I had my old discolored and pitted kitchen sink re-glazed and it looks brand new again! This is the second time I have hired them and both times they did not disappoint. Chris was polite, extremely professional and very respectful of my home. His work was of outstanding quality. I will definitely be using them again for any resurfacing projects in the future.

I had an occasion to use Surface Specialists for a small repair on an acrylic whirlpool tub. They were able to fix the tub quickly, professionally and you cannot tell the difference! I highly recommend Surface Specialists!

Tried calling, left a message and never heard back. Called back again 2-3 weeks later and I got a answer but there girl said to text number and someone will respond by tomorrow. I’m shading she didn’t want to give me a price or look anything up since it was close to their closing time. Guess what, I Never heard back again. I went with a different company that actually respond and we’re extremely friendly. I had two tubs needing to get done so that lost out on money. I do not recommend this place due to them never responding.

Surface Specialists of Charleston performed mini miracles in our home! We bought a townhouse that needed some TLC, especially for the kitchen sink, and the shower and tubs. Not only do they look amazing, but they were wonderful to work with. I can’t recommend them highly enough, we’ll definitely call them again if and when the need arises.

Scheduling the repair, and getting quotes took a bit longer than we initially expected (only reason why we did not give 5 stars). However, once the repairs were scheduled, follow-up calls and reminders were answered quickly. On the day of shower and tile resurfacing, the Technician showed up on time, had all the necessary equipment (PPE, paint, guns, ventilation, hosing, etc…), and was able to finish the job in a fraction of the time initially estimated. Technician was friendly and certainly a master at his craft, would highly recommend for this type of job and more. Overall, we had a positive experience with Surface Solutions. The pricing was fair and was a great alternative to other, more expensive, tub and tile changes that you could consider. Thank you!

We have a Jacuzzi tub that the pump went out. Called company and they sent Lee a man out of Charleston SC. He came earlier than expected which was good for me. He was very polite, a good conversationalist and he had our tub fixed within an hour. Thank you Lee.

Lee came by to make a modification to my shower, during his time here I asked him to look at some other items for future repairs. He had time while some of the material was drying on my main project to check out what they could/could not do for these future projects.Lee dropped by on time, answered plenty of my questions and was very tolerant of my dawg.

These guys are great!I had a uniquely difficult bathtub to resurface - It took the guy roughly 4 extra hours of labor in a hot, poorly venerated little bathroom to finish. He went above and beyond to get the job done in one day, and never once mentioned increasing the price (which would have been reasonable, honestly). He didnt even want to accept a tip!If youre going to resurface your bathtub, call them first.

My name is Connie. In 2014 I had a Jacuzzi Walk-in Hot Tub installed for my mother in her home in Charleston S.C. Recently I was informed by an exterminator company of an apparent leak and rotten boards beneath the tub. I was also informed that there was mole on the rotten boards. As the labor warranty on the tub had since long ago expired, I was at my wits end with extreme anxiety about the cost which now was my responsible. I knew that in order to repair the damages, I needed someone with knowledge and experience in removing and reinstalling Jacuzzi Hot Tubs. I contacted Jacuzzi for support in locating a reliable source to perform the required work - removing the tub, repairing the damage (rotten) wood, and reinstalling the tub properly. Jacuzzi reached out to Heather at Surface Specialists of Charleston, SC for their support in the matter. Although, Surface Specialist was not able to perform the work directly, Heather, from Surface Specialist went above and beyond in helping to locate a company who could, which was Tim Connolly of Connollys Bath and Tile Works of Ladson, SC. Of course, I reached out to Tim for his support. Within a couple of days after contacting him, he took time out of his business schedule, contacted my mom and was there to assess the situation. It was discovered that although there were damage (rotten) boards beneath the tub; however, prior to installation of the tub, new flooring was install to support the tub, and there is no current or signs of prior leaks. In other words, the floor is stable and sound. Upon hearing this news, Heather took the time to call to assure me that there was no need for any further repair work. She also informed me that if there was ever a need or had questions moving forward and I could contact her or Tim for their assistance. They were very professional and considerate of my concerns. I really appreciate what they did for me, but especially for my mom!
