I had my household goods delivered on August 10th. Sustainable damage to my things. I filed a claim and almost 2 months later havent heard anything and Im having to replace some items out of my own pocket.

Very knowledgeable and very accommodating people here. They truly cared about me and my familys whole moving experience start to finish. The office team made us feel comfortable and confident about how it would proceed. They were great!(Thanks again ladies!)The Packers came out and made magic happen. They handled my familys belongings with utmost care and respect while boxing and packing. They had my whole house ready for the movers in one day. It was seamless when the driver and loaders came. They were fast & careful and had that truck packed in seemed NO time at all.This team of teams made my move so smooth and flawless. It was my Best moving experience ever. Hands down!Thank you All so very much! If I ever have to relocate again, it Will be with Coleman again for sure!I highly recommend them.

Great people, Awesome service.I stopped in for a few price quotes and ask a few concerning questions I had. They broke it down for me, catered to my crazy hectic schedule, and gave me full scale top service, even before my move. The whole experience was great. I moved from Ft Lauderdale, FL to Charleston, SC in May 2020. Our move salesperson Abby was able to provide a thorough and comprehensive survey for our quote. I was very impressed with their ability to keep us feeling safe during the whole move with crew coming in with masks each day on our pack and move days. I felt more confident using Coleman than going cheap with other moving companies. The office staff took great care and made me confident in my move throughout the whole process.They are professional, thorough, and comprehensive on their services. I would use them again.

They talk about you behind your back an dont know me but im a real man if i had something to say to somebody i will tell them in they face an dont sugar code nothing because im not scared...

Boxes were stacked on fragile items. Over half the items labeled upstairs were left downstairs and many items upstairs were meant to be down. Would not recommend.

I am not very happy with the service I received. The packers were very slow and not well trained. A couple of the loaders were extremely slow and poorly trained, as well. Knowing what I knew now I would not use Coleman Allied again.

Very unprofessionally operated manager at the Charleston location is rude and not helpful. Delivery was over and hour late and his answer was Sorry about your luck Dont use these people. I wish there was a 0 star option
