Why was I just told that they do not reload chime cards at this location when the chime app and internet said you can reload your chime card at circle k!!! The workers need to get it together and to be trained properly!
They were very helpful when I checked out!
The store is very unreliable. Hit and miss on if they are open in the morning. Difficult to get in and out of. Not worth stopping.
I recently worked at the Circle k on8700 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406Part-time on my nights off from my full-time armed security job I was physically mentally emotionally drained and sick toOr I cannot even make it to my full-time job I text my boss and told him I cant do it anymore my mental and physical health is not good at all and his reply was thats so messed!I was sick in the bed for a week straight could barely even talk to my parentsup I went in tonight to get gas and cigarettes to my old coworker did not give me my discount on my cigarettes.I dont even care about the discount if the fact that the manager didnt care about my mental health
This gas station is located close to home. Depending on when I need gas or which direction Im coming from, Ill pull in. I used it more back when the BiLo bonus card saved you money at the Shell.
It totally defeats the purpose of being able to pay at the pump for convenience and speed when every time I get gas, the pumps are out of register tape and I have to go inside and stand in line.
It’s alright I don’t like the fact that nobody including some of the staff aren’t wearing face masks won’t be back for a while...
Horrible experience! No XL lids, no Mtn. Dew. Couldn’t put in rewards info., and customer service was VERY poor!
Love this store very friendly staff! Manager is doing a great job!
Some of their workers play around more than they work!! New workers are left alone at the register to fin for themselves....although the manager will say new workers cannot work by themselves until they complete 36hrs...they dont adhere to there own policies...no lunch breaks or breaks at all..even though there are multiple people working in the store...
Not clean in the morning when I would grab my coffee, its usually empty and nasty. The store manager is rude, lazy, and looks like shes always high. A few times when walking up to the store i noticed her on the side of a big truck making out with random guy. The food I wouldnt feed to my dog. Sometimes prices are different than whats posted also. It used to be my go to place because I live down the street but employees cant clean up or give decent, basic customer service so Ive been going across the street where their store is clean.Even though I dont go anymore I will be filling a complaint with corporate for the basic fact I would hate to see drama outside during make out session or someone getting sick from the food.
For an older small store it was very clean.. The young man behind the counter was very pleasant and helpful even with the store being packed with customers. I will shop there again.
Tanya...Store Assistant is the worst person I have ran across in this store. She is rude...And it is ridiculous how they have her on in the morning shift, which happens to be one of the busiest. I have tried several times to make her smile or greet but she is just NASTY...
BEWARE of price gouging & deceptive advertising on TRAFFIC brand CIGARETTES. Several times in the past 3 months, this store has had this brand advertised for $3.14 per pack when you buy 2 packs. EACH TIME Ive gone in, the register has not been changed to reflect the sale price, and they ring up, with tax for $7.25, for both packs. SALE PRICE with tax included is $6.85 for both. Each time, Ive pointed out the signs advertised with sale price only to have the store manager and clerk argue with me saying they cant change the price, thats what it rang up as. Each time, they have then corrected this price by using a coupon code or key, thereby selling me the cigs at the ADVERTISED SALE PRICE. Even other customers behind me have spoken up on my behalf, vocalizing the law, along with me. Today, it happened again, 2 packs of cigs ringing up at regular total price of $7.25, instead of the advertised total price of $6.85. Again, I pointed out the advertising signs outside and the manager said to me, this is the last time Im going to do this price reduction for you, then proceeded to tell her clerk to pull down all the signs. If this had only happened once, then I wouldnt be commenting, however, this is a common practice at this location. I realize theres not much difference in price, HOWEVER, I DO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING AND SALES PRACTICES, TO INCLUDE THE INDULGENCE IN BELLIGERENCE OF THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER OF THIS STORE. I will be attempting to file a complaint with Circle K Corporate. CUSTOMERS: A merchant, BY LAW, has to sell an item they have advertised at a discounted or sale price for THAT advertised/sale price, even if it rings up wrong at the register. This particular Circle K has been breaking the law when they would initially not honor their visibly advertised sale price.
This gas station is pointless. They’re constantly out of stock on stuff, the car wash only works once in a blue moon, gas pumps 1-16 are currently out of service, and the air pump/ vacuum is out of order.
Perfect every time.
This worker at this station is very rude ! Never clean poor service not friendly at all, coffee pots are empty then when ask about they they have been to busy to make coffee, I have never been such poor ass gas station with poor ass service
Great place
Kind store and people.
