This leasing firm was very quick, responsive and professional. I had started a leasing request with another firm, and it was weeks of misinformation or no responses so I put an application in on a Tuesday with AH4R. By Saturday, I was signing a lease. The people in the Charleston office were all helpful (and patient) each time I called - no pushing me off or call back later. Susan was our main point of contact and she held my hand through the entire process - proactively outreaching to share information and answering my questions in a timely manner. We are moving cross country and this team of professionals is just making the move so much easier. I would highly recommend AH4R! Thanks for the help Susan and team!

I would highly recommend using this company for your housing needs if you or your family are looking for a decent home instead of the usual apartment or hotel stays. We are currently renting a beautiful 5-bedroom home through them and I signed up for it online while I was miles away and I could not physically be there myself. AH4R hired a great property manager who was very transparent and made himself available for my needs once he got all the facts and logistics. My Senior Property Manager, Tradd S., is so helpful. He got all the facts, was able to mediate between all parties and even offer to receive additional photos from me to resolve my concerns. He responded quickly to my emails and phone calls and I liked that a lot! I needed to make sure that my smallest dogs didnt get out of the fence again that was built unto the busy road. Luckily, everything worked out and he cant fit through the fence entirely and Im now a stress-free, happy renter of a beautiful & safe home for me, my children and 3 small pups. I dont have to worry about keeping them on the leash like I would at an apartment building for a bathroom break because they can run freely in their fenced-in backyard without a leash and without me having to worry about them getting lost or hurt. I have recommended American Homes 4 Rent to all my family and friends. My anxiety level about relocating decreased tremendously and I became more relaxed knowing I had a trusted company and person to address my moving needs. 🙂

DO NOT RENT FROM AMERICAN HOMES FOR RENT!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They’re slumlords who buy homes in affluent areas, do the bare minimum to make them look acceptable, charge high rent and fees, then after you’ve moved in they don’t maintain the home and you find out that they’re not responsive when there’s an issue. If you’re considering renting from them, RUN. Run away fast and don’t look back. I wish I had known before I wasted four years and lots of money living in one of their rentals. They need to be shut down. Disgraceful.

I wanted to take to a second and give major kudos to Joey Allen for going out of his way to help us through our home tours. We drove from Miami and had a small timeframe to look at homes. Joey made sure we were able to access the homes and even helped with advice on how to move forward. He also was willing to do it after 5pm which is rare now a days. Thanks Joey for your professionalism, willingness to help and can do attitude! 10/10 recommend!

I have had ac issues for almost three months, the pictures above post back to 6/25 and 6/26 I have also called back on both these request two or three time a peace, I’m a general contractor so I know the issues dealing with ac issues but this has gotten to the point where they keep replacing the same parts and not the root cause of the issue. Poor service repairs keep causing shorts to the instead of replacing the wiring, or the heater/ac unit! We pay too much money in rent these days for this company to not take care of the problem! I will never again rent with AH4R!

Ive been renting from AH4R for about 10 months. I came home from Church on Sunday evening and found my hot water heater leaking in the garage. I called the main AH4R number and someone answered (I was expecting an automated response)! They directed me to their maintenance group and someone answered again. Remember, this is Sunday evening!I spoke with someone that helped me secure the leak and turn everything off, and/or to a safe condition. Because there was no significant water damage, I was agreeable to someone coming to my house on Tuesday morning, as long as they came early. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call at 7:30, saying they would arrive in 15 minutes.Doug with Residential Detailing Services (RDS Ventures LLC) fixed my problem, then took the time to explain how the gas hot water heater worked, what to look for over the next few days, and even showed me the damaged part he replaced.No one wants these things to happen, but I sincerely appreciate the courtesy and responsiveness of AH4R and RDS Ventures LLC.

Uriel did a great job answering the requests right away and helped me when AH4R tried to retain all my deposit. AH4R pointed out issues in the house that were there since the day one and they never have fixed. When I left the house they charged for damages that I had to live with for years. Be careful and document detailedly the house condition. You will need it when is time to move out.

We rented from them for 2 years and the way they ran the business was unprofessional and unreliable. I warn anybody and everyone dont rent from them. Weve been gone for over 3 years and they want to try to charge us for carpet cleaning when we got it professionally done and let receipt. We left the house in the same shape it was when we first moved in and still they kept our deposit and charged us all kinds of random charges, theyre greedy. I am so glad that we got out of there and dont have to deal with them saying they would love to help,but transfer you to another agent thats suppose to help, but says they cant then transfers you to another department for you to be on hold for almost an hour to just be told they cant help you either. I hate American homes for rent. Save yourself the frustration and headache dont bother having anything to do with this company.

We lost our temporary housing while we were driving across country to Savannah, I contacted AH4R on Friday and they had us in a place by Monday. Brandi was working with me on the the weekend and was very patient with me while I was trying to figure things out. I was tired and stressed and maybe a tad bit pushy after 5 days on the road but she showed me grace and helped me get it all taken care of so we could move in ASAP. Thank you!

Contacted AH4R property manager Uriel Estrada to request AH4R clean off stain on concrete driveway left from live oak tree nearby on this property. He saw to it that AH4R crew was sent out within a couple or few days with a power washer to do the job. They cleaned some of the house as well while at it. Good job everyone. God bless!!

The application process was long but Brandi and Susan work with me to get thru all of it completed so that we would be first on a property that would fit our family. I made numerous calls as I was getting a little panicky because we were on the homeless side of things as our house sold within 12 hours on the market . They keep working with me and did not seem to mind all my calls. They also call me to let me know where our application was and told me what extra items they needed. I give them a five star for a rental agent as they were very understanding and kind and got us in to a house. I had never rented before but for my first and only experience I will came back anytime for a rental and recommend them to any one who is looking to rent.

With the hot rental market in Georgia, I had to lease the house for a year just off the pictures on AH4R website. Also used Google Street View to check out the lot size and surrounding streets. Drove 900 miles to Pooler, GA to get my keys and the house was in great shape just as the pictures showed on website.The interior was painted, carpets cleaned, bathrooms scrubbed, locks changed and 4 new keys, garage door open with 2 new remotes (with new codes) and all kitchen appliances cleaned. Had a 30 page inspection report with over 100 pictures.The local property manager arrived to check on the garage remotes left on kitchen counter and extra keys. He gave me the tour and showed the water shut off in garage and how to change air filter for AC.Also received half a dozen e-mails explaining what I need to do as tenant, how to pay utilities and pay rent with all the cut off dates and such.They have everything covered and put all the answers to most question is covered in the e-mails and the welcome video. Smooth operation.

If I could give this company -0 stars I would. This company makes it money by scamming applicants out of $50 in application fees that they are taking hundreds of applications for the same property and then turning all of them down, for reasons that arent related to credit worthiness or income. This company scammed me for $100 in fees, I was approved on one property they then told me that property was rented, then I was approved again on a second property they told me my application had expired so I had to apply again. At that point I demanded my money back and did not want to do business with them at all. I strongly recommend anyone to seek housing elsewhere and do not do business with American Homes 4 Rent.

My roommates and I found a house on this website that we loved, we are all first time renters so we thought it would be a struggle to get approved for a home this nice, but we applied, were accepted, and signed the lease on the home in less than 24 hours. Whenever I called the local office there was never a hold time, everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and kind, I spoke to Destiny Davis multiple times and she was always glad to help me maneuver my way through my first time renting. Very military friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in the Charleston area.

Austin Lewis deserves a raise! Traveling from Miami and having 1.5 days to look at homes was not an easy challenge. We bumped into Austin while visiting a community as he was driving by. He offered to help us get the door open and just started a conversation from there. He was a pleasure to have around, taught us plenty about the company, gave us advice on areas we should check out as tourists and connected extremely well. It was our first time in South Carolina and for Austin to be the first impression, well we are sold!

They took $150 and we couldn’t find a house. The time expired and we asked if just my husband who is the only income could reapply. My 22 yr old daughter is a college student with a 4.0 GPA and I am a mom of 11 children neither of us have income. In order to rent from them we would have to pay another $150.Sorry but that’s a rip!!! We’ve been in a condo since December 7. We have excellent credit my husband is retired peace officer (33) years.

I just signed my 5th lease with this company. Anytime there is a maintenance issue, they are quick to respond. When marketing implements a rate increase, contact your personal representative, and they will help you work with the company to get the best rates. We are renting with American Homes for rent while we are building our house. The house we are renting is certainly not worth the amount we are paying; however, that is a normal issue with renting in this area. Major complaints: 1-HIDDEN FEES! There is a $40 fee for using your debit card, there is a $10 fee maintenance fee for every utility bill which is already an overpriced rate & they will try to double bill you for utilities so stay on top of the utility bills!! 2-They will do everything possible to not give you back your deposit. There were many issues with the house when we first moved in & thank goodness we documented it or we would not have received our deposit back! We actually left the place better than what it was when we moved in & they were trying to deny our deposit which I was ready to take legal action over if they did not. (I had the receipts & pictures to prove it) 3- It takes too long for repairs/maintenance issues to be taken care of. The only major plus is the property management is extremely helpful and understanding. I have not been the easiest person to deal with but Uriel Estrada has been truly accommodating & helpful.

Moved from North Dakota and we were having a lot of trouble finding a house due to no state income, however they helped us in every way the could to make sure we could rent a home. Huge thank you to Gabby for walking us through all the right steps and not giving up on us.

My experience renting from American homes for rent was not the best. The first house we were originally renting was nothing like the pictures listed online. When we got there the house was falling apart, it was filthy, and it looked like kids had colored all over the cabinets and broken everything in the house. So we refused the house and wanted another rental. The second rental was better but still dirty when we moved in and not well taken care of. The a/c didn’t work well, when you turned the lights on in one room In the other rooms the lights would flicker. The toilets were messed up. We were less than impressed and we were extremely over charged for rent. I will attach pictures from the second house the was better than the first we went to. And let me add American homes for rent was not apologetic at all about the how much trouble they put us through. Not to mention when we moved in the carpets were filthy but when we moved out the required us to have professional steam cleaning done to the carpets. I would use extreme caution if renting with American homes for rent. I personally would not recommend using this company, they are crooks.

We just moved into our house, so I dont know how this company is long term yet, but so far they have been so incredibly helpful and amazing. The first house we had moved into here (from another company) was uninhabitable and management was slow to respond, so we were living out of a hotel and trying to find a new rental fast. AH4R helped us get into a house within a day of touring the place. Susan Hayes was especially helpful throughout the process. We were never on hold for more than a few minutes with her or any of her staff, and everyone at AH4R has been incredibly friendly and professional. So far we are very impressed with the entire AH4R team!

Mixed feelings about them. Rented a house for 1 year, which we loved! It was the begining of the coronavirus madness, so we never viewed the property before moving in. Had a brief conversation with someone over the phone about the move in process and that was basically it. They texted us a code for the lock box and we moved in. Never met anyone from the company or even knew who to contact if something went wrong. Only had one problem really with the house that occured about 3 months in. Water started coming through the ceiling from an overflowing HVAC unit in the attic. Managed to enter a work request through the website about it. I did get a follow up call fairly quickly and was told they needed to get estimates from contractors before they would send someone out. Then never heard from then again. Radio silence, so just figured it out by myself. Luckily they didnt hit me up for the ceiling water damage spots on moveout, but they still did manage to hit us up for approximately $500 worth of cleaning. Sadly we actually spent the time to scrub the house down and did leave it in much better shape then when we moved in. I doubt anyone gets a full deposit back with this company. Also had a $30 fee for replacing three lightbulbs that were the incorrect wattage. I think I made the mistake of going with natural light instead of soft light for the bulbs. Give me a break.

My daughter rented from these thieves and she had professionally cleaned and was charged $275 for cleaning, they charged $300 to trim 4 hedges, 2 holes in back yard was $75.00 which were there prior to her moving in. Needless to say they charged over $1300.00 for bs to eat away at deposit. If you rent from these crooks, don’t bother cleaning or doing anything on move out because your not getting your deposit back anyway....

This is our first home and we are very happy that we have chosen American homes for rent for our first time. I work in the restaurant industry and have always been the type of General Manager that they send to store that have issues or need someone to help get back on line.As with my last rental experience, my job is transferring me from TN to SC. This company is BEYOND fantastic at ensuring a smooth transition between properties without paying a huge penalty. They will work with you to find the best fit from ending the lease to starting the next and finding the right home.I have found myself again signing a lease for a home states away without a care in the world to the condition or neighborhood. This company has NEVER let me down when it comes to clean, beautifully maintained homes in safe neighborhoods with amazing amenities.And on top of all of this, their customer service and leasing office are out of this world!! I got to work with Annah here in Tennessee and Destiny in South Carolina. Both of these ladies deserve kudos for their patience with me and their ability to change and switch days and properties quickly based on my start date. Not many companies would take the time to ensure that I would be able to be this flexible but these two made it a cake walk.I cannot thank this company enough for allowing me to be able to go where I need to for my job and not make it a huge hassle. Theyll steal your deposit whenever you leave ....... I rented a house from them and it had some issues since day one..... like one of the bathroom didnt have a toilet seat in it ... marks on the wall they asked me to take pictures and send it to them so they will come and fix it .... I did send them the pics but they never fixed a thing. ..... I fixed it by hiring freshcoat to paint and fix the everything without changing the paint of the walls and the reason I did it Cuz I care about people come to my house wont think me and my wife living like that ..... now they sending me less than half the deposit saying that they did fixes after they got the house back ..... Im taking this to my attorney.... and yeah I do have a pics and video of the house before I left it ... good luck thieves.

AH4R in Charleston is firm but fair. They will abide by the terms of your lease and expect you to do the same.I havent had any issues with maintenance so I cant speak to how quickly maintenance issues are solved, but any other problems we have had have been resolved within a week or so.Uriel is responsive and great to work with, glad to have him as a property manager.

I had a leak at the property for almost 4 months. 4 MONTHS!!! Obviously the bill spiked but i was reassured that once everything was fixed I would be reimburse. In the middle of an pandemic Im paying a $300 water bills. Fast forward to 6 months later no one is available to help me get back the money I paid for the leak. Its sad because i have been beyond patient and yet nothing has been resolved.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! They treat you horribly and do whatever they can take spend as little possible to fix the issues. They also do everything they can to where you do not get your security deposit back. For instance, when we moved in, we had 4 blinds that were broken or did not work properly. We reported them, their guy came out to fix it he was told not to fix it. Almost two years later, they are charging us $260 ($65 per blind) to replace them. Their own employee told us we should not have to pay for them. Also, our AC was broken for over 5 months before it was fixed correctly. As well as mold in the stairwell going upstairs, which took them over a year before they sent someone out to fix it, which then needed the whole thing gutted to clean all the mold, which then took over a month to put it all back together and it was done incorrectly. If I could give it a 0 star, I would.

When I say avoid this company at all cost, do so! They are very helpful with getting you into a house but getting issues fixed is another story. We had an unusable bathroom for over 80 days due to mold, microwave was unusable for a month and the oven was broken for 70 plus days! We had countless AC issues. The property manager and maintenance knew of the issues but there was no rush or effort to fix the issues. This company is a headache to deal with, when it comes to getting issues fixed. So overly happy to not be involved with this company anymore. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

They constantly call to check on how I am doing during the application process. Destiny helped me multiple times a day and checked in with me. She made it way less stressful!

Ive lived at my property for more than a year now and my property manager Uriel is amazing. Any questions, comments, or concerns he will always do his best to answer me and will help me as quickly as possible. I feel listened to and respected as a tenant.

In my 3 1/2 yrs with my rental, I had a very satisfactory experience. Only had 1 issue with the home upon first moving in. Water was coming up the drain in the master bath, when it decreased, water in the guest bathroom would push up on the toilet seal. Put in a maintenance request, and the issue was resolved and fixed in 2 days. Ms ShaRonna Memminger was my leasing manager contact, and answered any and all questions I had over the years. She was also extremely helpful when my lease renewal came around during lockdown/ reopening. My neighborhood was great, and I gained new friends.

Maintenance is very fast and effective. Customer service is helpful and pleasant. James Hall came by just to take the lockbox off the door and then stayed for over an hour to fix little things I had found. Great service!

The application process was super easy. Chelsei Randolph and Destiny Davis patiently walked me through the process, answered my numerous questions, all while providing top-notch customer service.

Joey from American Homes 4 Rent gets 100 stars but the company its self I cant even give 1 star to. Joey came out to fix a problem that he wasnt even responsibly for, he was absolutely wonderful, but I can not say that about the company it self. They do not care about the quality of the houses they rent and you have to beg and plead to get things fix. Thank God for Joey otherwise who knows how long I would have had to wait to get things fixed. The property manager cant even return phone calls .

Stay away from renting from this company you are better off buying a home they expect you to fix everything on your own no support at all

I had an issue with rental payments not posting to my account. I reached out to Uriel Estrada and he got the issue resolved immediately. Uriel kept in contact with me and made every effort to resolve my issue. Previously I spoke with Tradd Shepard regarding charges applied to my account due to failure of the office notifying me regarding an HOA issue that still has not been resolved. Tradd was very unprofessional and over talked me when I was addressing my issue. That issue is being handled currently with the corporate office but I could not give a negative feedback on Uriel because he was always professional and respectful when speaking with me. Roles need to be swapped between the two of them because Tradd is not a person that should be in management. Keep up the excellent work Uriel. I see you moving to a higher position soon! Thank you again for everything!

I have not had the pleasure of being in the home yet, but the customer service I have had with the application process has been OUTSTANDING!!! I have delt with at least 5 people and every one of them have gone above and beyond for us. Calling and checking on the progress....making sure we could access them whenever we needed them. Very friendly and professional. I cannot wait to move into my new home!

So far so great. Our original choice for a home was rented fast, faster than we could get the paperwork signed. But since there were so many other properties to chose from we found something just as nice and in our price range. Corey and Robin helped us nonstop and even after business hours. Renting was not ideal for us but the team at American Homes helped us out and made it pretty painless. If you find a home you Ike and want to rent it sign the lease fast because they go quick.

Move-in inspector not professional at all. Scheduled an appointment and he no-showed. Rescheduled and he arrived 2 hours late without giving a notice. He did not properly document damages/missing items. When specifically asked, he told tenants that only major deficiencies needed documented.Move out inspection charged for lightbulbs, shower head low pressure, clogged vent, oven cleaning, mulching, dirty concrete, etc.Cockroach infestation in house.Leaking roof was contracted to be repaired. Exterior was fixed but water damage on interior not addressed.Fascia and soffet damaged to an entire side of the house was contracted to be fixed. Conducted quick repair without fixing all of the damage.Took tenants 4 months to receive pool access.Overall, terrible landlords/property managers who only look to gouge their tenants and provide minimal repairs to their homes.

Field supervisor Tony responded to my needs very quickly and was very knowledgeable and professional!!! Not to mention patient!!! Great experience with the company so far!! Oh let’s not leave out Ms. ShaRonna the property manager was also an excellent help and support!!!

We have been renting from AH4R for almost 7 years and just renewed for another year. They have always taken amazing care of us and help us immediately with any issues that come up. Most recently we asked for help with the 7 year old carpet and they are replacing it with laminate flooring next week! So happy for their help and dedication to keeping us happy and healthy.

I would like to point out that I have never completed a sight unseen comment on any property. The first location that we were working on, the updated photos showed major concerns. It was at this time, we got in contact with Robin Ferreira. With her help, we were able to find a new location within our requirements. Ms. Robin is the goto person with any concerns or questions.

It is an awesome experience to deal / work with Brandi Greene every question we have asked has been answered quickly and honestly. She is not your normal representative leasing agent she is friendly, informative, genuinely concerned for our happiness and well being. She is definitely a great asset to your company.

My property manager, Jessica McCloud, was very difficult to reach, so I gave up on contacting her altogether. There was a significant amount of damage inside and out of the house that was obvious, yet was not on the initial inspection, which is very shady to me, and though I reported it all, I have doubts I will receive any of my deposit. They cancel early for military which is nice, but if you leave at the beginning of the month (in my case May 5th), they will charge the whole months rent, despite the place being completely empty for almost all of that month. I would recommend AH4R for the convenience, but please understand that there are faults with this company, as with any.

AHFR is a sham! Do not rent from them. Worst experience ever!

Been with this company for almost 2 years. Everytime I have emailed or called never had a problem. Everyone has been helpful. They dont hound you and they make it easy to pay rent. If you pay rent on time and dont tear up their homes you should be ok.

American homes 4 rent and Rentgrow the company they are using for tenants screening are ripping people off.

Pay over $2000 a month and have been in the home for over a year and STILL do not have access to the amenities. Three kids in South Carolina heat and no pool access. Requested twice now and just get blown off

I am going to be doing a new updated review in a few days to follow up the last year. My views have definitely changed although I still feel Susan and Robin were great. 10-8-2010/19 So far for me everything has gone great. Susan and Robin were wonderful as well as the others on the leasing team. Still need to do a walk through but will update.The leasing team was pretty great to get us where we wanted some of the things promised during that time hasnt been followed through with yet and there does seem to be a lack of communication between their departments. We do love the home were in but are still waiting for things to get done at the home. Will update again.

Call Robin for any and all your needs. She is so wonderful to work with and will go out of your way to put a smile on your face🙂

They kept our entire $1,650.00 deposit, and had the nerve to even apply an unpaid balance. We are contesting this!!Be sure to take plenty of pics of the move in condition of your rental. Take notes, and demand a copy.They will back charge your deposit as if the home, landscaping, fence, doors, paint, carpet, etc were brand new.Or, don’t waste your time/money upon move out, because they will keep it all.

Honestly I was scared to go through this company from the start. They were unhelpful and any time I called to speak to my representative she was always “out of office” or some other excuse. A waste of my time, would not recommend going through them.

Terrible driving almost caused a huge wreck in Charleston

American Homes 4 Rent has made our entire move in process amazing! From viewing our home, filling out the application, to finally moving in.Robin Ferreira has been my go to for all of my questions. She not only answered them quickly but also went out of her way on her days off. We are so excited to start our new journey in our home. 🙂

I rented a home in Simpsonville, South Carolina and I had a horrible experience with American Homes 4 Rent! I was never late with any payments and my rental manager, Kayla Hill, was extremely rude to me with everything that happened while I lived at the home. After two months of living at the home, my next door neighbors decided to build a trench for a special garden in their backyard, and workers were coming into our backyard for over a month. They made noise and my cable line was cut for the Internet and cable services. I work from at home and need the Internet as part of my job, and I had to endure many problems throughout the process of the neighbors backyard being renovated into a special garden. The outside gutter vents were removed by the construction workers and never replaced properly, and it was a nightmare to endure. In addition, the a/c unit broke in June of 2020, and I reported it right away and was told that they were working on getting it repaired. I have a major case of skin psoriasis that I take injections for and without having air conditioning it completely broke out all over my body and face. Ive been hospitalized from getting sick from being in extreme heat with psoriasis and I reported this to Kayla Hill, the leasing manager for the house I rented, and all that the company offered was a portable a/c unit that would cool one room in the house that would cover 200 to 400 feet in a 1750 square foot home. I was also told that that was all that they could do until the a/c was fixed, so I took my two small dogs and a family member and I had to pay for a hotel room for 10 days along with meals out of my pocket because my skin had erupted into a dangerous point of the psoriatic outbreak. I sent Kayla Hill photos of my skin breaking out and she told me that there was nothing she could do and that I would have to pay for my hotel and meals on my own until the a/c was repaired. I paid a lot of money for the inconvenience of not living in the home and to deal with heartless people on the management end. Furthermore, when I moved out of the home on the last day of the lease, I left the keys, two remote controls, and the pool key on the kitchen counter. The company was unable to find the key in the lockbox the next day after I moved out and I sent an email stating that I had left everything on the kitchen counter. I was charged an extra day because I didnt leave the keys in the lockbox and I didnt know that I was supposed to do this. The charge for the extra day was $210.00 and I was shocked!! Kayla Hill was also very rude to me in all of her communication to me. I own a home in Orlando, Florida and I cannot fathom any leasing agent or manager being rude to clients who have a perfect rental payment history as I did. This company doesnt care about how they treat people and I would never rent from this company again. I am a teacher and will warn my current school system along with the former school system to tell future teachers to avoid renting from this company because they are very unfair and have rude people working for them. It was a horrible rental experience and I would avoid this company at all costs!!

Ive recently met Trad Sheppard and let me tell you something. What a memorable experience. I have dealt with customer service throughout my life, and it doesnt get much better than this guy!He set me up with a wonderful home. The process was very simple and smooth, but it wasnt just that....His dynamic approach to life really got me thinking....this guy is doing something right! Godspeed my new friend!

Joey and Brent were very professional and kind as they showed us into our new home we couldnt be happier with the entire experience and detailed process of explaining everything we needed to know. Joey was even kind enough to fix a screen for us on the spot which was really appreciated and shows their great work ethic representing their company in great fashion. Looking forward with our experience with American Homes for rent which has started off in the right direction.

This company is a joke. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
