Went parasailing today at Aloha--it was incredible start to finish! All of the staff was excellent, courteous, friendly, fun, and very knowledgeable. Tarzan took us out and back on the banana boat and joked around with the kids. At the parasailing boat Captain Mike and Jay were so fantastic! They helped make everyone at ease getting on and off the boat from the banana boat. Jay was super efficient and knowledgeable gearing us up for our flights. Both Mike and Jay were so much fun talking and joking around with all of us and making all of us laugh and making the experience very personal and cordial. Thank you both Captain Mike and Jay!

One of our best day at the beach. The guides were wonderful and friendly. They made sure everyone had a great time. They have the best prices for all the adventures they offer.

Wife and I took part in both parasailing and the 2 hour jet ski dolphin tour. First, parasailing was a cool experience. Didn’t last long, but they were safe and efficient and hey, we got to see a shark. Great pics of the experience.What totally made our day was the dolphin jet ski tour. Our guide, Joe, was super cool, so cool in fact he made Hasselhoff look uncool. The dolphins were right up next to us and he went above and beyond (over 200 pictures worth) to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. You can tell he loves what he does, which makes it all the better.The icing on the cake that earned the 5 stars was their manager going above and beyond on a day they were closed. Somehow the pictures we purchased never came through from the dolphin tour. I wish I knew her name, but she made sure we got our tour pictures. To say I was impressed with the customer service is an understatement. We will be back and will ONLY use ALOHA WATERSPORTS on future visits. Highly recommend everyone use Aloha. Hang ten Joe!!!

This was my youngest daughters last day of leave before being deployed to Okinawa. We ALL had a blast. So glad we did this! Thanks for the memories!

Aloha Watersports had a friendly, helpful staff that made a memorable first-time parasailing adventure for my son and I! We rode on a banana boat out to the boat in the ocean, and then went airborne via a parasail for a 15 ride!

100% recommending this business for your water fun! We did Parasailing, which included the banana boat ride! (Other places charges you for the banana boat ride that’s required to ride out to the boat whilst it’s included here!) We also did the 2Hour Dolphin tour and it was AMAZING saw a few dolphins rode some rough waves. We def will jet ski with them when we visit again!!

We had a blast! Although nervous to try something new, the team members made us all feel right at home and we enjoyed our experience. The weather was cooler then normal for the time of year but the peacefulness of being in the air and taking in the scene made it worth it.

We took the 2 hour dolphin tour on the jet skis. It was an absolute blast. The two young men who went out with us were AMAZING. They were kind, patient, fun, and took us to a spot where we seen multiple pods of dolphins including a dolphin baby. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Well worth the money.

So much fun!! We love the banana boats, and the parasailing is amazing as well. Aloha will not disappoint. We continue to come back, year after year.

Very nice and friendly staff. They were attentive and made sure we had a good and safe time. You can tell that they all enjoy working here and love to put in the extra effort to make everyone have a great time. One concern was the price of the pictures. It is $50 to have your pictures emailed to you. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone!

Today we did the banana boat and parasail and it was absolutely amazing. Shoutout to Captain Turkey for being great, and the other two captains on the boat!

We drove up to North Myrtle Beach for a parasail. I booked the appointment and thought I was booking closer to our hotel in Myrtle beach. The staff was nice and checking in was efficient. I am glad we did an early slot as by the time we got back in their was quite a line and it filled up. The banana boat ride was fun but if you are in the front expect a continuous spray of water. I am glad our captain did have a rag to clean off my glasses but that might not always be the case. The ride was great and relaxing...I would have given them 5 stars but the wait for the pictures at the end was too long (nearly 20 minutes for us) and I also think that paying an additional $40 per ride for photos in quite high. You are not allowed to bring your own camera so if you want any photos you are really stuck paying a much higher price for the experience. They include two complimentary photos that are taken on the beach but one on the boat would be nice as well....

The guys who took us out were great! Lots of fun riding wave runners. We liked being able to go out an inlet where you can go fast without it being too choppy. Going back tomorrow !!Thx Guys!Jen I.

This was the first time that me and my family had ever been parasailing and we absolutely had a blast! The guy who went by the name Turkey and gave us the ride out on the banana boat was super nice. Once we got to the boat our Captain by the name Jesse and his deck hand were also super nice and helpful and couldnt ask for a better experience for the first time. Definitely a must and with this company if youve never done it . See yall next time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯

This place is definitely the #1 place for parasailing!!! We had the best time everyone was so nice and I got sea sick and the 1st mate was amazing and so nice!!! We called to book and we’re told there were only three available times available. We asked if there was anything at all earlier because we were afraid it might run long but they let us know they were booking up quickly and 2pm was the only slot. We knew we needed to be done by 4 but they assured us that our time was 2 and to be sure to be there 15 min early to not miss our time slot.Once we arrived we walked up to the table and there was a huge line of “walk ups” so we asked where to go for reservation and they had us move to another line to sign forms. We then laid and they took us to the beach to get ready for the banana boat to the parasailing boat. When we got there (to the line on the beach - after paying with no refunds) we saw that we were in line that was waiting to be placed in position.Long story short.. we were there for our 2 pm slot we precooked but there were 16 full boats ahead of us. So we stood in the blazing sun with no shade and waited for two hours. We asked “why did we make a reservation?” And “why were they so strict on time and reassuring us of time?” And their answer - “sorry it is what it is.. we do reservations to know how heavy the traffic will be - but everyone is the same- reservation or walk up”So we got on our bot for the ride at 345 (for the 2pm reservation)This was very hard for us.. our daughter… and having to try to communicate and reschedule the stuff we needed to do at 5 because you are not allowed to have your phone

First time parasailing and the weather was incredible. We had a lot of fun on the banana boat rides, we really enjoyed the boat ride as well, and the parasailing was even better than imagined.We also did the jetski dophin tour which was both terrifying and exciting as it was our first time on jetskis, but we survived and we got to see a TON of dolphins!Photos are available for purchase at the end so plan on spending an additional $50 per activity when you sign up if you want all of them.

We had a wonderful time today jetskiing! Our guide, Tracer took us near a shrimp boat and we saw so many dolphins. It was amazing! We also had a blast jet skiing!

First time experience for para sailing and well organized. Got there and was on the boat within 30 mins with the amount of people in line. Captains was helpful also. The paying of pics was kinda sketchy. No receipts. Hopefully I get what I paid in pics. Over all, good experience.

Nice staff, good time but…wait was way too long. Reservations were at 2pm, didn’t hit the water until after 4. Gotta tighten that up, I’d give an hour with no complaint. At least offer a bottle of water as we waited!

I have done this twice now, first time the best this time when we called they suggested 12 reservation. Well just like the doctors we waited in line for an hour and a half in the hot hot sun. With others that had 12 reservations Whats the point of a reservation? By the time you got to the boat, we were dying for drink . And my knees were tired.

I live locally, literally 10 blocks from Aloha. This was the most fun Ive had in years. Well worth the money. Im glad I supported a local small business owner. The owner of Aloha rocks and lives blocks from his business too!!! Thank you for a first class experience!!!!

First time parasailing and it was amazing. if you’re riding the banana boat try to request captain turkey, definitely a fun person. 10/10 recommend for a family, or for a group of friends.

We had a great experience at Aloha Watersports today. We made reservations for 6 people to banana boat out to the boat in the ocean to parasail at 9am and everything went smoothly. We had two 75 year old grandparents (who are in great shape, but 75 years old) and the captains and other guys did a phenomenal job helping them on and off the banana boat, boat and parasail. Kudos! The pictures were awesome, too! You guys have a well-oiled machine of an operation going on. We were very impressed from the check in to the check out. We highly recommend Aloha Watersports!

People were great!!! Rides were amazing!!!! Our first time and hopefully not our last!! Captain mike and Oscar and captain Tarzan were all exceptional, even when Tarzan had to help get my husband who cannot swim back on the banana boat after he fell into the ocean!!!! Even the workers on the beach were friendly and helpful :)

The experience was fun for sure. Enjoyed the banana boat and everything. I will say that if you are in a rush or time limit or have people waiting in your group that dont want to do it as we did its probably not the best. You will not be going when you are booked to do so even it you book in advance. Took over an hour the time slot we had to actually do anything but wait in line. They also charge and outrageous amount of money to email the pictures taken from the captaims cell phone. So they charge an insane amount of money for the pictures you could take yourself if they allowed you to and all they do is send them via email which is free for them.

This was an awesome experience, the on shore and off shore staff was so knowledgeable and great. The wait time wasnt bad at all. Definitely one of the very best times we have had on our trip. Will definitely be doing it again. Thank you to everyone at Aloha water sports.

Very friendly and conscientious staff! The experience was lovely and they made sure that all of us had the help we needed to get on and off of the boats and parasail. Called to make a reservation right when they opened and was able to get one for 3 people for an hour later. They ask that you arrive 15 minutes early and instead we arrived 15 minutes late. They were able to accommodate with no issues and we were on a banana boat within 20 minutes of arrival, including check in, life jackets, etc. Captain Buck on the lifeboat was great and made the ride to and from the parasailing boat a lot of fun! Captain Mark and Wild Willie were fun and made us feel safe on the boat and the parasail, taking pictures for us the entire ride. Their pricing was lower than other companies in town too. Would definitely recommend!

The hostesses were friendly and polite.It was good fun. Tarzan was a great driver for the banana boat ride out and in. Big Man and crewmate gave us a great fly.

My group of 4 had a blast. I was very nauseated (Im really sensitive to motion sickness these past few years). Our captain Chris and his first mate were awesome. Reserved a time slot today for 9:30AMArrived about 15 minutes before as requested in the confirmation text.Nobody was on site from Aloha Watersports.. besides another couple that had same reservation time. After waiting 20 minutes or so with no cell phone, we drove back to our hotel to see if there was any text or call to understand where everyone was at. Spoke with lifeguard and they didn’t mention any weather conditions.They advised they notified everyone to let them know they are closed due to current weather conditions.. no call no text.Not a great experience

Absolutely Amazing, these guys know their sport an how to make sure your having an exceptional time an staying safe at the same time. Highly recommended... we took out 9 jet skis so large group..

Everything was wonderful. Our tour guide was great and it was super fun. Only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 is because we had maybe 5 photos taken of us and they wanted to charge $50 for all 5 photos or $25 for 1 photo ...and that seemed a bit ridiculous... other then that, it was so much fun getting out on the water!!!

We had an appointment at 10:30 today, drove 30 miles and showed up 15 minutes early as directed at the spot and they were not there. There were no signs or directions. Found out from the lifeguard that they probably canceled all trips due to the wind. While I completely understand canceling due to safety reasons, the least they could have done is give us a call or text and avoid wasting an entire morning of our precious vacation.

Very long wait (1 hour) to get on the parasail. The woman at the register was extremely rude. Ride was safe and fun, but the experience was not at all personal. Overall, it was a ripoff for barley 10 minutes in the air. Would not use this company again.

Actual ride to the boat and actual parasailing was great. Captain Mike and Oscar get 5 stars. However we called and was told 11:30 show up 15 minutes prior, which is where the problem is with this place. 11:15 and after getting registered and waiting in the direct sun with no shade, umbrellas nothing, we finally got to go out around 1:30After a 2 hour wait we enjoyed our time out however then we have to wait again for pictures they would not just let me buy the pictures and have them sent so we could leave. They tell us after waiting to get back in line to view them finally after what we thought was gonna be a quick event turned out being over 3 and a half hours we were able to get our pictures emailed and get out of the heat. Beach staff incredibly rude and unorganized plus they should tell people on the phone that theres a possible 3 hour wait. Not impressed and customer service 0 stars. However the guys out on the ocean running back and forth I thought were great.

July 2, 2021. My family ( husband, daughter, her husband and two grandchildren) were parasailing. Just as we got done a storm moved in and the visibility was not good. We got on the banana boat and was escorted back by two other jet skis besides the driver. During this time it was raining hard and the ocean was rough. Felt very safe and all the staff was very nice and professional.

Reservation was easy and we were immediately sent instructions and a map to our phone.Cking in Was friendly and quick. Everyone on staff made sure we had a great experience! The banana boat ride from (Buck) to para sailing was even so much fun. Our captain (Jess) had us soaring in no time. The view was breath taking, we wld do it again! Thank you for making our vaca so memorable!!

If I could give no stars I would!! You make a reservation so you don’t have to wait but they over book and you still have to wait for over an hour! What a joke.

My husband and I had the best time jet skiing with Gavin!! There were issues with the group prior to us and then with member of our group. Gavin accommodated and made sure we still got our full tour and that we had the best time. I definitely recommend this place and Gavin to all who visit MB!!

Great time! Fair for the [rice, and you save $5 per person if you go before 11am. You ride the banana boat to the actual boat (score - 2 for one), then ride the boat while the other groups parasail (about 10-15 minutes per group), then its your turn. Totally worth it - professional staff and friendly crew.

This group has an efficient system. We watched them set-up and tear down, daily, during our vacation. They work hard. The best of all was the experience. We had a 9am slot, arrived 15 min early and were done by 9:30ish. My kids and niece had an amazing parasailing time. Quality photos too.

It was fun, and the price was fair. But even with a reservation, we waited in line for 2 hours before we got to go out on the boat. So dont make any plans quitting a couple hours after your reservation!

They have a very good system to keep everything moving. The workers were very friendly, all the boat captains including the banana boats drivers know how to make exciting while keeping you safe and they take pictures throughout so you can have fun and still get the memories.

I wish I could leave a worse review.... we made reservations for parasailing at 9 am for noon. You would think the reservation would mean that we would be able to go parasailing at least close to noon... NOT EVEN CLOSE. We checked in 15 minutes early... then got to wait an hour in line to pay... because you dont do that at the same time you check in. Once paid, I got to experience another 2 hour wait that I was told multiple times would only be about another hour. Finally we get to where it seems like we are close and i asked one bearded guys who works there how much longer and was told probably about another hour and a half. What a poorly ran system. For what its worth, I HIGHLY recommend trying somewhere else.

We had Captain Turkey and ask him several times to slow down because I had my 7 year old grandson on the banana boat with me. He said I can change up where you are sitting and he put my grandson and I in the middle of the banana boat and then he went faster and did all kinds of twist and turns. This was unsafe and uncalled for. I have been on over 15 banana boat rides and this was the worse one I have ever been on. Not to mention my grandson was stepped on several times and has a bruised arm from being stepped onI think you should separate wild rides from a safety ride. I would not recommend this banana boat ride to anyone. Its NOT safe.

Captain Mike and Jay were definitely top-notch! We went parasailing here and oh my goodness it was amazing and terrifying and exhilarating all rolled into one lol 😂 when you’re going on the banana boats, make sure, and I mean MAKE SURE you are hanging on as tight as you can or you will be thrown lol 😂 the actual parasailing itself was sooooo wonderful, the views from up high were SO worth the seasickness afterwards. DEFINITELY would recommend this place.But also as an FYI, make sure you plan on being there for a couple hours, cuz the wait time is a little long. But that’s the only complaint I’ve got 🤪

Was a great time for our family but don’t be fooled by their before 11am special discount. They still charge you $35 per person if you just ride in the boat to be with your children, on top of the $75 per person to parasail. They don’t allow any phones even if you have water proof covers so that you can’t take photos, then charge you almost $60 for photos that they just email to you (at no cost to them). Oh, and most of the pictures are pixelated. Maybe use some of the money you charge for photos to clean your life vests so them don’t smell horrible.In addition, there are consistently about 6-8 girls just sitting around on their phones while people stand in line, some with attitudes that make you feel like you are bothering them.Again, a great experience for memories but cost us over $300 for basically 10 minutes (if even that long) parasailing and our own photos. We even got a call the morning of our scheduled time, 45 minutes beforehand to ask it we would reschedule for 3 hours later. When we said we couldn’t we were informed that we would have to wait an hour after our scheduled time. Yet none of these things seem to deter them from charging FOR EVERYTHING!!!

I brought my kids (6yr old son & 8yr old daughter) to go parasailing for the 2nd yr in a row while vacationing at myrtle beach. They loved every feature aloha had you offer from the banana boat ride to the actually boat ride to the parasailing. My kids gave the jet ski rider who pulls you on the banana boat ride a thumps up to go faster, which he did it safe enough speeds no one fell off. The captain big man remembered me and my kids from last year even though they get lots of traffic from other customers. All of the workers are nice good people and i would recommend this place to anyone. We will be back for more parasailing when we return. Thank you for thr awesome time my kids and myself had.

Horrible customer service and very long wait times!! My family made a reservation the morning we intended to parasail, for 2:00. Since we are in town for the Cal Ripken baseball tournament I wanted to be sure we would be done before 4:00, to make my son’s game. They assured me on the phone, and in person (upon arrival) that we would be done by that time. We paid and stood in a line that we were led to believe was the only line for our activity. After an hour, we were redirected (as were others) to another line that was an estimated wait of an hour!We declined and received our payment back. We lost an hour driving to and from this establishment and over an hour checking in and waiting in line.Visit another establishment if you value honesty and your family vacation time.

This is from the perspective of my 17 year old granddaughter. Me and my younger cousin, who is 15,went to go parasailing here, however, the woman at the Register refused to allow us to go due to none of us being 18, we tried to explain the our grandmother was disabled, and couldnt go on the sand, aso we asked if we could bring her the paperwork then bring it back once it had been signed, she refused and said my grandmother has to sign it at the Register. So over an hour drive there and back only to not be allowed their 75$ per person service. Disappointing.

We went in for Jet ski rentals. You cant take pictures, phones are not allowed so no memories. We paid extra just to get to the Ocean but we didnt get to (They said security concerns) but we had no refunds. The contact on google was 2 miles away Ocean watersports. We ended up driving 40 minutes to this place. The experience was nice but its just so many inconviences.

I loved the experience. It was my first time parasailing and the staff were super nice made my experience really enjoyable.

Worst experience of the trip. Why give out reservations if it doesn’t matter? We had reservations for 2, and they said to be there at 1:45 to be on time-as if there was any chance we would go anytime near 2. A hundred extra people were there. After 1 hour 45 minutes later we got a 15 parasail ride for 200$ and they make it very clear that you MUST TIP you boat captian, which we did. The 15 minutes of fun was not worth the 2.5 hour nightmare. DONT GO WOTH THIS COMPANY!!!!

So much fun! The staff makes the experience! My 6 year old felt so comfortable and safe. Thank you!
