Best gym Ive been to in the United states. No complaints at all. If your serious about the gym, a competitive athlete or just a weekend warrior, its the place to be. The staff is real and not fake nice. No contract (simple), priced well, real deal trainers that actually live that life. Love you Fitness Now!

Love this gym! Left the big box (that’s not there anymore) for greener pastures and found them here. Dropped 50 lbs since joining. Nothing like getting in a quick 45 minute kettlebell session after work in peace.

I’ve been to several places and I can tell that this is not where you want to workout. Staff didn’t provide basic and super simple information and I’m glad I have asked. I was about to sign up, when I was told about the “the billing cycle” month policy, which means, when you cancel, they charge you one more month. I was not told that and I don’t think that is honest to hide that info from someone trying to sign up.First time I visited the place all they told was 39.99, month to month, no contracts. I have even asked about the registration fee and stuff like that. They answered that it was 39.99 a month and that was it. It’s not. They do have a fee to enroll you that I wasn’t aware of. I’m glad I didn’t sign up.

Great gym environment, lots of great equipment, clean private restrooms/showers! Would recommend this gym to my own friends and family.

I have been a member of this gym for more than 2 years and have no complaints. I feel as though its never really cramped when I go (possibly because of the times I come). Im always able to have access to whatever weights and machines I need. Love that its a 24 hour gym. Love the turf area and the people are nice. Would definitely recommend.

Ive been a member of this gym for about 2-3 years now and the workers are so welcoming and sweet! The gym equipment is well kept, the hours are great, and the bathrooms and gym overall are clean. Not only are the employees helpful, but everyone you meet here including other gym members are also kind. Overall I would highly recommend this gym!

There are a lot of reasons I love coming to this gym, but to name a few... the cleanliness, convenient location, good aesthetics, great trainers, quality equipment, and not to mention it is family owned. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable every time you walk in. It is small but that makes it all the better. The staff knows you by a first name basis and people tend to build relationships with members and staff you couldn’t at other gyms. Felix, the manager, is super helpful and has superior interpersonal skills.The equipment is well up-kept and there’s a wide variety you can’t find at other local gyms. My favorite would have to be the turf area and jacobs ladder. They also have spray tan, tanning beds, private bathrooms and lockers. The only thing I wish they had were group cycle classes.I love coming here and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!

I’m not the type to leave reviews or anything but I really had a great experience here. I love how clean and nice the environment is. I had a great workout and Felix the manager really took care of me with great service. Definitely made me want to make this my home gym. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Edit: The one thing that infuriates me even more than deceiving business practices is lying when responding to bad reviews. The owner says on the comment that you can cancel in 10 minutes and from your couch…. After 15 minutes of waiting in the phone and a 3 hours wait for a call back from their billing company I am told that “THIS gym requires a certified letter”. So not as easy as they say. Also, they charge you $85.50 on October to “improve the gym”. So not the $40+ that the owner says. Just DON’T LIE!Original Post: Horrible experience trying to get my membership canceled after my year term expired. You have to send a certified letter to Utah, and you will still get billed an extra cycle even after the year term was expired. “It’s in the Contract” is the only answer you get. You can get a much better-equipped place where you are not signing in your life away. For $32 a month, you can get a pool, sauna, and a bathroom with more than one stall somewhere else. And oh, their yearly fees are $100 Vs. $40 of other better-equipped facilities.

Fitness Now is an awesome gym! Its small and wholesome so not intimidating but has everything you need. Never too busy and lots of nice people there. Felix and Emily are super friendly and personable and make you feel right at home! :) The bathrooms are always clean and its nice that they have single showers for privacy!

Fitness Now is my all time favorite gym. Not only do they have all the equipment you could want/need for your workouts, but they also have the most comfortable environment that I have ever felt in a gym. The staff is awesome too, always so happy to help! Oh, and they also offer UV and spray tanning! Highly recommend this gym for every fitness level :)

Joined this gym with a few work buddies in December 2020.Must’ve referred 5 to this place already.Privately owned so that’s cool.Has all the machines and weights to get in shape and grow. All the good cardio bikes, elliptical and mountain steppers.I mean, you can tell that it’s a quality gym by all the fit and ripped people in here.It’s 24hrs / 7days a week.Tanning beds too.Pretty quiet place and the staff are always helpful and fun to BS with.

Its a nice well kept gym with a lot of activities and equipment to use... it seems like any kind of gym goer can find their kind of equipment needed for their routine. With anything its going to have its pros and cons. Joined this gym for 2 reasons: 24 hour access and the very unique equipment that every other gym I have seen does not have. You get amazing equipment without paying crazy monthly fees. Gym kept clean and has everything I would ever need for a solid workout!

If you’re looking for a gym in NRH then I would strongly advise checking this one out. It has everything you need in a gym and more. There’s a turf area for people that like to do functional workouts, a lot of different machines, free weights, and many different options for cardio. So regardless of what your goal is, this place is for you. Whether it be building athleticism, gaining muscle, losing fat, or all of the above.. this place has all of the equipment you could ever need. But even past that, this place is nothing like a commercial gym that you just go scan your membership card or punch your phone number and finger scan into. The staff is extremely personable from the owner to the gym to the employees even to the cleaning staff. Everyone is extremely nice and easy going. They all take time to meet and greet each member that walks through the door. Taking time to get to know everyone that comes in which gives you a sense of belonging which to me would be extremely helpful for people who may be intimidated of entering a gym. All in all, this gym is by far the best I’ve been to and I would highly recommend it for anyone

Went to tour the club today and inquire about signing up. Waited at the front for awhile, the worker seemed bothered by me being there. No tour offered, no hospitality, no customer service, no workout or guest pass, showed the prices quickly on the computer and looked at me. Very little explanation was given, disappointing experience to say the least. No problem, I will take my money to other gyms haha.

I love fitness Now Ive been with them since 2019, the ly are so clean and such a great inclusive environment, staff is amazing, Felix is great and very knowledgeable for any questions about machines or movements.

Its a smaller gym, no basketball court or pool bit its very nice and well kept. Staff is super helpful especially when I lost my card to get in, gave me a new one in no time at all

I’ve been a member for over three years now and I can for sure say that this gym beats any other gym. The atmosphere is really great and the equipment is well maintained and kept! The owner is great and so are the people that work there! I look forward to growing and becoming the best I can at this gym. This place really pushes you to become the best you can. I really dont have anything good to say about this gym. Customer service is awful.. long wait times when you call to cancel. They charge a $50 + a year equipment repair/ equipment upgrade fee but when you mention that youd like to see certain equipment they tell you no! They tell you that you can use equipment thats stored away then tell you after signup that youre unable to use bc it belongs to owners wife. Only good thing I can say is their gym is clean. They lock you into a year contract.. I had to keep paying even though I dont even use this gym anymore. Dont waste your money or time at this facility. Might I also mention they require a 30 day notice and a certified cancellation letter!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Fitness Now is such a a great locally owned gym! I personally have made use of most all of the equipment, minus the tanning beds but I don’t tan, and everything is clean and works well! Having it be open 24/7 is super convenient and allows for people to go even at super early or late hours. I would also like to give the manager, Felix, a shoutout! He is a super responsible, personable, and nice guy who will answer any questions you have about the gym and can train if you are looking for a Personal Trainer! FN is such a great gym, go check it out!

If you are a seasoned fitness veteran or new to working out, this club is for you. It has a lot of great equipment, some equipment you wont find in most big box gyms including a couple of the monsters down the street. The absolute best part about the club is its private club vibe. A huge plus is the individual VIP restrooms that are available for members. The front desk staff was really inviting upon my first visit and the club was super clean. Cant really ask for much more than that. Oh yea, by the way 24/7 access! This club is a freaking steal of a deal with all that it offers. Signed up today after my first workout.

I was a member just over 2 years. Great gym with some great equipment. They ended up moving locations and it was just too far for me. When I cancelled the owner was very professional and cancelled my membership on the spot - no hidden fees, no surprise charges. For that reason alone, this gym gets 5 stars. Wish I could still go there.

Just joined this gym a month ago and it is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They have taken all necessary precautions to ensure there are cleaning supplies in multiple locations to clean equipment. The gym has great equipment for various types of workouts.

Fantastic gym to be a part of. The equipment is kept very clean at all times with sanitary stations all throughout. They have amazing equipment with plenty of space between each so you never feel crowded or cramped. The staff is phenomenal, always making sure everyone is good and are happy to answer any questions or have a conversation. Overall it’s a great experience every time I’m there.

Best gym around. Especially after the COVID-19 they are making sure everyone follow protocols and the staff is amazing at keeping the gym clean. Great gym. Its got a great atmosphere, plenty of equipment, and professional employees. I especially liked the fact that they have equipment like the Jacobs ladder. Its nice to have options to change up your cardio, and equipment like that is hard to find in gyms around here. If youre looking for a solid gym, this is definitely the place for you.

I recently had a billing issue and I reached out to the owner. He was very helpful, he personally called me up and discussed what issues I was having and helped me get them resolved within a couple days.This is an example of how AWESOME this gym is! The staff are incredibly professional and friendly. The versa spa tanning was flawless and quick and easy to use. I love that I didn’t have to get naked in front of a stranger but, still got airbrushed results. Then I got to enjoy a workout. Awesome, awesome, awesome! 👏

I love my gym. The equipment. The layout. The staff. Since COVID 19 started it’s great to be back. I feel safe with the distancing layout and the cleanliness. Everyone is respectful of your space and the owner (JP) and staff (Felix) are friendly and make themselves available while they continue to clean and disinfect.

Walked in this place and met Felix. He was very professional and courteous. Explained the membership fees and gave me a tour of the gym. I told him I would think about it and he offered a 3 day pass to the gym. I stayed for a quick workout and ended up getting a membership for me and the wife. Tried to charge me 100 to cancel even though I had yet to use the gym and it was within 24 hours - then fought me again to try and make me stay for a month - when I pulled the code up he backed right off - Feliz is trying to get as much of your money as possible.

Pretty great. A plethora of equipment as well as turf, multiple places to squat and deadlift, and a bunch of bathrooms. Water bottle refill station is my favorite!

The gym and staff werent bad, but it was pretty irritating dealing with Paramount Acceptance to manage my membership. Once my work schedule and address changed, I assumed Id be able to call or walk in, cancel, and go about my day. Instead a had to physically send a letter to Utah, giving a 30 day notice. Not a call, or an email, but a physical letter. Hopefully they will switch up third party company one that uses modern technology in order to be more member friendly.
