This is a pretty decent post office, very friendly customer service, I was told it was a new carrier working today, and they almost delivered my package to the wrong address, Im pretty glad they caught that!

Never received package on July 8th ar 12pm. I have been waiting a week while tracking watching through window and No one delived anything to me. Where is my important package.

The primary reason I would recommend this location to a friend or colleague is because of the awesome customer service. Sherry helped me with my package. I had a large box to ship to California and the total would have been almost $80. Sherry noticed my box was not all the way full, therefore, not needing such a large box. She offered to look for a box that would fit everything and save me some money. She took her time with me and helped me tape the box back together. In the end, I paid about $50.00, instead of the original $80. I definitely recommend this location to everyone. The three people I had interaction with while there were extremely friendly with each customer. GREAT JOB SHERRY! Keep doing what you are doing because you are awesome at it. Thank you!

The staff is so kind and respectful. They really work their hardest and it shows. If I ever have any issues I know they can fix it for me.

I barely actually visit the post office but when I do, this is definitely my favorite

This is one of the best post office facilities I have ever been to. There is never a huge wait and the employees are always nice and helpful. There is a post office closer to where I live but I make the drive to this one because of the customer service.

Unfortunately 1 female employee working 03/04 around closing at this post office is the reason for this bad review. I am sure her co-workers are wondering why she is still employed. She provide some of the worst customer service I have experienced. This is the USPS in North Little Rock on JFK.

Im giving them 4 stars because I always get my mail and packages in a timely manner. I must say that the mail man is really unfriendly. We speak to him. Nothing. We say thank you, nothing! How hard is it to be friendly? I know youre busy, I dont expect you to carry on a conversation. Just say youre welcome or Im doing fine when asked. We live in Parkhill and had the same guy for years. His people that fill in for him are way friendlier.

I really do not understand why the perishing Blvd post office cant delivered peoples packages correctly. Without losing them.Then when you call the perishing Blvd post office they either do not answer the phone or they just down right lie to you..This makes the third time this post office has lost my medication..The UPS tracking numbers show they delivered the package to the perishing Blvd post office. But for some reason they lose the package or say they cant find it.. Unreal..

Decent service, but if your package arrives after lunch, dont expect it to be available for pickup until the next business day.

There was a line but the two cashiers dealt with it efficiently.

I sent an envelope with value 25$ to Massie St, North Little Rock, AR and the tracking says delivered in/at mailbox, but they laid it on the front porch and a few hours later a storm came and the envelope got completely soaked and the value destroyed even though it was wrapped in plastic foil. Very poor behavior. Im very disappointed.

I have worked for North Pulaski Baptist Association for 2 months now and 5 times we have not had our mail picked up or mailed delivered to us. We are a business and this is very unacceptable. When I call the next day the person answering is just very nonchalant and just states I will talk to carrier today.
