Had technicians, Dustin, Marlin, Antonio and Dana, they were very professional, and courteous each time they came out to check machines and moisture readings. Kenneth the project manager has been outstanding. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Jason was my technician. He is knowledgeable about his industry. He cleaned the carpet better than any other service has. He is a true professional. He hand scrubbed certain areas of the carpet. He cleaned it all to my satisfaction the first time. He did a fantastic job. He is customer service oriented and his professionalism is superb. I will request him again due to the job he performed.

Jason (our tech that came to help us) is extremely I mean extremely cordial, professional, knows what he is doing. When I thought there was no way to fix my issue, Jason reassured me it was something that could be taken care of. Upon our initial encounter he explained in detail what he could do to resolve my issues with my bathroom floor tiles. He was very transparent in his work and ability to fix my issue. It was very good work and I was pleased. From what I know about the time, materials and expertise needed to do such jobs, I feel this job was overpriced by $300. I was given an estimate of $500 by phone which was high. I know more work was added and outdoor furniture is difficult so I expected it to be more, just not that much.

My experience with Service Masters was with Paul and he was awesome,seriously. He worked hard and the job was great,my carpet isnt hardly the same.

I was overall pretty happy with the service and my carpet’s. However, one thing I was disappointed in was being charged a different price than was quoted, when I asked about the price difference I was told they didn’t have me down for cleaning the the hallway in between the bedrooms. Not true I saw the work order that said 2 rooms, stairs and the hallway in between. I also assumed closet’s were included in the room’s, nope he wanted $20 more. I was expecting to pay $132 today, he wanted $190 with the closet, I paid $152. I would’ve given 5 stars had the price been the same that I was quoted.

We’ve (unfortunately) had to use this company twice in our home, both times for water damage. They are fast, thorough and a great team to work with. In our latest incident, I called for help at 4a and they were on-site by 5:30a. Their quick work saved a ton of potential losses.

I had the pleasure of Corey Hall coming to my residence to do some mold removal and clean up water damage. He explained the process before any work was conducted and made sure be as thorough as possible. The job was completed in a very timely manner and the area was clean. I would definitely recommend this highly professional gentleman and the company for their quality of service.

I cannot express properly the disapointment that I have in this establishments representatives in every aspect of the business world. If I could write this review without giving any stars, I would have done that. I will save myself the nightmare of re-living my encounters with this company after a house fire by simply relaying that the insincerity, poor managment, unfair practices, exorbitant, imaginary fees and customer-last philosohy are the results I experienced. My advice, if you are looking for a reputalbe restoration company, is to complete a thorough research before choosing this one.

Our project manager Joe Zachary was so courteous. His crews showed up when they said they would be there. They operated in a very efficient manner and the work that was done by the various subcontractors was outstanding. I would highly reccommend this company.

The water to my hot water heater burst and flooded my house. My insurance company got in touch with Service Masters and their representative Mr. Dylan got in touch with me right away and was at my home within 30min and assessed the job and got started right away. I thought that it was too much and was expecting Mr. Dylan to say that he was leaving and would return later with help and more equipment but he jumped right on it and knew exactly what to do. Hes very young but well knowledgeable and extremely experienced at his job. He later got some assistance from Mr. Demetrius a co-worker who showed up and jumped right in as well. The two gentlemen so extraordinary teamwork and amazingly they were getting the job done in such an awesome manner. They both were very pleasant to have around for the most part of the day and they reassured my wife and I and brought comfort to us in a very difficult situation. Later a third co-worker came and joined in but I didnt get his name because the three of them were working so hard and well together that I only wanted to assist and not stop there flow. We had a leak on an outside wall that allowed rain to seep in and soak the carpeting. Because it was under furniture and behind draperies it remained undetected for many months, allowing mold to develop. Calvin inspected the damage and Corey mediated the area removing baseboard and padding then applying mildewcide to the effected area. Both were extremely prompt, professional, thorough and informative.

In the midst of the pandemic and medical issues along with a non motivated insurance company my husband contacted Kenneth of Servicemaster to handle the mess left behind after a fire which began in the attic. From the initial visit Kenneth kept his promise and was very engaged and maintained open and honest communication. Not only is he wonderful but his staff consists of an angel by the name of Johanni. She is heaven sent!! Very hardworking, she gives 110% and demands that of her team. Johanni respected not only our home but respected our time. When the tree fell on our roof during long rain, the SM mitigation team was here within 2 hours, they tarped the roof, removed all wet insulation and dry wall and installed drying equipment right away. Service Master is the BEST! Professional, friendly and courteous describe everything employee that helped us mediate water intrusion in our downstairs. Dillon from Service Masters came out at 11pm to help us deal with a disastrous water situation caused by our attic air conditioning unit. Dillon was very supportive, extremely efficient and did a remarkable job cleaning up the water damage, setting up dehumidifiers and fans, removing wet and damaged insulation and whatever else was necessary to help resolve the situation. He was patient and took as much time as necessary to make sure everything was done properly.
