All I can say is, how can you already top perfection when Phillips Brothers delivers it so effortlessly? This tow company deserves much more recognition. Huge shout-out to Mo who was absolutely professional on every level and went above and beyond what was expected of him. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. In the future, if I ever need a tow service, this is the first place I will be looking.

Phillips Brothers Towing was very helpful. They were quick to arrive and very thorough. Not only did they tow my vehicle but they helped me figure out how to get my 5 children off of the very busy interstate safely, walked into the mechanic shop with me, and didnt leave me until I had a way to get myself and my children to our hotel. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Oh. My. Gosh! If I had only gotten his name! The ETA for my car pick up was 75 minutes, this awesome guy got to me in under 45 minutes! He was truly good people. He was respectful, easy to talk to, and super supportive about my notorious bad day including an in office procedure I just had. This man is a real man and I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Not impressed!!!!! Showed up over 3 hours late. Every time I called all they were concerned about was the money I owed for the tow. The driver acted as if he was inconvenienced because we payed with a card. He was rude to myself and my husband. WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN. Not to mention it took way to long to get my car where it was going and missed my appointment. I will be calling to get my money back!!!

Called for tow and was told they would be there in about 45min. Finally showed up after 2 hours. Tow truck operator was very nice, but dispatcher could of called and informed me of the delay. Had to call and find out myself after numerous call backs which I just got an answering machine.

We are from Texas, here on a vacation. We do not know the area. We stopped off at Murray park to walk our dogs, came back to a flat tire. We went to change our tire, and there was no jack, no tire iron, no lug knut remover, and were stranded. I called several tire stores and several towing services all said they couldnt help. I called Phillips brothers and the dispatcher sent someone right away. They couldnt access our spare so they towed us to a Firestone tire store. Perfect service and everyone from the dispatcher to the tow driver were extremely friendly. They also, didnt charge us an arm and a leg. Thank you

My tow truck driver was Adam. He was on sight in less than 10 minutes. Car hooked up in less than 10 minutes. Driver was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company.

First off, I did not request their services. I think a five minute drive (I clocked it) tow on a Wednesday morning is not worth $197.00 Not in my book! Its highway robbery and benefiting off others misfortunes. My husband called me to say he slid off the road (it hadnt rained yet and didnt know the road was slick) and ended up in a ditch on Batesville Pike. His life flashed before him and he thought he was going to die. Thank the good Lord he was ok. He was trying not to go off the right side where it was pretty steep with lots of trees and some poles. Luckily he ended up on the opposite side and thankfully there was no nearby traffic. He was on his way home from Walmart with our groceries in the trunk. Asked me to call a tow truck. A nice man in a truck brought him home with our food. My towing company took about an hour and a half. Drove back and forth on Batesville Pike from Kellogg to Maryland and could not find our car. ???It took several phone calls to find out where our car was. I dont know if Phillips Brothers was trolling the road looking for stuck vehicles or if the Police had called it in or not. All I know is they got to my car first and we had already been through enough stress that morning. We definitely did not need the additional trauma of trying to figure out who had taken our car and where they had taken it to, and how much was it going to be to get it back. Lots of stress and unnecessary panic. The people at the tow yard were nice; they need to re-think their charges so that they are reasonable and customer friendly. Comeon.

If I could write a 0 star review I would. Worst. Experience. Ever.Beware, they refused to take my car from the tow yard to my body shop (where they were supposed to take it in the first place) because they were wanting to be paid by the insurance company in order to take my car to the body shop. I called to ask them why they would not allow the body shop to cover the fees and pass it along to the insurance company on their time, and he said he didnt want to do that. He later cussed at me, and then intentionally hung up on me. Upon speaking to my insurance company, they advised that their 3rd party vendor they use for this stuff had called them on Friday with no answer, Monday with no answer, Tuesday they called 3 times with no answer. We suspected they were intentionally dodging the vendors call to rack up more storage fees, and this was confirmed when I called and they answered on the first ring, the body shop called and they answered on the first ring and the insurance company called and they answered on the first ring. The incompetence and and potential fraud is absolutely inexcusable, and they should never be trusted to handle your vehicle.

Just from a driver that is no competition to yall at all I was there actually to pay for a car and leave I have actually been there five times one out of these five times I felt like I was treated like a human no help at all finding a vehicle and just very rude people Id happily tell the full story off of here if need be but Ive dealt with almost every towing company around at least once and this was my worst experience business wise

This business towed my friends vehicle BY ACCIDENT!!!! They towed the wrong vehicle. They didnt check for the plate number or VIN, they just towed it! Then they were totally rude about returning it. BEWARE!!

Shady group of people. Got ran off the rd and they are who the highway patrol called to tow my bike, when my parents went to get my bike my mirrors and whip were both gone and NOT at the wreck scene. They charged over $600 for the wrecker bill.

Since there doesnt seem to be any regulations when it comes to the price of towing and impound fees in the state of Arkansas. Youre at the mercy of the owner about how much the fee is going to be.Not the least Ive ever paid but not the most expensive either so all in all it wasnt much different than I expected.On the upside all of my possessions were still in my car when I picked it up.I deducted one star just because they will not take debit for an impounded car!

So much of an attitude in fact that my usual lazy self, actually took time out of my day to tell you lovely peoples that the guy who answers the phone here is making this company look bad. I called at 630ish in the pm on Friday. The 501758 number. I didnt get a name. You guys have always been cool, but his attitude sucks.

The initial response to my insurance request to tow my vehicle was very quick. Driver, Ronnie, was very nice and friendly. Got me loaded up and towed to the shop within an hour. Thats where the positive ends. Part of my vehicle was damaged while being loaded, CV axle, and I was assured that the company would take care of the expenses for the repair. Took a total of 13 days, 4 conversations with my insurance company, 3 visits and 13 calls to this company to finally get the money back for the repair. For the first 11 days, everyone I spoke with at this company was very rude, despite already being informed by the driver of the incident and damage to my vehicle. Refused to pay the shop to actually complete the repair, so instead, I was left to foot the bill and hope I would actually get reimbursed. Fully convinced I would still be dealing with the same attitudes and getting the run-around if I had not gotten my insurance company to step in by filing a damage claim. Glad everything finally got situated, but definitely shouldnt have had to go that far. Also, the rude and somewhat disrespectful service was completely unnecessary. Only explanation given was that other people in the past have tried to blame them for pre-existing damages or have tried to get money for repairs and never actually got the repairs. I personally would not recommend using Phillips Bros. If youve had, or end up having a fully positive experience, congrats. Lastly, Yancy, attempting to strong-arm someone into removing a negative review by refusing to pay until the review is removed, doesnt change an opinion of the experience, nor does it give a more positive look to you or your company.

Needed a tow. I was notified by texted they were in route to my location. 30 min later-nothing. I called they said 2 drivers had been dispatched accidentally so they were canceling one of the drivers and the other one would be there in a couple min as he was only a couple blocks away. 40 min later-still nothing! I called again to find out they had somehow canceled both drivers. Long story short I waited over 2 hours for someone to get to me because of poor office communication and dispatching. The gentleman who ended up coming was very apologetic and most efficient in getting my car loaded and delivered to the needed location in a quick manner!

When my car broke down, Phillips Brothers Towing were very professional and walked me through the towing process. I talked to multiple drivers due to it being a busy day and they were very courteous. Pay went through quickly and I received a receipt by email a minute later. Pricing was also very fair. I would definitely recommend them to others and If Im ever in need of roadside assistance in the future they will be the ones I call.

Had to get my car towed from the side of the highway and my insurance directed me to Phillips Brothers Towing. They were helpful, quick and kept me updated on everything. I wasn’t there when it was towed and my driver (I think his name was Maurice) took very good care of my car.

Phillips Brothers worked easily with my Roadside Assistant company and I. I first had to confirm the gas station didn’t have it towed overnight and Phillips worked with me while I waited to find out and then get keys to the car. Very helpful, arrived quickly and had no issues getting the car here to me. Would definitely use again, roadside assistance or not! 🙂

Worst experience I have ever had in dealing with a tow service. Was charged $339.00 to tow my truck 5 blocks, give it a flat tire(transmission is reason it broke down), and keep it 36 hours.I was belittled and treated horrible. Phillips Brothers treat customers like burdens. Worst experience with ANY business in 42 years.

I had the worst time this weekend with my front driver tire. Saturday it had to be replaced twice. Then, today, after getting soaked in the rain as I was putting air in my temporary tire to head to get a permanent tire, my spare blew with my 5 year old child in the car on a very busy road. After slow-rolling it it to a safe location, I waited 20 minutes to get in contact with Roadside Assistance. The man who took my initial call did a very poor job of collecting information though he was super polite and I could tell that he was really trying (language barrier). I ended up waiting over an hour for a text message with my tow truck service’s information and ETA (still hasn’t come and it’s been over 5 hours).When I called back to see what was going on, the representative saw the call, but couldn’t see any information that had been placed on the call by the representative who I spoke with first. When she attempted to contact the first representative, he didn’t answer. Another service call had to be issued which took another couple of hours. Though I was frustrated as very, Chris with Phillips Brothers really made my day go much better. He conveniently picked up my car and took it to the tire shop without an issue and before time. He even made sure I got a follow up call to confirm everything!Nice, friendly, and great customer service!! An over 4 hour process that should have taken an hour or 2, but Chris helped turn the day around, for sure. Thank you!!

I was on my way to the store when all of a sudden my car died and I had to pull over. My car absolutely would not start. Having never had this happen to me before I was pretty scared and nervous when calling for the tow, but the dispatcher was extremely pleasant and sent a driver out right away! Unfortunately when using the location services my driver was taken to the wrong location, but after giving directions to where I was at he camw quickly to the rescue! Moe was super pleasant and polite right away asking us if we were okay and what had happened with the vehicle. We are new in town and had no one to help us so he offered a ride with him back to our house, spotted an oil leak I wasnt even aware of having and provided me with a number to a mechanic that could look at my car without costing an arm and a leg! With the day I was having this man was truly heaven sent and I cant thank Phillips Brothers enough for sending Moe as my driver! He is a model employee and has the best customer service Ive seen in years! Thank you Moe!

Jerks took 4 hours to show up last weekend. Dispatcher was rude, I was hung up on twice when trying to get an ETA after hours had passed. The driver arrived 15 minutes once he was FINALLY dispatched and stayed on the phone with me until he arrived. 4 hours and horrible customer service from dispatch. The driver should go where he is appreciated or start his own businesses. He was fantastic!

The service here was absolutely horrible. The driver damaged my husbands vehicle when he picked it up, was legit about it, acknowledged what happened and called his boss, but his boss, that POS, gave a song and dance about paying for the damages and then when it came to pay gave some BS reason why he couldnt. Ended up having to pay for it out of pocket, then when we tried to get the reimbursement, the owner or manager dodged us and another employee wouldnt even let my husband into the building. Continuously got the run around from several different employees, took over 5 days to resolve the issue, and had to get the cat insurance company involved. FINALLY got the money back but I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, NEVER USE THEM AGAIN... you couldnt pay me to have service here ever again. Is -1 a possible rating??? Save your money, go else where
