We had reservations for the pontoon boat/jet ski guided tour about 2 months in advance. However, the week of our vacation looked rainy and gloomy. I called several times and talked to Steve. He was very patient and accommodating. We canceled once, rescheduled once and eventually scheduled again for the original day planned. I felted horrible to keep changing things around but Steve was great to deal with. He hooked us up with Alex as our tour guide and he was awesome! We had kids and a pretty boring group but he was very happy to watch us play in the sand, swim near the boat and let everyone jet ski in the water way. No pressure to go out into the ocean or far off land. I know thats not for everyone but with kids and inexperienced boaters this is all we felt comfortable doing. He stayed close by for every need or question. Alex even rescued us from a lingering jellyfish around the boat. He was super nice and didnt make us feel like we were bothering him. We will definitely rent our pontoon boats and jet skis here again. Great for families!

My husband and I ride a jet ski on our anniversary vacation every year and this was our best experience yet! We decided to try the 2 hour dolphin tour and we were able to see 20 or more dolphins and a shrimp boat. We had time to jump waves and go fast in the ocean. Our tour guide shared random facts and made fun patterns for us to follow when we were in single file line in the inlet. He was also very patient with parents and kids on their jet skis. There was only 3 total jet skis other than our guide in our tour.

Great experience! We have never rode jet skies before and this was the perfect us! The guides were super helpful and really nice at helping us until we got the hang of it! Would definitely use them again next time we are in Myrtle beach!

This is our 5th time using this Myrtle Beach Watersports and it is always great. This year I couldnt jet ski because of back surgery and we sent our 3 daughters (18 and 20) and they had a great time, got close to a bunch of dolphins and said it was the best yet. The owner thanked us for being repeat customers, the staff is always very welcoming and we look forward to coming back.

We went out on Sea Screamer but unfortunately the water was too rough to go out into the ocean so we just stayed in the waterways. If you dont get to see dolphins they do give you a free trip to try again so we booked for two days later. We got to go out into the ocean that day, we searched for dolphins but unfortunately did not find any. Not for lack of trying! The captain, Holden, and first mate, Molly, went to the spots they have luck at. Communicated with other boats, followed a shrimp boat for a bit, using binoculars, but unfortunately the dolphins didnt want to be found. But it was still a very fun ride, we enjoyed it a lot!!

OMGGGG this was an amazing super awesomeeeeee experience full of exillerating excitement and fun!!!I fell off the Jetski (my fault🙃) but the staff was super helpful in recovering🤪 and assisting me get back on the Jetski🤣I would definitely try this AGAIN and AGAIN!!! The check-in ladies were super friendly and helpful!!! The staff explaining instructions regarding safety and Jetski rules were very informative. The Jetski personnel riders that guided us were friendly and knowledgeable, ENJOYED every bit of the ride although we did NOT get a chance to see any dolphins 🐬BUT still a FUNTASTIC adventure!!!!!

We rented a tritoon all day and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A month previous my father had rented a pontoon from a competitor and it felt like that boat had a governor on it. Turns out it probably did compared to the boats from Myrtle Beach Watersports. The boats are well maintained, come with two anchors, a laminated map, and thorough instruction on use and places to visit.Their price is slightly higher than other places, but it is worth it.

Paid for a jet ski dolphin tour and did not see one dolphin. Guide was fine but if you’re paying to see “dolphins” and you don’t the company should reimburse some money back but they do not if I had known that I would of paid solely for a jet ski rental.. isn’t fair to advertise dolphins if they’re aren’t necessarily guaranteed

This was the very best way to spend my sister in laws birthday. Our guide Tanner is a Dolphin Whisper, he brought us into a pod of 60 to 80 amazing dolphins. Swimming, jumping and so very close you could almost touch them. Tanner was so very knowledgeable and has the personality of a comedian, teacher, and caregiver. We felt so safe with his guiding ability. We had the most incredible time. One we will never ever forget!

My husband and I did the jet ski dolphin tour. Our guide was Chase and he was AWESOME! We were able to spot some dolphins but also was able to have fun on the jet skis in some big waves! It was a good mix of seeing dolphins for me and adrenaline for my husband jumping some waves! We even loved how they put our picture in an actual frame as well as getting digital copies off the information card they gave us. We definitely recommend them, if you are looking for more action when seeing the dolphins!

Ive been out twice now with these guys. Sam was an awesome guide for our dolphin tour and took us through the waterway and ocean in a fun and safe manner. He always made sure we were safe but didnt baby us and let us shred some water. I have never been so close to a dolphin in my life and I probably never will again!! We were able to see a family of dolphins and because we were on skis I was able to get much closer than I would have in a boat. I could have jumped on that dolphin and gave it a hug!! Great time and we will be back. Thank you Sam!!

The waterski rental was Great! Our guide Chase (who was awesome) led us down the waterway into the open ocean where the ride got real interesting. The weather was overcast with slight rain and the waves were, lets just say, larger than I expected them to be. We did hit a big wave and ended up in the ocean like a wounded walrus flaying around. We were able to get back on the ski with no problems although my new sunglasses ended up on the ocean floor. Our trip lasted a good two plus hours which was more than enough for me and my wife.We would recommend this anyone looking for a fun time on the water and the price was well worth it. Thanks Chase!

My kids and I went on the dolphin jet ski excursion and it was incredible! We saw lots of dolphins right up close and Hunter, our awesome guide, took us out and let us ride around on our own for half an hour, so much fun! On our way back, he took us through a waterway that was so pretty and fun to maneuver through, lots of sharp turns and calm water. I highly recommend this company, they do it right!

We had a great time jet skiing with dolphins. We saw about 10-12 dolphins had one good guide the other was probably new. We were told to ride comfortably and guide would pace off slower riders but instead were told to hurry up. Absolutely no Covid precautions. Riders would leave jet skis, remove jacket and neither were wiped clean or disinfected, just add next rider. They had plenty of workers available.

Planned a dolphin boat cruise for my family. This was for 3pm. They have two boats that run. Although seas were too rough too go out to see the dolphins they continued to load the passengers and take them out only to turn back.This is a scam. They knew they could not make it out and still took people out to the inlet. Yes they give rainchecks but how many people are coming back to MB? They stand to make hundreds if not thousands of dollars on each of these trips. After the first trip turned back all trips should have been canceled. This is a dishonest practice and needs to be addressed.The only good part was the crew. They were nice even though I think they know exactly what they were doing when they took us out.

Excellent Fun at decent prices for the whole family! Courteous and professional staff. Dolphin Tour was mission success and the Jet Skis were brand new and pretty fast (40mph max). Mad fun.The Long story...Dolphin cruise starts a mile or so inland, allowing for some very nice waterfront property views/sights, then exits out to the Atlantic ocean to find the dolphins. It was obvious the captain and crew knew where to go. There were dolphins everywhere and not a single passenger could have missed seeing them. Enjoyable experience for the family.Jet Skis were rented by us (x3) with one adult and 1 child per. We chose 1 hour as we felt that would likely be long enough for us. It was a BLAST! Again the staff were VERY courteous and helpful. They guided (but did not limit) you along the area to ride. I personally went FULL ON MAX speed the whole time...non-stop. 😂 Incredibly fun (if not too afraid of water). Can very easily NOT fall in the water if moderate control is maintained (unlike me 😂). How too training was very good for our new rider and life jackets were provided for all. HIGHLY recommended if this is your type of thing.

We took the dolphin viewing jetski tour with Ron and had an amazing morning. We saw several dolphins and felt completely comfortable the entire adventure. Would do this again and highly recommend!

Not of the fault of the company but there was a child (old enough to know better) that was literally screaming, kicking and out of control. The parents trying to appease the child were just as bad as the childs uncontrollable outburst. The 1st mate did nothing to help the situation. Perhaps ask the parents to get up and walk the child around to see if they could distract. Or offer the child one of your beverages that was supposedly on board. We did see dolphins but not a peaceful relaxing experience that we had wanted. The boat is fairly small and there was nowhere to get away from the melt down that lasted the ENTIRE time we were at the area where the dolphins were.

Along with renting jet skis, going on the dolphin watch on the jetboat, I have been renting pontoon boats a few times a year from Myrtle Beach Watersports for the last few years. THEY ARE THE BEST AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Steve and his crew are always very professional and go above and beyond to make sure your trip goes well. It is the highlight of the trip when friends and family come to visit. My wife is in a wheelchair and they always give special attention when helping her off and on the pontoon boat. I did a two hour dolphin tour with my parents and 6 year old daughter. Chase was our guide and he couldn’t have been any better. He was extremely patient with my daughter and made sure the trip was enjoyable to her. The tour was more than I could have asked for and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great family trip.

The staff there are really nice and great customer service. Riding the jet skis was so much fun ! Our guide Ronnie was a blast to be with. I can say this was one of the best experiences on the water. I so recommend Watersports if you are looking for fun time out on the water !

We had a blast today with Bill! Everyone in our group was new to jet ski and Bill made us feel confident enough to ride it on our own. We were also able to see a large family of dolphins on the sea and it was definitely the highlight of the ride. An experience well worth it!

Our 4 year old was ok at first but when out to sea it was rough and she was not having it.Chase took us to a small island and we waited for our group to come in and Chase took us back in. Best Jet Skiing rental experience ever! Our guide, Holden, gave us a lot of freedom and we did not feel like we were confined to certain areas. But also felt safe and he was there if needed-when our friends slipped off he was right there to help even though they got back on themselves. Highly recommend doing ocean rather than inlet. Felt like we were living on the edge much more.

My companions and I booked a 4 hour watercraft visit for my cousins 40th birthday celebration while traveling in South Carolina. Commander John was fun and extremely learned and demonstrated to us an extremely extraordinary time. He even attempted to educate a couple of my companions how to swim! He is the best. We would love to do this once more! Make certain to wear a bathing suit and have your camera prepared! Best time ever!

We had a great time today renting jet skis for an hour. The staff told us exactly how to do stuff in a clear and polite manner. Only thing wrong was that after looking on the website we had the impression that we could take the jet skis out into the ocean, but that was only for guided tours and not rentals, maybe make that a little clearer for others in the future.

This was such an awesome ordeal! My Hubby other and I travel a considerable measure and are continually searching for something enjoyable to do...we discovered it!!!! This was so unwinding. An unquestionable requirement improve the situation any nature darling. We saw bunches of flying creatures, fish, turtles, and even a little croc. Trent and Meghan were superb. We had never been on an upright oar board yet Tom and Rock were exceptionally tolerant and useful. This is a flat out must do!!!!! Express gratitude toward Myrtle Beach Watersports and Laura from Meredith Nh, would like to see you once more.

The tour itself was incredible. Did the 2 hr jet ski dolphin tour. The ocean was very intense for novice skiers. This is not for the faint of heart if youve never been on a ski in the ocean. We did see several dolphins and the island we visited was idyllic. Would have been nice for the guide to bring some bottled water. Btw its easier to ride by yourself than w a rider on back of ski.

Kind of expensive for the 2 hour dolphin tour. $318 for 2 jet skis even with a $20 discount. Very cool though to cruise the open ocean. We were unable to spot any dolphins.

Horrible experience. Quoted 160 over the phone for two jet skis on a dolphin tour for two hours. I asked multiple times on the phone to confirm the price and was told multiple times it was good by the owner. My wife and I arrived at 830am and I was told the price was over 300. Insanity.I questioned the rate and the guy at the counter with the lady, in named, copped an attitude with me and said Were the best so you let me know how that turns out when I said Ill take my business elsewhere. Well, bud, I went elsewhere. Highly dissatisfied and I do not recommend at all. Rude employees and a lying owner are a sure sign that this place is no good in my book.

Dolphin watching on a fast boat was a lot of fun. If you dont want to get wet, sit in the front half of the boat.

Rented a pontoon boat on August 14th and had a great time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Only concern was how they charged for fuel usage. They rented the pontoon out with a partially filled tank and gave a 10.00 credit. They did not refill when we were done and just said we owed them 30.00 for fuel usage. Not sure how they come up with a figure by just using fuel gage as gages cannot be a real accurate way of charging. It would be better to rent boats with a full tank and on return refill the tank and then charge for the actual fuel used for the days use. Other than this troublesome concern all eight people had a wonderful time
