Phillip did a super job cleaning our carpet and we have scheduled him back to fabric protect our re-upholstered furniture.

PJ was wonderful! He cleaned an extra apartment for us with a 5 minute notice. He was very friendly and professional. We definitely recommend.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The technicians are hardworking punctual go over and over again areas that needed it and I cant say enough good things about this place. Melissa whos in charge of that division of cleaning the carpets is always sweet as can be and The Price is Right great service...

I work for a local property management firm. We called Get Steamed when an air handler leaked over night soaking the carpet in a townhouse. They were out within an hour and extracted the water, cleaning the carpet and applied an antimicrobial. So happy with how quickly they came. It really makes me seem like I know what I am doing when a vendor comes through like that... And super affordable!

We used this service for our rental home. The tech was fairly rude ( never introduced himself) was on the phone the entire time and rushed through the job. Very little effort put forth to get any high traffic areas clean.We called trying to resolve it. Upon expressing our displeasure. We were told a manager would contact us. Its been 6 days. Not a call, nothing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND .

Unbelievably amazing job! Our five year old builder grade carpet had been put through the paces by our four young children with difficult stains in most areas. In fact we even steam cleaned ourselves ~15-20 times over the years with a Bissell carpet washer but as we went to list our house for sale we were certain we would have to replace the carpet before selling. Melissa at Get Steamed assured us they would do a much better job than the Bissell home carpet cleaning machine and she scheduled us a next day appointment. Trey was the technician that came out and he did such a fantastic job that the carpet looked like brand new and smelled great! Even though we had originally thought wed need an extra deep cleaning step and Melissa had scheduled additional time for her technician to do that, Trey did the ethical thing and told us after the standard cleaning that it was completely unnecessary thus saving us over $100. The Get Steamed Folks were also $200 cheaper than the competition to begin with. So in the end we saved over $300! The amount of carpet cleaned came out to ten cents per square foot. Wish I had called these folks at least once a year while we were in the house!
