Had to take an hour out of my day to make a 20 mile trip just to go here today. Only because I could not get through to them on the phone. More than likely understaffed like most businesses due to the pandemic.You are only allowed to enter the building if you have an appointment. So by making the appointment, you give them your name, your birthdate, your SS#, all that good stuff, then when you get there you have to do it again on a computer before theyll even see you. Once I did get seen, the lady was very polite and very helpful, greatly appreciated!

The people was very helpful and didnt stop until the mission was accomplished what we came for.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They took me in right away and helped me as much as they could with patients and kindness.

If you think you will get the personal attention with a caseworker to help you find a job look again! Spend their time socializing on the phone about their kids! Unprofessional Better off going to staffing agency. They dont return your calls or emails!

This place is a joke. Tried to get a voucher for CDL training. I was eligible for it. Took the tab test. Then they want me to do more testing. I went to a 2 year tech school in 2014 and graduated. I am drug free with no record. They want to put you through a 6 week process for a four week training. Its a waist of time dealing with these people. Save your self the headache and time. If you want to further yourself try to get funding for other sources.

I called in today to see what the requirements where for a bus card and a lady picked up the phone and was so short to the point i couldnt even finsh the question i was going to ask no help at all. I hope they dont think for a second that this is a GOOD public service because its simply NOT.

Teachers are pretty cool. They answer any questions that I asked and explained what I didnt understand. I am getting my GED and I am farther along then I expected it would be. They have night classes twice a week that I enjoy going to after spending 8 hours at work. Very convenient. I would encourage anybody who needs a ged to come here and learn what is needed.

The front desk receptionist was awesome.Hoeevrr, the Job Corps representative was rude and aggressive. The young I took there was angry at the way she talked to him and now doesnt even want to come back of she is the one he needs to interact with. As a professionsl, I too was taken aback with her voice tone and aggression.

I just recently enrolled in the GED classes last month & things are moving pretty quickly, way faster than another GED program that I was enrolled in. The teachers are very attentive, helpful & they are always there when you need help.

Walked in and got a job in a hour. Needed to use a computer to fix and print resume out and they were very nice and helpful. Great people that work there.

Staff ignored me when I had questions about the complicated and outdated computer and programs. When I finally found a staff member he was asleep at his desk. I stepped outside for a quick phone call. I returned and found another staff member and asked my question and was told Ill be there in a minute. 20 minutes later she was at her desk eating lunch. Meanwhile sleeping beauty was woken up and told to go to lunch . As I was fed up and leaving another customer entered and was helped. I stated Ive been waiting an hour to be recognized and good luck with that. This was a horrible experience and I will look for employment assistance through other avenues.
