I received constant communication via text from the company throughout the entire process, arrived on time, did not use my water source (saved a few pennies there), was professional yet conversational. I had a cream Ethan Allen sofa and loveseat cleaned...cream (need I say more).I was sent a text prior to the service being over, invited to inspect the work and when saw an area that needed more attention the technician brought the equipment back into my home and touched up an area....30 day warranty. The results were very satisfactory. I will call this company again when I need my sofa and loveseat cleaned.
