Please read my review...I travel an average of 3000 miles a week and I have been to countless tire shops around the country. Discount tire continues to offer great service and friendly employees regardless of the state. (Even the northeast 😁) THIS shop in particular went above and beyond to get me in and out with a new tire and fix my valve stem when no one else could.They will fix a valve stem FOR FREE, they will mount and balance your tires FOR FREE, they will rotate your tires if you purchase from them FOR FREE, they will check and air your tires FOR FREE. They also have competitive prices and they are worth every penny. The manager is incredibly polite and easy to talk to, and the employees work fast and they word hard. I give them 10 out of 5 stars.Dont cheat yourself and save 20 bucks at a 3rd rate store. Daniel was amazing!! I was having issues putting tires for my zero turn on the rim, I called everywhere for help and nobody could help with this issue! Its very rare for me to give a 1-star rating but its deserved in this case. It seems that answering the phone is more important than customers in front of them. Customers are made to wait until the phone stops ringing so to speak. If you have the time its a good place I guess. Its on my never to return list.

I needed a set of tires for my truck so I decided to give these guys a try. The first day I went in and order my tires that I found lower online and they price matched. I thought it took a little longer than it should have so instantly thought that my appointment day would be a long day but I was wrong. I had an 11:30 appt. and when I showed up the lobby was completely filled and I said I knew it. They checked me in at 11:30, got my keys at 11:40, asked white letters in or out at 11:50, pulled my truck to the front door at 1220. Great Jobs guys. Tires look great and rides great.

Every time I visit, they are wonderful. From prices to work to professionalism, I have never been disappointed. Thankfully, my flat tire was replaced on the spot with no waiting for the particular brand/size to be ordered as has happened to me with other tire businesses. I feel certain Im always getting the best deal and the best service. I will always use them and Ive recommended them to all of my friends and family.

I had an unexpected flat tire and had my car towed over to their shop. They didnt have my tire size in stock so they ordered a replacement at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this tire shop without reservations because they went over and beyond and helped me out greatly by providing me a no-cost, free, temporary tire replacement until my ordered tire arrived so I could I drive to work.- Thank you very much Jon and company at Discount Tire NLR!

Great service! Showed me options for new tires with comparisons. Got 4 new tires with road hazard insurance. Barely 4 months later I have to get a new tire. Just $20 for insurance and they got me fixed up with a new tire.

Absolutely amazing staff!!! Super busy so my wait time was a smidge longer than had been estimated but they took wonderful care of me as well as shined my tires after the rotate.

Today, I received excellent customer service and felt comfortable enough to know the sales guy presented me with some good deals. I didnt feel pressured to purchase and I was given options. Which gave me peace to get my tires at your location. While there I witnessed a very rude customer yelled at an employee. I was so impressed by the professionalism that I saw from your staff Tireek Tripp. As the man continued to yell at him, he took it without responding back in an inappropriate manner. I spoke to Tireek afterwards and offered to buy him lunch in which he declined. So, I just wanted to take this time to say.. Great People and Great Place!!

Curbside, sit in car service is awesome. I got to see how every step was done. They noticed my wheels require centering rings and made sure they made it on the car. They also noticed I had special valve stem caps and double-checked those made it as well. Very professional, well run shop floor.

I never really leave reviews, but this place exceeded my expectations! We were very pleased with the customer service here. I ordered the tires online and they arrived to their store quickly. Every single staff member we encountered was very polite and helpful. Their attitude was so wonderful and pleasant. They were quick and did a great job. For these reasons, we will be back and have found our permanent tire shop. Highly recommend!!!

Great service guys here. This is a very honest shop and they hold to their word. I needed a tpms sensor changed and they had let me know that the one I had wouldnt work without having a key fob to the car. They could have just installed it and i wouldnt have known any better

This is a good place to buy tires and service tires. The managers are all professional, helpful, and courteous. Since covid-19, they have you drive into the bay and wait in your car while they do the service. My only issue last time was with the young men actually doing the work. Bad language being used loudly which isnt appropriate while the customer is sitting right there. Theyre fresh out of high school so chock it up to immaturity I suppose.

Absolutely amazing I had interactions with 5 different employees that all had a different job to do to completely help me back on the road to Oklahoma. I called first to see if they could fit me in DUE TO THE PLACE THAT SOLD MY TIRE TO ME WAS CLOSED!GENTLEMEN THAT ANSWER the phone said, come on over and we will work you in.Less than 45 minutes I was on the road again home. This was my first experience with Discount Tire and they did not disappoint. I showed up right as they were opening on Saturday morning and was promptly greeted. I discussed my tire needs with the associate and he was knowledgeable, personable and professional. After discussing all options and details, I made my purchase decision and they began work immediately. I literally was in and out in 28 minutes! Four new tires mounted and balanced super fast for a great price plus an amazing guarantee. I couldnt be happier with my experience. Theyve gained a customer for life.I believe the gentleman who helped me was named Murray. He was superb.

Had a 10am appt to get $800 worth of tires installed. I arrived at 945am per email instructions. Did not get me in till almost 11am and did not get done with my tires till almost 12am. Was not contactless like the email said. No sign saying where to go in driveway. Other cars blocking driveway into parking lot and I was almost out in the road waiting. One car in front of me refused to move and I had to work my way around them to get out of the road. Had to go in to the store and identify myself to get service after waiting in the parking lot for 45 minutes.It seems they had people showing up, buying a tire or two and putting them in front of people with appointments. They were not under staffed, had 4 guys in red shirts at the counter and I counted 6 guys in black shirts installing.I am disabled and when I bought the tires it showed these instructions about not having to get out of my vehicle. I was so excited. Now my expectations of this store are very low.Dont get me wrong the staff was friendly but at that point any little bit of attitude and I would have demanded a refund and went some where else.

First time using Discount Tires. Made an appointment online and everything went very smoothly. The staff all men....lol they were nice friendly and working hard on getting people in and out. And guess what they were wearing masks and had mask for the customer and hand sanitizer was everywhere also. Check them out they are worth the trip..

I had a flat on the busy interstate and had a terrible time having my insurance or warranty company help me. I had no lowering rods or jack in my Suburban and was just stuck on interstate for 3 hours! I called Discount Tire just checking on price to replace my tire that was busted. And Cody immediately said where was I and he would bring me the lowering rod I needed. I mean, what?? A stranger that didnt have to do anything as most people I had talked to that day did... and he did bring me the rod and I got a jack from someone else. Just good to know these kind of people exist still! And they had my new tire in the next day! Major props to this place and the great staff.

I cannot give enough praises about this entire experience from the getting to end. It was awesome that they had the product that I needed. Randy, the staff member who took care of me, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, very accommodating, and made sure that my vehicle was taken care of. I went in on a Saturday early afternoon and although they were busy I was only there under 2 hours. I like the way that the place is set up to... a big old window looking out into the working bay so that customers can watch the guys at work. I opted for four new tires and was immediately approved for the credit card which gave me nine months deferred interest. The price for my tired was awesome and comparable to online prices and others in my area since I looked around before choosing Discount Tire.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. All employees were on top of their game and willing to help. Each employee had a wealth of knowledge of tires from prices to sizes and what is best suited for budget and safety needs. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness and customer service experience. All my vehicles will go there from now on.

Great customer service and speedy service too

These guys are TOP NOTCH!! We left Tulsa pulling our 5th wheel and were heading to Florida. One hour later we have a blowout on the 5th wheel. We put the spare on and went on to North Little Rock for the night. The next morning we pull in to their shop a few minutes before they officially open at 8am. They were already working and the moment they saw us pull in with the 5th wheel, they went to moving stuff and directed us to where to pull up. We were met at our truck, decided on the new tires, paid, and they promptly went to work. Within 20 minutes we were out the door and back on our way! Im not sure Ive ever experienced such AMAZING service! Thank you to this team! Its never fun dealing with unexpected things such as this but its great to have businesses like this that make it so much easier to deal with!

From the first phone call to the actual service, it was the best I’ve ever had. We’re on a road trip from Dallas to Kentucky and had a huge bolt of some kind picked up on the tire. The other shop that we pulled into was gonna be an hour and a half. These guys were on it and got me out in literally 5 min. My wife had an important phone call for business she had to take, in their store, and they were extremely respectful about having the waiting room quiet which she really appreciated! Discount tires guys went way out of their way to help me a tow truck brought me in and I drive an F-350 the guys in the front or super nice the guys in the back that is superb job I cannot recommend them enough they were recommended to me by the tow truck driver. They definitely deserve 5 stars and Im the type person that doesnt always give 5 stars you have to exceed my expectations two normally get four stars and you have to exceed and do a perfect job to get five stars when it comes to a service company and discount tire did exactly that they exceeded all expectations I could have ever imagined.

After ordering my tires I received followup calls from Discount Tire representatives confirming my order and the availability of installation appointments. If they dont have what you want on hand, just go to their website, pick the tires you want and have the tires shipped to the store for installation. Thats what I did and it worked out great!

Outstanding place! This tire shop should be in magazines for how amazing they are! My experience: I had to get a plug for my tire, after calling around to a few places, I decided to give these guys a call. I sure am glad I did! Upon calling them, I inquired about tire repair. I was professionally informed that they do indeed repair tires. The gentleman on the phone was very professional. After a few hours I stopped by here. I was almost immediately greeted. The gentleman who greeted me was very kind and helpful. He took my car and got it plugged and patched as he stated he would. He also informed me about the tire tread and when he would recommend replacing the tires. I had such a great experience with these guys! I will be returning in the future!

This was a great experience. Adam the senior manager was very helpful and polite. He answered any questions I had and explained everything I needed to know in detail and helped me weigh out my options so I could get the best tires for my budget. This is the best location I’ve been too by far!

So far so good. Ordered wheels for my Benz. Received great information to make a decision on 4 new rims because 1 of my rims is cracked (Thanks State, counties, cities for unrepaired streets and highways) 1 rim warped. Wheels should be delivered within 10 days (COVID 19 delays. Wheels were delivered and installed. They installed 4 tire sensors. Wheels look great and the ride is smoother.

My daughter needed a tire and called ahead to ensure there was one and got the price. When we got here to get the tire, someone pulled in ahead of and because of their vehicle make was allowed to proceed. My son in law asked why that happened and the employee named Jake became very rude and said “this ain’t happening in my parking lot”. He then proceeded to tell my daughter that there was no way she was getting a new tire for that price (which she did end up getting). But that guy was a true a hole and needs to learn some people skills.

This place rocks!!! Nice young man greeted us invited us in the waiting area for free coffee or cold beverage. Went in to have my tire checked had a screw in it, the young man came back with in minutes to let me know we were all done. He removed the screw, tested my tire to make sure it wasn’t leaking air. They repair tires for free! So glad I found these guys, if I had trusted my first consultation at Firestone on McCain, I would have been out 194$!!!

They was very quick and the staff was nice. The only problem I had was 2 days ago I was quoted a lower price than I was quoted today.

They were awesome and really helped me out. I was having a very bad financial week which cut severely into the emergency tire I needed today after my blowout on Friday. Each day this week has costed me more as the week progressed. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and absolutely professional. They even allowed my dogs into the lobby as we waited for them to finish up getting my new tire on.

These guys are awesome/nice. I went in for one tire, but they helped me to get a set. They said that it was unsafe for me (a single mother) to not have the set, so they made sure I left with two tires. I was really impressed by this and this uplifted my spirit.
