I took my car to cactus for the first time last week after my kids did a number on the whole vehicle, and one of them got sick. They got it done quickly and it was perfect inside! Maurice did an incredible job! Unfortunately, I think I rolled the windows up too soon and it got extremely musty inside - gave the guys a call a few days later after airing it out wasn’t enough. The manager, Edward, was incredibly courteous and professional and had us bring the vehicle back, at our convenience, and did a full sanitize and deodorize free of charge! I told my husband we will be taking it back to these guys every few months to get the interior done. They did an amazing job and were extremely thorough. 10/10 would recommend! Awesome job, Cactus!

Usually self wash my truck but it was pretty bad since I just got back from being oversees for 3 months so I decided to come here, paid for the “deluxe” package, you can tell they really were just in a rush. The areas that were wet with whatever they put on it are now stained, can’t get it off because they decided to only do one streak through it, floor mats are still dirty and they didn’t even try to wipe the infotainment system. Just go to fins and do it yourself, you’ll save yourself 100 bucks on an awful wash. Even when I have bad experiences I don’t put reviews down but this was pretty bad, I guess it’s whatcha get for going to a business on Rivers Ave.

2 out of 3 times my van was not to my satisfaction. I had to point out an area that still need to be vacuum. My front wind shield and a side window was hit and miss with the cleaning. Ever since they stop inspection when leaving everything gone down hill. I know employer’s are having a hard time. But this happen before the employment shortage. Also the only way you get a scent in your vehicle is do it yourself.Not sure if I will return.

Half clean my car. Id showed them what they missed, but still didnt do it. I didnt get what I paid for. My windows, my leather seats, my floor mates wasnt clean properly. Now I have go over my car again. I spent $50. Im so not satisfied. They finished so fast but half cleaned. Water spot on the car.

Went to Cactus for a hand wash for the first time. The cost was 45$. Most of the car looks decent but alot of spots and the rims look mostly rinsed over.

Interior windows are a little smeared but I didnt notice that until I got home. Otherwise the car looks great!

I brought my jeep in on Tuesday after traveling with 2 drooly Saint Bernards. The jeep was impeccably clean! I noticed the mats were taken off and put in the back, and unfortunately were forgotten about. I reached out that night. The following morning, I received a phone call apologizing and asking me to return so they could make it right. I arrived today (Friday) and was greeted with smiles and manners. They took me back immediately and began working on the mats as soon as they took them. I am beyond impressed with the customer service and delivery of expectations! First time... Spend 50 bucks. The jeep washed up nicely. Did not dry it. Full of water spots. NEVER detailed the back of the jeep. Detailed the interior. Looked it wasnt wiped down after words. Had to wipe the slick off the interior. When they did the tires they over sprayed all over the paint. Not overly thrilled. We had to wipe the entire vehicle down when we got home, oh and didnt even attempt to wipe down behind my tire. And around the fenders where the car wash couldnt get to. Windows were a streak fest too.

My car looks fabulous! Nice and clean and smells great...They pay great attention to detail. My tires were so dirty with brake dust and the young man cleaning my car took his time and got all between the spokes to get every bit of it clean.

Very busy, long wait, every day theyre open.but they do a great job at detailing your car, thats why theyre always busy😏

Did a pretty good job on the interior and front of the truck. But completely missed the bed of the truck. Didn’t know they didn’t do truck beds, would have been nice to know. 3 stars for the hood and cab, but the bed is at least 2/5 of truck

The staff was friendly and understanding when I ask questions about my food allergies. The food was hot and tasty.

Have gone to cactus in Mt Pleasant several times. Always excellent.. this cactus looked like they just sprayed cleaner in side the car and only whiped down half of it. Did not get to the edges and looked like they clean the glass with a dirty rag... NO THANKS 👎

I got a full service car wash including steam cleaned seats and mates and full interior clean. Process took snout an hour and a half but for only $99 it was a great value. David really did an excellent job cleaning the interior of the vehicle.

Ive been going to this place for years lately the service has been poor. Today was it for me. Purchase the deluxe wash and the job they did was terrible. My 80 year old grandmother can clean cars better than this. congratulations Cactus you just lost a loyal customer.

Waited in line for almost 40 minutes. Got to the cashier and explained what I wanted and was told NO they were to busy to accommodate me on their managers special. Said they already had 10 cars and couldnt do mine. Would have been nice if the Management had put out a sign are came down the line to explain what was going on. Instead they just let you sit in line and wait. Very unprofessional.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I had to point out spots that were missed and then noticed that the guys completely missed the dash as well as the entire front of the truck. My 10 year old could have done a better job. I would suggest saving your money or go somewhere else.

Fair prices. Awesome complete detailer, worked extremely hard. 3.5 hours to be exact to try to remove stains and get every single crevice.

I am so disappointed with the detail service I received here at the cactus car wash.I waited from 12:13 p.m. to 3:34 p.m. just to get into a car the same way it was when I took it there to get detailed. Paid for a wash and carpet shampoo detail. To my surprise, absolutely nothing was touched at all in my car. The outside appeared to be shiny but there were still crud on the rims, and bugs on the front of the car. The inside WAS NOT TOUCHED AT ALL! Trash still in the cup holder and doors. Smears all over the windows, I guess from using dirty rags. Sticky residue on the seats and center console that I got off using my fingernail. The floors was just as sandy as they were when I got out of car to start with. THIS WAS FAR BY THE WORST CAR DETAILING EXPERIENCE ID EVER HAD! I asked the manager to come take a look at my car himself so that he could see what I was talking about and he acted as if I wasnt speaking English and tried to offer me a FREE carpet shampoo with the purchase of a car wash. SMH so I would have to pay another $20 for a car wash just to get my carpets shampooed for free when I was supposed to get them shampooed in the first place. I am so mad and disappointed with this place. Theyve lost a customer in me and I am telling everyone I know not to waste their money at this place. JUST TERRIBLE!

Theyre professionals. Ive had everything from regular car washes to deluxe detailing done here, and Im always happy with the results. For detailing, they introduce you to the employee who cleaned your car, and let you inspect it before giving the keys back.The waiting area is comfortably furnished with soft couches, free coffee, and a window to watch your car get cleaned.

Cactus did a horrible job on my suburban I dont know what happened to that company but it has gone way down. They left my windows dirty, my bumpers dirty, did not clean my rims properly, did not clean the bugs off the front bumper. I guess when they were tired of me asking them to keep cleaning it they walked off and left my truck unattended, I will never go back to cactus car wash. If you are smart you would not go to cactus car wash either!!! Extremely disappointed!!!

Not to bad a great place to go to have your vehicle cleaned. I was a bit concerned about two of their employees I seen cleaning the inside of a vehicle without there mask on. That threw up a red flag for me, it made me uncomfortable and I brought it up to one of the employees and he addressed the situation before it became one. At a time like this no telling who has Covid-19 but to be in and out of people car like you letting anyone walk into your house without a mask.

Got my car completely detailed and Im very happy with the results!!! They buffed out a ton of scratches that I cant find anymore.

Google tells me to write this review even though Ive literally never been there, but Im sure its very nice there and they clean cars very well.

They literally hire homeless people off the street. Want your car cleaned the right way? Hire a professional detailer or look up YouTube videos and buy professional equipment to do it yourself!

I would definitely recommend this business far prices, reasonable wait time depending on the service you select and alot of hard working people here. My vehicle looked brand new again after having it cleaned here.

Did an amazing job on the van. shampooing the seats made 20 years of stains disappear. Wiped everything down inside and it looked amazing.

First time going to this detailer, seemed good and was busy. Decided to have the interior of my jeep cleaned and headlights restored. Asked for an estimate of time and they said 2 and a half hours with headlight restoration. I decided to wait since it was early inain the morning and I had to go to work later. 3 hours later they are done and tell me the head lights cant be restored which I took in stride since they are old. They told me leave the windows cracked for 1 or 2 hours. I see that the interior is really wet and nothing is dry, water is still on the center console. I decide to leave my windows down all the way until the sun goes down for the rest of the day. I hop in my jeep the next day and the smell is horrible. Mildew and all. If you need someone to do a professional job where they get most of the water out the seat and try and dry it not just extract a little bit of the water go somewhere else. These people will ask for a ton of money and tip and do a subpar job. Waste of time and money.I have gotten detail jobs done to all of my cars this was the worst.

Was not told it would take 50 minutes. Had to leave to get back to work. Hardly touched the inside. Still tipped well because I didnt feel it was the finishers fault. No lunch. No nothing. Awful.

Do not go here if you want the money in your car stolen. We had at least $3 worth of quarters in our cars change holder before we got our car wash, and upon leaving Cactus, EVERY SINGLE QUARTER WAS GONE!!! Also, a few hours after the car wash, our metal logo piece that said civic was completely hanging off...coincidence?

They left drivers floor mat on top of gas pedal very dangerous and slopped some kind of chemical all over dashboard, doors and all plastics. For 30 bucks never again hope many people see this

The detailing was good, except my front window was smudged and streaked. I ended up having to redo it myself. Other than that, great job.

Do not get your car washed here. Upon exiting the car wash, a giant windshield crack was clearly apparent. Without skipping a beat, the manager walked to check our license plate, saw we were from out of down, deemed it was a rock chip from travel that caused it, and HANDED US HIS PERSONAL BUSINESS CARD TO REPLACE THE WINDSHIELD. This is obviously a ROUTINE issue that individuals profit from. It appears as a giant scam and beware. Our car was getting washed an hour before a trade in at a dealership and had already been inspected with NO DAMAGE. They are SCAMMERS.

Waited 1.45 hours for my car to be finished AND paid for the managers special ($45) only to get in and see wrappers left behind, cup holders not even touched and cleaner just smeared everywhere. Not worth the up charge in service or the wait.

Took my car in after a year of neglect and harsh conditions with not much thought that they could do much to restore any resemblance that it was new. I was wrong they did a fantastic job!! Looked better then the day I bought it extremely happy with the service they provide.

I went to this location to weeks ago and had my car detailed. I have tinted windows in my car the person that detailed my car put a very deep scratch in my tint. Fast forward two weeks later no one has reached out to me to fix my window, I also filled out a report and they informed me someone will contact me within to business day. I’m still waiting............. also the person that cleaned my car half clean my windows my car was still dirty In some spots my tires was half cleaned. I was very disappointed with my 1st time going here!!!!!!!!!

Cleaned suv but forgot to clean the whole suv. The back was dirty when I picked it up ..in there defence they told me to bring it back and they would handle it but I was unable to take it back

I paid $110 to have the inside detailed and the car washed. The outside is fine but the inside is still dirty!! For that amount I expected better.

It stinks. I am not being sarcastic, the smell in the air waiting outside literally stinks. They must use sewage to wash cars because the smell is nauseating.

My 1st time here. Theyre a little too pricey for me. I spent $49.99 for interior & exterior. I dont have any complaints about the work, just the price. I found somewhere a little cheaper for the same detail. I dont think Ill be going back.

It is truly a gamble what you get when having a car washed at Cactus. Quality of work depends on workers understanding of good quality. Some times Id get a perfectly shiny clean car as if it came from a dealership, and sometimes it looks like a blind cow did the work. Once I had a lady detailing one side of the car and a guy detailing another ( yes, I do watch!) Ladys side which was a drivers side was immaculate and I decided not to check the passenger side of the car, and I was wrong. Little did I know, I am to find streaks, smears and dust. I recommend to really check the quality of the job done when at Cactus.But I like the building and ambiance it is quite cozy in there when not crowded with people.

By far the best car wash around. A little pricey but well worth it!

Terrible and the last time. Was going once a month but the last times have determined I wont be back. Cup holders werent cleaned nor was the underneath of my seats. They also sprayed something on my seat that discolored it and when I brought it up to the manager he said I must have done it. He was very rude and I hope that really wasnt the manager.

For $50 I was truly disappointed they didnt all they did was overhaul everything with armor all did not do really detailed anything inside my car I was very disappointed

Despite having to go back a second time to get rid of the smell of vomit in my back seat at NO ADDITIONAL COST I received nothing but above average customer service, especially from the detailing department’s manager, Edward. For the volume of cars I saw they take care of on a Saturday, it is impressive that they can provide individualized attention to each customer who goes here. Well done!

I took my car to get detailed. It had spent 2.5 years parked in a garage and smelled like musty dog, and was covered in dog hair (long story). I wait 2.5 hours on a week day morning despite them being fairly steady but I’d hardly say overly busy for Cactus, and they did a pretty sub-standard job. I usually get air freshener spray and I didn’t. There is still dog hair obviously on the upholstery. They didn’t even bother cleaning the vanity mirrors, there was clearly dirt still on plastic parts inside the vehicle. Every time I get in, I notice something else. I had to leave to go pick up my daughter and didn’t have time to drive back to get them to fix it. I’m pretty disappointed.

Good experience for first time

This was my first time visiting, but I heard a lot of great things from other people so I decided to give it a try. They were packed!!! I can see why. They did an extremely great job on detailing my car. I honestly think it was cleaner than when I bought my car!!!! The wait time wasn’t great and could use some work communicating on, but honestly still worth the wait. It’s hot outside and there is no way I would have gotten it nearly as clean on the inside as they did! I have all black interior so for them to get it looking perfect is saying something.It’s worth the money because you know it’s too hot to do it yourself. Bring something to occupy your time if you are getting a detailing service. This place is busy because they do a good job and people go to them for a reason!

I don’t like giving bad reviews but this one is well deserved.I sat patiently in line. Watched the gentleman in the car unload his life before he handed his car over.Next it was my turn to hand over my car. The driver started yelling at to get out I have to keep the line moving.Not understanding why I’m suddenly am being berated. I said huh? He again yelled at me.I then said you know what nope you aren’t getting my car. He said good and I left.I will happily drive to west ashley to In and out. Where the owner would have sent that man walking.

Always have been going to cactus. Have to check the car once it is done. Windows seem to be a problem for them. My windows were streaked right after the car was done. I had to ask them to get into the back seat and attempt to clean the rear window. They did but it is also streaked.

Since it is a pandemic, there is only external washes. They are not cleaning the insides. Everyone is nice.

The first time I went to Cactus was in 2015. I was totally disappointed and promised myself not to go back. Today I went back, against my better judgement. My car looks like it was wiped off with a dry cloth. I had to point out several areas that were not tended to for the guy to clean. It became so tiring that I just gave up and left. I will not go back!

The problem I have is you have check behind the guys, because they are not cleaning my car very well
