Very disappointed with my experience today. I will be purchasing online in the future but mostly likely through another pool company.Brandon, the store manager, was very rude and degrading with no patience.I was shocked to witness how he treated an older gentleman who was in front of me. Brandon had no patience while explaining ph levels and was acting as if his customer was a burden because of what might be conceived as common knowledge.When I approached about pool signs. I informed Brandon that I had called the previous day and was told that there were signs in stock. I jokingly stated that today it was slim pickings. He smartly asked me what time I called because they are open from 10am to 7pm and people come in all the time to buy signs and supplies.I was shocked!I told him that I understood customers come in all the time.There was no need for the degrading way that he spoke to me during my visit.

They had a sign with my tub chemicals at a bundled price. Rang up almost 30 more. Worker told me not valid anymore. I argued point stating sign showed it. He called another store and basically told me there was nothing he could do. Man in line behind me stepped up in my favor. They finally sold at advertised price.
Took forever to get waited on!!!
