Excellent job removing trees in our front and back yard. Also did trimming and removed stumps. We have utilized their service on two occasions. Very professional and I would highly recommend their services.

Offered a very reasonable price for tree part that fell on my side of the yard. They took special care and precaution of the setup of their machines to ensure no damage occured when cutting the tree.

I cant really comment on their tree removal ability. Jim came by unsolicited and quoted a price on two trees. Called him April 24 to have him come over. He said hed come by soon, but after not hearing anything from him, I called back May 5. He apologized and said hed come by in the next few days. After hearing nothing after that, I called back on May 11. This time I told him it was the last time I was calling if he didnt show up. He promised to come by THAT DAY or the day after and apologized profusely. Its now May 18. Ive heard nothing from him and had another company come out to take them down today - since one was in serious danger of falling in the coming days storms.

Called to set up a day and time for someone to come give me an estimate on having 25 trees removed from my property . Spoke with a gentleman and set it up. The day came and nobody showed up or even called me. I let a few weeks go by still with no call from them so I gave them another call. Gentleman answered the phone and I explained what happened. He said he remembered who I was and apologized for what happened and also thanked me for giving them another chance. He said he was at a customers house and would call me after he left. He took my information and we got off the phone. It has now been another 2 or 3 weeks and I have not heard from them. I find this to be very poor customer service considering he told me I live right down the road from him. I would not recommend them to anyone else.
