I was here twice before, and I was really happy with how Leo did my nails. He would make sure both my hands are symmetrical, and not a nail would chip until it was time to come back and see him again. Really amazing. But, the third time I came was there, a few days ago, for some reason somebody else told me to hold my entire hand inside a bowl full of acetone for the entire length of my pedicure. MY NATURAL NAILS ARE LITERALLY FALLING OFF MY FINGERS!!! They’re so thin, they’re literally ripping off 😫😫😫I’m scared! This was by far the worst manicure experience ever 🤕

Since the reopening of this place because of covid, prices are through the roof...81.00 for dripped nails and gel pedicure that my 10 year old could have done herself. Just overall disappointed in the outcome. I followed someone to this location thinking I would get the same service...biggest mistake

This place is a five start review just because they have a girl named “Yaidelis “ she is the best pedicure and manicure experience I have ever had. She was amazing and attentive to my needs. She was highly skilled and a perfectionistic.She even speak both language, English and Spanish. She knew what color looked best on me and how to make me feel comfortable. If you comes to this place.. you cannot be mistaken, ask for this girl and you will definitively come back !!!!!!!!!!

Excellent customer service! They actually ANSWER THE PHONE, and they are always COURTEOUS AND POLITE in person and over the phone. They actually are APPRECIATIVE of your business! Note: This is no-frills salon but the pricing and service are more of a value to me than a fancy over priced salon. Definitely worth checking out. :)

Worst overlay and Pedicure I ever gotten, they are not skilled. Do not go you will waste your money. They are nice, they just do not know how to do nails.

Monica is great, since theyve been under new management you see the improvement of their store as well as there customers satisfaction. The prices are decent considering theyre right on biscayne blvd. And they have a huge selection of gel and regular polish.

Im a mani and pedi enthusiast. However, if you are looking for a clean place, you have come to the wrong location. I have gotten nail fungus from this location because they dont properly clean their equipment (ask them how they do this) and they use the same brush to scrub your feet as they did on the person before and after you. If you love mani/pedis go to a reputable place that uses the right machines to disinfect everything including nail clippers and such! Avoid the mistake that cost me over a grand in laser nail fungus removal!

The manager there is very very rude. He is very unprofessional and has absolutely no leadership skills! The way I was treated was unacceptable. I would not refer anyone to that business. Id rather pay a high price and deal with professionals than to deal with classless unprofessionals that do not know how to provide remarkable service!!!!!

I have gone 3 times to get my eyebrows off and the girl who makes them I have to tell her to look good to me because she always leaves me hairs on her eyebrows (that is, you dont look well)
