I went to this establishment last week, and the owner told me he could not warranty his work for some odd reason. The only reason I still got my two front windows tinted there is because I needed them done ASAP. So far so good, the work of the windows looks good. The owner said he would not stand by his work because he could not give me a receipt. He could not provide me a receipt because he did not want a paper trail due to the illegal 15% window tint he placed on my windows. I’m from a different state and never ever herd of any lame excuse like this before not to stand by your work. Not sure what his issue was, so I’m spreading the word and giving him 2 stars for the horrible customer service. If your reading this and he does the same thing to you, please go else where. I’m certain he will try to deny this or maybe not, the fact of the matter is now its documented. Go somewhere who stands by there work!!!!!

Flawless tint jobs on all three no trash or bubbles in the tint and the cut on the edges of the window so fine looks factory. They use high quality tint and comes with a great warranty. Professional, reasonably priced. I watched Brian install my tint and he paid attention to every detail. I was especially impressed with him removing the window gaskets and cleaning and sanding them out so no abrasive material with scratch the tent up when I start opening and closing them. I got all three of my vehicles tinted here, they take the time to explain the different tints. Scott and the staff were very professional, I was referred by coworker and glad to take her recommendation. You will pay for quality work, the ceramic tint is the best, can be pricey($515.00) but again you’re paying for quality as oppose to people trying to make a quick dollar. The staff will advise you on what’s best depending on the vehicle w/out breaking your bank.

Palmetto Tint Shop was recommended by another local shop for our new cars tint needs. Today, I brought the car in and was immediately greeted and offered options for tint. That was a nice surprise (previous experiences from other shops didnt take the time to give options). Their waiting room suits them well and offers enough room tucked away from the hustle of the shop. They just finished. The work looks great! They have even have stickers that are placed over the window buttons! Highly recommended!

Just had my truck done today. I was very comfortable with the price and service. They even let me watch the process. Not that I didnt trust them, but I just like learning a process of something like that. Both the manager and installer were helpful and got it done quick. I like the new shop too! I would recommend paving the entry to the garage, but I know its only been a few days since youve been there. Overall great experience!

Fast and knowledgeable. Were extremely willing to talk to me till I understood exactly what my different options were, and they were able to do my car on the spot. I cant wait to see the exceptional workman ship on my car. I dealt with Termayne, he talk and discussed different shades and prices with my for at least 20 minutes and I never felt any pressure. He did recommend that I hold off on my windshield wight the stripe at the top do to the fact that I want to add a clear heat resistant coat to my windshield and the stripe would have to be removed to put it on. So he saved me money.

Second time using them and for a good reason. Yes you can find cheaper - with the focus on cheap.But if you want quality - both product and installation, this is where you go! Huper Optik dealer and installer, which IMO is the best tint you can get. Not easy tint to work with, but they get it done right. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Just got my car tinted and let me just say these guys are great. From the time I called until they finished my car these guys answered all my questions and concerns. I even got to watch the installer and asked him questions. I havent had a chance to see how well it holds up but the film and install has a lifetime warranty. If you need tint check these guys out.

Got my windows done with their ceramic tint that they offer, really good quality tint with the most reasonable price in town. Called a few places before confirming this one as the best choice. Price and reviews say it all. I would recommend all my friends and family to this company any day. They arent hurting your wallet like other local companies and still offer very high quality products. Expect to pay more elsewhere. But they dont have a 4.9 overall rating for no reason, and Im glad I can help keep them this way with this review.

Would recommend. Shortly after parking my vehicle in one of their parking spots outside, I was shown the different tints they offer then was ushered to the waiting room which is where I spent my time waiting for my ride to be done. I havent seen it yet; however: there was a vehicle that was just tinted right before I parked. It looked pretty sweet.

Im a customer that relies heavily on reviews when deciding on a company to do business with and they have the best so naturally I gave them a shot, and Im glad I did. I do remember a time where they were giving away...a t-shirt or some other item in exchange for reviews which is kind of cheesy, but now that they have good reviews and rely on them for business its good for the customers because they will be treated right.I got a quote over the phone, but they left out the fact that it was for the tint that is merely cosmetic and doesnt block heat. Im not sure why I wasnt asked the purpose of my tint because I, like many Im sure, wanted to block out as the SC heat rays without breaking the bank.The tint job was 5 star, but only after I pointed out the half dozen flaws over all the windows and they redid it. I wouldnt say this place is 5 star overall, if it were they wouldnt have let the auto leave the garage with that many (or any) noticeable flaws. Or joked with one another about the flaws being trivial; I could have lived with the crease, but coupled with the jagged cuts, puncture, and missed window coverage I felt I wasnt getting my moneys worth. They made it right though and not surprising doing so added on an extra 30 minutes of time to the job; first time took 90 minutes, second 120 minutes and it looks pristine and professional now.Even though they only drove it into the garage and out of it (3 minutes tops) they felt the need to adjust my seat backwards and recline it like a dentist chair; I believe its to look cool. Understandably there is a need to adjust when the owner drives hugging the wheel, but the person behind the wheel would have needed to be 7ft tall with 4ft long arms to have trouble with my settings in that short time frame. I know they didnt, but making drastic unnecessary adjustments made me wonder if they used it for a lunch run.I like getting my auto back in the same condition it was in at drop off, excluding the outside because I dont feel they should have to wash the soapy residue from the outside of my door, and honestly wouldnt rather them not, but they dont wipe down their white soapy residue on the inside weather stripping or any of the door panel pieces once finished. Or if they did, it simply wasnt done well enough.Id definitely give this place a shot, they offer a warranty, they value their work, and their reviews and they are going to treat you right.Update to Owner Response:I wasnt expecting the are you sure you came here? response, I typically only see those on negative reviews, but Im 100% sure I know where I got my windows tinted. My previous vehicle was tinted here, so I coupled my two experiences together to provide a review.Ill bullet point my suggestions:- Ask if the tints purpose is purely cosmetic or to block out heat if someone wants a quote. Or just offer up all 3 prices right out of the gate, not just the cheapest one to get them in the door.- If you have to slide back a customers seat for more leg room, thats understandable, but there is no need to recline the seat like a dentist chair in order to get comfy when youll only be driving it for less than 3 minutes. It made me wonder if my vehicle was used for an errand, though I am 100% sure it was not.- Inspect the tint before it leaves the shop; I had a 2-3 inch crease and puncture that was easily visible- Wipe down the inside door panels and weather stripping once finished to get rid of the residue from the application solutionThe first two points have no bearing over my review and are purely to give a customers point of view.The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because both times Ive come in for a tint job, Ive had to come back a 2nd time; once because there was no tinting material, the one thats offered from the tinting wheel.

Got my 2016 chevy malibu windows tinted and wow what the best place to get it done. The communication was excellent. I even had to get a window retinted due to window being broken and they did a wonderful job. Highly recommend all my family and friends to come here and get there windows done.
