Heather in dispatch was very honest about the wait time and understanding of my situation. However she had a driver who got free and immediately called me and was there in 10 minutes. After 3 hours of waiting on another wrecker and then getting cancelled, this was a huge relief. Heather was awesome and driver was super fast arriving, hooking up, and transporting. Great experience with these guys and they are 24 hours.

I have a low Firebird and on these ragged streets of Arkansas thats always a problem as I found out when my car hit a pothole on the freeway. Put a hole in my oil pan leaving me and her stranded. I called my buddy and he recommended 365 Towing so I called them up. They were quickly dispatched but the new guy saw the car and how low she was and immediately said I Cant do it and called the shop controller who literally came out to see my car. While talking to me about positive damages the owner randomly pulls up at the gas station and the controller chats with hi. He gets out looks at the car and said thats not a problem i can tow that, bring my truck. Be for I knew it she was on the bed and me and her were headed home. He put her under the carport no problem and not a scratch! These guys no their stuff! Thanks to all of you guys for the all around effort.

Very good job. What Ive seen nationwide in the extreme weather very reasonable prices. Driver was very patient and polite in this stressful situation. Had to have my Corvette towed. The tow truck driver was very concerned about not doing any damage to the car. Their price was lower than most towing companies Ive had to deal with in the past. Will definitely be using them again.

Went through my insurance company for Emergency Roadside Assistance and the response was fast with an initial phone call ASAP to check on me/my family & to make sure all info and needed services were accurately detailed. My phone died mid-call which is why I visited their site. I had to get their number to call them from a different phoneYep, that was a long day, but, sometimes simply waiting on emergency assistance turns INTO your whole day, so, thankfully, I was not at all at risk of that happening too! Great experience. Friendly call. Super helpful and kind tech that came out to help! Other than that initial call and the actual service, I had no other experiences or interactions with them as my insurance company handled everything mostly from their end of things. Overall, it was the best possible scanario for such a not-so-ideal situation! 👍

Adam picked my boyfriend and I up in the rain off of I-40, twenty miles outside of town, in the middle of the night and was as chipper as could be! I needed a non-running 1 ton dump truck loaded onto a gooseneck trailer. 365 showed up pretty quickly and took about 30 seconds to figure out how to get it done. Then did it. This is exactly what Im looking for in a tow and recovery company and I will surely use them again if a need arises.

We ran out of gas on I-630 in the construction zone. As we sat on the busy interstate calling for help with cars lining up behind us to merge over, Michael went around us, backed up and got out to ask us if anyone was on the way. He towed us to the next exit and dropped us at the pump. We’re ever so grateful tor him!
