are always nice and respectful. The thing that keeps me coming back there is get the great service. For example if I bring my SUV in for service and I think its my wheel bearings but after they check everything out all that was needed was balancing my tires, they could have just lied and said my bearings were bad and charged me. I hate mechanics that lie to me and charge me for something that does not need to be fixed.Thank Conrads for setting a great example that others should follow. Well I went in for a nail in my tire, what happened next was not in the plans. Conrads fixed the tire alright and then..My breaks (1 side) that I just had repaired 7 mos. ago🤑 at a DIFFERENT autocare business, suddenly gushed fluid while the auto mechanic was backing my car out of the bay. Break fluid shot out all over the drum and pooled on the floor.👀 Much to my chagrin this had to be repaired NOW! Conrads were thnk goodness, privy to the exact nature of what happened to the break and repaired it sufficiently. When I drove 🚘 away the breaks were finally working properly as they never really were even after that 1st fix from another auto care place. I went to Conrad’s because I thought I had a hole in my muffler. Mike, one of the associates was very pleasant and provided me with great service. Used the online service to schedule my car for an oil change and cabin filter change. The guys handled my service visit professionally and set clear expectations. When doing the oil change, they also rotated my tires and checked my brakes for wear. They provided a video of the of the cabin filter and the breaks to show the overall condition of the brake pads. I highly recommend the Conrads North Ridgeville location. The provide great service, take the time to answer any questions, and do a great job servicing the car at fair prices.

My car is a 2007 with low mileage for age. Started a “annual checkup” years ago with Conrads where it is checked “for everything”. Aging gaskets, belts, etc were caught and fixed in time. All necessary fluids etc are routinely changed. Expect to be able to keep car for good long term value. Conrads does their part. Recommend both their North Ridgeville and Strongsville stores

Just needed oil change/filter and tire rotation. They recommended replacing 2 air filters. Sure. Waiting another 30 minutes to find out they didn’t have one of the filters in the size needed. Had to come back an hour and a half later to get proper filter put in. 🤨Would recommend you provide free WiFi for waiting customers..😀UPDATE: wow! Very impressed. Within a couple hours of posting this Conrad’s calls me after reading my review. Gave me a discount on my oil change, apologized, and told me how to access the WiFi in the store! Dont waste your time! Dropped my car off before noon and told them that it I needed it before by 5 oclock to pick my kids up. I was told it wouldnt be a problem at all. Didnt hear from them so I called at 4:30 and they told me it wouldnt be finished until 545. I understand they are busy but dont tell a potential customer that you can get the job done when you cant. I couldve had my oil change 12 times this afternoon at different places. Its too bad this is my first experience in the area after just me.

I have visited this establishment about a half dozen times, every time within days of leaving the shop something else would occur. Either the check engine light would immediately come on, or Brakes would start grinding. I could see once or twice being a coincidence but every time Ive gone to this location, Ive had a similar experience. Each time going to a different mechanic to full resolve the issue and having no further problems. Do with this information what you will, I will not be returning to this establishment. The people at the front counter were nice though.

I get my all my tire needs from Conrad’s! I use Elyria and North Ridgeville locations. Always treated kindly, compassionately and professionally. Get the insurance on your tires. It is worth it!

All have thanked me agreeing with my referral. It is a busy place, so appointments would probably be helpful to aid in your experience! I have seen walk ins show up and they are also taken care of, but for timely response, it seems to help! You cannot go wrong with Conrads. Even though I have bought no less than 15 sets of tires here, they make sure I know of their impeccable service to the lifetime of those tires before I walk out the door!

Last experience we had with Conrads in North Ridgeville was bad-my daughter has an appointment & dropped her car off in the morning as instructed to have tires put on, we called them around 6pm and were advised that her car was the next one in, the car still wasnt done. We tried on multiple occasions and from 3 different phones to reach them for status however could not get through. Her car was there for almost 9 hrs. Little ridiculous for 2 tires.The most recent experience was better but it was only 1 tire for my car and still took 4 hrs but it was done quicker than anticipated.

The manager Rob is awesome! I needed new tires for my van and he suggested two options. I chose Michellin and its like Im driving a new van. Before I left, the battery light came on along with a warning message. I went in to have them look at it. Rob and another tech checked it over and determined my alternator was going bad. Rob gave me a good deal and he said they could take care of it right away. It was done exactly when he said it would be. Rob and his team are honest, good and quick. I appreciate they put the customer first. I will continue to take all my vehicles here. Thanks Rob!

I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I was told it would be $44.00. When I got there, I was shown a card with 3 oil changes on it. I chose the middle one which was $39.00. When I got the bill, it was $61.00. He said it was because they used synthetic oil. I was under the impression it was was all synthetic oil. They are scam artists. Stay away. I waited 2 hours for an oil change. Something is goofy. Taking advantage of a woman.

Went back for oil change free of charge as they forgot to reset my oil notification.They did the oil change in good time...I didnt wait long at all.Went down the road to my next appt, checked the oil notice & it still said 23% & did not get reset yet again.I called them to notify & they said to bring it back.....I was busy the rest of the week.Now it doesnt matter cause it wouldnt be accurate to change it now.
