Im incredibly impressed with this business. They were super polite and got straight to work. They were SO fast! I was shocked how quickly they got our two gigantic trees down and cleaned up. They worked together as a team that knew their jobs very well to be able to be as quick as they were. I will definitely be referring clients and friends to this business.

Horrible phone quality. We called twice to try to give this company a shot. First time, it took a week for anyone to cal us back only for them to go to the wrong house. The second time, we had a scheduled appointment for them to be a no show with no call. I called once more only for them to suggest using someone local when they are down the street. Worst customer service and secretary. I’d sit on the phone with Comcast or Verizon before I would ever use this company. So disappointing considering they had great review.

Let me start this review of Kervin Brothers Stump & Tree Company with a little history. My father-in-law was in this same business for over fifty (50) years and if he could have seen the professional, courteous, and outstanding workmanship he would have been impressed. The crew worked as a very cohesive unit to provide the type of customer service that is so rare today.They removed four (4) trees, pruned another tree, ground stumps, thoroughly raked, cleaned, and blew the yard, walks, patio, and driveway. When they finished the job my yard was in better shape than when they arrived.After the crew left Jeff Kervin came back to the jobsite to make certain everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. I cannot imagine a scenario where it could have been better.I will not consider using any other tree service. Kervin Brothers, in my opinion, is the epitome of the gold standard in their line of work!

Have used company twice over several years and have been extremely satisfied with their work both times. Very reasonable with their pricing. No need in even considering contacting another company for tree removal.

Jeff Kervin & his crew helped finish a big job left incomplete in N. Augusta. The previous Tree Service company we used, Thompson Tree Climbers, stopped a 17 tree project halfway and walked away. After searching for some contractors locally to take on this job under short notice, Jeff changed his crews schedule, showed up on a Saturday and has been prompt, professional, & reasonably priced throughout the entire project. I called these guys to come out and look at some dead trees that were dropping limbs and causing damage to my roof. They promptly came out to give me an estimate.
