A delivery was scheduled for 19:02. At about 19:30 a call was made and answered by a Dash representative who stated that the driver was on the way without any other stops scheduled. Based on the location, the driver was due to arrive in about 20 minutes which was one hour later than the 90 minute service paid for. At 19:51 I began calling the Charleston Dash office to check on the status of the delivery. Over 25 attempts were made to speak with a person as to the status of the delivery. After over 30 minutes of constant dialing my call was finally picked up. So 1 and 1/2 hour AFTER the scheduled deliver time, I was informed the driver was still 20 minutes out. Unbelievable!!!! and still waiting.So the delivery finally arrived almost 2 hours late. This is the second late delivery within the past few weeks. The representative was unhelpful and the inability to speak with someone inexcusable.

Always professional, Fast without any issues. Dependable I would most definitely recommend them. Stand up people.
