Roy and Justin arrived when I expected, and they were very professional and courteous. They identified our pool leak (in the jets) quickly and were able to repair it along the with a leak weve had near the filter all during the same visit. Roy was wonderful to educate me how to manage some small repairs myself if I were interested in saving money. He informed me I didnt need to change the sand in my filter even though I couldve easily been taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge. He made me feel comfortable and confident in his work. Im super thankful for Pool Express making my need for pool service painless and resolved. I will definitely refer them to anyone with a need!
