They should have stayed gone.. DHL has gotten worse... Cant contact nobody for any assistance an the people who look at the emails but be on permanent vacation.. Just shut them right back down.... FOR GOOD. If I could give a 0 rating... I would without a second thought.

I’ve ordered something and they sent it thru this postal mail and it’s already 12 days delayed, I tried to contact costumer service and they keep saying they’re gonna get in contact with me but never send me any email, disappointed

I have been trying to import Something from west Africa to United States for the past 30 days with NO success and none of representatives couldn’t help me. They Keep sending me to different department back and forth for something I thought it was going to be easy. Train your staff to know what they are doing.

....usually good but my last visit my that i was sending was misplaced and was going to a different country than intended. Thankfully it was corrected.
