Staff is courteous and helpful. Not trying to be pushy about products.

Not easy to deal with . constantly have to keep tabs on them . they want to sell any knowledge to you as pool school . ? Really .. What a joke. I fired them after 2nd month . also charged almost 900$ to replace my pool light . there are better companies out there dont settle for sparkle bright ....

I’ve known Patrick for about 20 years now and his integrity and honesty is 2nd to none. I’ve owned a pool website for many, many years - yet when I lived in North Port, I shopped at Patrick’s Retail Pool Store in North Port, FL every time! So if that doesn’t explain my opinion or recommendation - nothing will....Keep up the amazing work! Only someone as knowledgeable and the type person I explained above could last in the pool industry which is a hard industry and through 2 very hard times and Patrick did it and continues to do it and expand. I’d give 10 stars if I could but I could only give 5....I review many businesses and I don’t do it for promotional value, I am just honest and upfront. So this may sound ‘spammy’ but that just says what type of a business this is.My reviews have been seen over 100K times as of this year (Google told me... I don’t count or have any clue...lol...). Google is smart enough to understand reviewers and ‘fake reviews’. I live in Sarasota, FL now or else I’d still be shopping at this pool store!

The owner Patrick is one of the nicest people as well as his employees. very helpful take care of things on the spot and if they cant theyll tell you where to go for it.

Extremely helpful and friendly. had to replace my pool pump motor and they couldnt have offered better service.

Patrick and his staff are always helpful and very knowledgeable on pool chemistry. They will test your pool water at no charge and tell you what to add to maintain crystal clear pool water. I have used them for pool repairs as well and am very satisfied with their work.

This place is awsome I just had a new pool built went to Leslies and was taken advantage of right away if been going here for 2 weeks now and they know there stuff and they never try to get u to buy stuff you dont need and in like the other stores they know what there talking about we feel so much better having a pool now after having them tell us what we need to use...would keep coming here and Patrick knows his stuff

I have known Patrick for many years and I can vouch that it is a true local family business. That’s one of the many reasons to deal with Sparkle Brite, but mainly, they are knowledgeable and courteous. I do recommend them.

Can t say enough about this company. They were really helpful in educating us about our new pool when we would first go in to ask ?s. Then we decided to try their pool service. And we have been very pleased - and relieved - to have professionals.overseeing the pool.

I have been a customer since the original store was there always had nothing but great service. but when Patrick took over strange thing happened, Patrick totally won my trust even much more than the original owners. he always greets you with mr, mrs. I told him when he calls me mr. I look around for my father. so polite you cant not like him. his staff is the same way he is. very pleasant and helpful. they all know what they are talking about. the store always kept clean and great selection of everything you need for your pool/spas. Got my pool serviced here and was green every week! Pool tech was here 3 minutes tops! Highly dont reccomend service here!

After being with them, practically since their opening, were done. This particular location would arbitrarily change our regularly scheduled day for cleaning...and we never got angry. They forgot about us several times when their staff would change or their owners would go on vacation...sometimes for more than 2 weeks, and all we did was call to check...and get, Oops! Our mistake. And wed take it. So we didnt think it was a big deal when sometimes wed play quarterly v. Monthly because Patrick, the owner, never said a thing. But this time, while dealing with my husbands illness, then his fathers death causing us to have to suddenly leave town, we had problems. As soon as hubby was feeling better, (Feb.) he paid the bill and assumed everything was fine. Until we looked out the window Saturday afternoon and realized our pool had a greenish tinge. So we called. The owner was off, but we were told hed call back. After WE followed up twice we were told someone would be back out Monday to take care of things. When that didnt happen started calling...and got a call back today. They were going to look into what happened with the route supervisor who promptly told us that they werent coming out as wed never paid for Marchs services yet. When we advised we hadnt even gotten that bill yet, he told us that they would not be performing any further services without a credit card on file with the billing department. This was the first wed heard of it, but ok....right? Then he wanted to know how green our pool had become. We told him that when he was expected Monday we could easily see to the bottom (mind you, wed been calling daily with little to no luck), but that now it was pretty green. He said the pool probably needed to be re-treated now. And it would cost an additional $200. Hmmm... So granted, we should not have been late on payments (but if theyd let us know the credit card thing WAS an option, this wouldve been a non-issue), but is it really good customer service to change your customers service dates with no notice, to randomly forget to service them at all and expect everything to be ok, then to cancel people who have been both good customers and referrers without even telling them youve changed billing policies?Or that youre discontinuing service? Nope. There are other options around. Im over being held hostage to things that arent even relayed to me. Communication is key in any relationship and theirs sucks.

Our pool is dirty many times - they dont come out as they say - they wont assist when you have a problem with a hose until 3 days later - had them for 2 years always paid as planned - time for a new company. Not a good company for pool maintenance- many problems over past 2 years - they dont come out when you call and say the pools dirty and no ones been out this past week - they dont rush out
