Good variety of tuxes. They are very extravagant. Gigi gives excellent service. Will probably get my wedding tux from there. When i went they had a promotion that if you had 6+ groomsmen you get the grooms tux for free

Small shop not to many tall sizes was a problem. Staff was nice until Tux pick up then everything changed! They would not alter my suit to fit me or my groomsmen just swapped shirts out! Manager/Owner was EXTREMELY RUDE if the wedding wasnt the next day i would have took my business elsewhere! Will Never Shop There Again !

AZ Formal wear is very professional and already provide great customer service. I highly doubt the bad reviews will reflect on their professionalism. Whenever I need a suit or tuxedo tailored, it is done to my satisfaction. I have no complains and I would go back in a heartbeat. P. S Gigi is a pro at what she does. I would highly recommend her.

Ended up with a ill fitting tux for my wedding. I had to choose between sleeves that were too long on jacket or having visible sewing lines in the jacket to shorten it. Not customer focused at all.Also they put the wrong shirt in the suit bag, so shirt sleeves were an inch too short.

They have good stuff over there, but my experience with them wasn’t as expected. I wanted that tuxedo that I’ve been telling them about for months which is in their catalog; they told me I’d get it. They waited till the last minute, when I had not enough time to make a good decision to tell me they didn’t have it. The young lady who helped me was very pleasant and professional though. They got good stuff...

Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible service, among other things. They will spend an hour taking measurements and the day of your event, your fit will STILL not be correct!

Came in to get fitted for a wedding and the young lady got the measurements quickly and accurate. Very professional staff. The young man who was there was helping another customer who was very rude to the young man but I was very impressed bon how the young man handle this customer. I would definitely recommend this place because of these two employees.

My wedding within 3 weeks and I was not notified for any changes now I dont know to set my wedding back or keep it as scheduled. No one responding or trying to call clients to inform them of hour changes.poor communication. I will NOT recommend.

Service was BAD! Young man with light complexion provided horrible service and wouldn’t waste any more time and money than I already have. I was not welcomed at all! In fact I felt like I was a nuisance. By far the worst customer service, if you can even call it that.

TRASH! PURE TRASH!Went there for a suit for my brother and the service was horrible. The guy working there could care less that there was a customer who needed assistance. Mind you, we were the only ones there! And to top it off, his demeanor was distatestful. Matter of fact, throw the whole staff away! Came here right after Sassy Bridal messed up my order and nearly messed up my night. Fortunately, A-Z Wear came to my aid. They were able to get me a proper fitting tux on the day of prom in a remarkably quick time. Great service and great products. Highly recommend.

What a horrible experience, I promise to never enter this store again - Completely unprofessional and truly this company lacks in customer service. There was a young man that simply provided bad service and I wouldnt spend any of my money or waste my time ever again. I was made to feel unwelcome and borderline like I was a bother. I do not recommend this place to anyone - I promise you will be disappointed.

These people have good taste in men and women and I must say they have quality tuxedo and more for all occasions. Dont believe me then come over and see for yourself and you will thank me later.

Service is ridiculous at location. Spent a total of 1 hour to only have the representative, a stoic blank faced dude that makes you feel like not even spending money there, interact with me only for about 10 minutes, AND IT WASNT EVEN BUSY.It was already short notice, wedding cancelled 4-5 days before date and they couldn’t refund 50$ deposit for a standard suit that needed no alterations.I will never spend a dime with this company again and I urge anyone else to not waste their time there. They just lost so much business for that absolute disregard for potential customers.Go to men’s warehouse.

Unprofessional, worth customer service, super rude and you can forget about getting your deposit back. We went to get a tuxedo for my son graduation. his first time wearing a tuxedo.The girl that was helping him acted like we were disturbing her peace,told him he is not allowed to try on another jacket. We paid rental,$209.00 for one day.The next day, labor day,we didnt think they were open so we came a day late. After they lost our ticket,having us wait there for a long time,never found it,the owner, rude guy, didnt even say hello or sorry to keep you waiting, when loosing our ticket, just showed me a little sign,saying they will be open 11-2, so they can take our $20.00 deposit. Its not about the $20.00,its over all an experience that should be pleasant was awful

I purchased a tuxedo here for my wedding and they gave me the wrong one. They were unwilling to help (knowing my wedding date was rapidly approaching), so I went to Tailor King and was able to get everything sorted out in time. Prior to this, I rented a tuxedo here and everything was smooth so I was disappointed in how everything with my purchase went.

Beware of this place because they will lie to you in order to sell the products. The customer service was horrible. The lady who served us we asked for wool instead gave us polyester, when we insisted that we need wool, she consistently caught us off and didn’t want us to speak. We will not recommend.

If I could give this place no star, I would. The service is ridiculous, treated my boyfriend as if they werent interested in business. One guy who had no interest in renting at all, took forever and the place was very empty.. cant understand, the lack of customer service here is terrible and needs to be reviewed. the entire staff needs a turnover

Fraudulent company with horrible customer service and management. We purchased a suit from one of their magazines in store and what they gave us was something completely different. When we tried to return the suit and get our money back, they refused and said theres nothing they can do. I would advise everyone to stay as far away as possible from A-Z.
