Shoes were repaired in a timely manner. Work was competent. I was able to have my platform heals repaired for 21 dollars and change. Order was ready after 2 days.

Very good, family run shoe maker and leather artisan. They are good at last minute and quick jobs. They do all the work right there in the shop next to the service desk. Recommend.

(Update:1/24/18)i chose cruz shoe care as a test run with other shoes to bring in my favorite pair of Jordans.My Jordans as happy as I am to have them in them First place I used them for everything including a trip to the grand canyon and they are black so you can only imagine. I just got my shoes back today 😍😍😍😍 and I am in love with my shoes. new pictures will be attachedI pass by this shoe store every day while at work I finally decided to go in. You see I really dirtied my favorite Jordan shoes in the grand canyon but for fear of possibly having them ruined further I took other shoes as a test run.I took my customised converse and white Nike shoes. The white shoes your typically dirt but the converse they were so dirty you couldnt see the customised batman/joker designed they had anymore which I loved.I brought them in Saturday the 18th. Robert an employee told me they would take 5 days thankfully I was not in a rush. It took Robert almost two weeks to have them cleaned but then again I caught them near a holiday. However I was so happy with the results. Sure some mess couldnt come of but thats my doing but my shoes look almost brand new and I love it.Robert kept me up to date with the cleaning process the entire time even apologized when they were taking a while. Now that they passed the test I will be more than happy to send them some more shoes

They did an absolutely outstanding repair on a handbag I brought in. I found this shop on Google and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of their work! I am a perfectionist about such things and Cruz exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them based on the results of my repair.

Cruz Shoe Care offers good service at a fair price. The young man that greets the customers was very pleasant and professional. They even sent me a text message with pics of the shoes i dropped off for repair which was cool. The only slight issue i encountered was when it was time to pick up the shoes. When I dropped them off they said they would be ready on Monday however they were not ready until Tuesday. I would definitely go back!!

Well, its a shame to have to even write this review without even getting my repair done but I feel its necessary to let others know how these people feel about black people. The bottom line is that I went in for the first time, mind you, to get a shoe repaired & basically after a few minutes I walked out because when I came in there was no acknowledging me. Not so much as a glance in my direction, let alone a hello, but when a Hispanic women came in after me, as soon as he walked out from the back room, it was all smiles & hellos for her. I couldnt believe it. I was standing there for at least 5 minutes waiting to be served because there was a gentleman ahead of me & I got nothing but the Hispanic women got all the greetings & smiles. That made me feel horrible, but anyway that was his lost. Just thought all the black folks like myself should know & be aware of how this place feels about us. If there were zero stars, thats what I would give because first impressions are everything.

Family owned and it shows. Genuine, real and right on Biscayne. I have driven by it a million times and now I KNOW. Gave them two of, and my only, classics - old school Maglis and Tods. Reconditioned and all looking delicious. Such a relief! Am I the only one who has had bizarre past experiences with shoe repair shops? No more!

I brought in my old, treasured Italian boots, with totally cracked soles, unwearable. They put my boots back together! new soles and heels, looks like new and original. and a nice shine to boot (pun intended)very friendly service also.

Lol its been 3 and a half weeks and my boots arent even done. I just needed the zippers redone and had the associate told me itd be a month Id be a bit more understanding but he gave me a two day wait time at the earliest so Id figure a week and change maybe the latest. Well a month later Im still trying to figure out how you can be a business prioritizing on a certain area of work and cant perform the task in which you specialize in.

They do a wonderful job repairing almost any type of shoes and the prices are very reasonable. Very friendly staff and they even have alteration services handy, which is a nice bonus!

Left two pairs of Italian shoes and they were both worn. They were more dirty than what I left them and when I put them on they were streched!!Worst experience ever. Left my white saint Laurent to be cleaned it took them one month i went to pick them up and they were not touched they were used and worst. They returnd them without laces.Left my givenchys to be cleaned and the did not clean them and the lost the box of my shoes and dirtier. Left a purse and also did not clean it.They are super disorganized. Make sure you take your shoes without laces and box. Do not leave expensive shoes here!!!!
