My first review was 1 star:Sold my property April 1 and should have received a pro-rated refund. Did not receive it and placed a call to Tilghman. Was told that the refund would be mailed May 12th. Here it is June 7th and I still havent received a refund. Im going to call them again and demand a refund NOW and threaten to take them to the SC Insurance Commission.Updated:After my first review was posted, I received a call from the actual insurance provider (Tilghman is the agent that sold me the policy not the actual insurance provider). The insurance provider took full blame for the long delay in mailing my refund. They have had significant staffing issues and were unable to process all the refunds that were due. I appreciate their honesty and apology. I also now know that Tilghman was not at fault for the situation. I can give Tilghman an enthusiastic recommendation.

The staff is extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. They have consistently found me the best prices for ALL of my insurance needs! That includes home, auto, and flood....recommend them highly! And ask for Audrey!
