Ive been a customer of this store for a very long time. Out of all my visits, there has NEVER been a bad one. These guys work hard at providing great service to my car and are always friendly, helpful, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right! I actually love going here! It can be difficult today finding people who are friendly and will spend time with you to ensure you are given the best deal on your needs. I just got 4 new tires yesterday with an alignment and am so happy and pleased with the whole process. Steven was my first contact there and he was just awesome! He has the kind of personality that is rare today. As I sat waiting, I watched him interact with people coming in and people calling. He was so amazing. I LOVE this place and will continue my relationship there. Wouldnt think of leaving!!!

Rodney and the closing manager were great!! Accomodated me easily, didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt need. Just got me exactly what I needed and got me out of there at a reasonable price! Thanks guys!

I stopped her for a quote on some new tires after calling around other tire shops in the area, the gentlemen that helped me here were extremely professional and helpful. The manager would much rather talk than listen. Hes only interested in his own opinion. However, lucky for him, hes surrounded by intelligent people who work hard to help customers. The tire technician kindly offered clear advice on a mechanical issue and not for his gain as likely the manager would have. The gentleman working the desk and who I spoke to on the phone was very accommodating, as was Amber who was also very nice. They were only one person away from 5 stars.

Didn’t even make it inside I called to ask about prices and the man hung up in my face. It was very unprofessional.

Multiple terrible experiences. Purchased the road hazard warranty and each time I have a claim they make an excuse on why it cant be fixed and that I would need to purchase a new tire at a discounted rate. I was offered a free alignment check and was charged full price saying the alignment was off bad. When I asked for the alignment print out they reversed the charges saying no adjustment was done and it was good. I recently dropped my car off for an oil change and alignment and they had to keep the car overnight. I arrived to pick it up the next afternoon and alignment wasnt done. So 2 days for an oil change. They do not honor any of the free benefits that they advertise. They make more excuses than my kids in order to get out of doing the work.

Went to buy tires for my daughter car from W-M. got there at 7:30a.m. only to fine out they open up at 10:a.m. my brother-law told instructed me to go to Tire Plus great service, timely service, great associate, clean and I was out in a less then and hour. Thank you Tire Plus

Great friendly staff

On prior visits to another location, my experience with Tires Plus had been lackluster. This time, however, shortly after scheduling the appointment, I was contacted by someone from the shop and advised of their stock, the costs involved, and given a breakdown of the entire invoice even prior to my visit. As I waited there at the shop for service completion, the crew almost immediately got to work on my vehicle and swiftly completed my tire replacement and got me on my way. Given my previous experience, I was expecting a longer wait time and other potential problems, however I was very pleasantly surprised at how friendly, efficient, and thorough they were at this location. Thanks again to them all.

5 stars doesn’t do justice for this place. Employees either make or break a business and the employees here are Top notch with a capital “T”Friendly, understanding, outgoing and make you feel like important. Shoutout to Kevin and Kim at the front desk for helping us out and getting us taken cared of quickly.We have never been here before, nor met anyone here before but today, we were in a bind when our family minivan got a flat tire on the road and needed a speciality hard to find tire and they took care of us with exceptional service.We will be back next time we need anything. Was going to leave a 1 star review today but because of good business practices they won a 5 star review.....Made an appointment yesterday for today (Sunday) for a tire replacement, had a really bad tire with threads showing so didnt want to drive on it. So took the tire off and walked 1 mile to the shop only to be told they didnt have what I wanted. Why wasnt I called is my big question. I was a little upset to say the least due to heat exhaustion and walked out leaving my husband to talk with the man. He ended up making sure to make us happy even though he didnt have to do what he did he went far and beyond to make sure we were happy, THANK YOU and thanks for being a good manager, YOU NEED A VACATION DUDE GIVE THE MAN A VCAY!!!!!!!!!

I made an appointment online for 1030 am. I arrive 10 minutes early and I am told that my appointment was invalid and that all Saturday appointments are filled by Tuesday. He proceeds to say that he hasn’t gotten around to calling people and telling them that their appointments are cancelled. This is a HORRIBLE way to conduct business. I will not be returning.

I have used this Tires Plus several times over the last 5 years. I have never been impressed. Stick with tire mounting and replacement. They always try to up-sell and sell you on THEIR items and service almost to the point of pushy. I find their estimates for service to be very high, based on where Ive been able to get the work and parts elsewhere. I come from an automotive savvy family and always hope they will explain things like they should, but they never do. I always purchase my tires outside and bring them for installation. I have other specifics but it would take too long. I LOVED my Tires Plus in Oklahoma, they were wonderful. So it has to be an ownership thing...or maybe Tires Plus on the National level has changed that much

Waited almost 4 hours for car to get 2 totes It was suggested that O come back Monday although had called Friday. Had almost flat spare tire. Felt as if I was sold extra tire and car seems out of alignment although paid for it. Mechanic nice but had to ask him to put jack with tire in trunk. Thorn found they had temobed trunk light and cannot put it back. Got a reply from some group I guessed they hire to fix situation but asked for address of store. No hands on accountability. No attempt to rectify situation although seem to be playing game by emailing to ask for personal information. Update. Told to use bogus website. This store is intent on robbing customers. Gave bogus e mail Refused to respond.

Drop my tire off to have a patch and told it would take 1 hour. 2 hours go by and tell me they hadnt even looked at it and claim they cant patch it. Will never bring my vehicles here again. Service is incredibly slow and poor.*editI took the tire to another shop and within 15 minutes they had it patched up and Ive been riding on it for 4 months and still going strong.

Needed my tire repaired Tire Plus could not fix it so they sold me a new tire for my Subaru Outback 2013 loaded the tire in the run in my truck. I got home put the tire on the Subaru I noticed the emblem on the tire was missing. No big deal I went back to this location they looked for it could not find it. Jami says we can order one for you Im like great. Two weeks no call I go back spoke with Jamie again she put my in contact with Bobbi. She took a picture on a cell phone same thing we want to order the correct model. Two weeks later I called and was told we need a picture of your VIN went back they sent to tire changer to take the picture on the cell. Its August 23rd I called the store August 18th asked for Bobbi was told she at lunch I will have her call you. No call No Emblem. Convenience is not worth it terrible customer service. Taking my business elsewhere very disappointed.

I Called to check pricing to get a new tire on the rim. I provided accurate information about tire type and they said it would be $94 for the tire and $130 out the door. I got there and they had a deal running so I decided to get 4 new tires. $94 a tire turned into $175 a tire becaise thats the only tire they could get. Okay, so I went with the better tire, not upset. They recommended an alignment too which I decided to get. Came to pick up truck, was told that they couldnt do the alignment because of no technician. Tires were mounted and balanced fine as far as driving it back home went. The worst part is that they just threw my spare into the bed for me to put back up under the truck... its an F250 and not the easiest thing to do. Bobbi seems to be nice and knowledgeable... not sure about the rest of the team.

I recommend getting the tire insurance.. it is definitely worth it! One advice to the workers there: Please do not use that air compressor to tighten the lug nuts.. we dont normally carry air compressors in our vehicle, and I couldnt loosen the lug nuts myself. I had to call someone to help, and it took two of us to loosen them!

Worst business ever. How do they stay having business is mind blowing. Brought them my tire to be changed out and having been waiting for over an hour. People are standing around talking in the bay and my Tire still isn’t fix. Worst place to ever bring in for anything.

Needed two tires and although they were a little overpriced, they did get them done pretty quickly considering I just walked in on a Saturday. They do try to upsell you on stuff though. Honestly, I would never send my wife or kids in there because theyd leave thinking they needed that $90 air filter or something. Lol. Its typical of pretty much all tire places though... Ill never fall for the courtesy engine check. Just put the tires on and dont touch anything else please...

Couldnt find a hole in my tire the two times I took it there, then next day I received a flat on the way to work and was late. Was going to have my brakes done/Roters, new tires and oil but I do not trust their service. Plus the cost of the brakes I could purchase for cheaper myself online. Id give them no stars if I could.

When someone shows you who they are, believe them. My wife has been burned twice by this Tires plus and we will not be going back. We were falsely told that new brakes were needed and upon further inspection this was proven to be false. The second occasion they tried to tell her windshield wipers were $90 when we were quoted $9.99 a piece. I have come to the conclusion if they see a women they think they can take advantage of the situation. They do good work and get the cars back quickly, but you have to be aware of their tricks.

OK price. Customer service is decent, but they try to talk you into things you dont need. Probably just their job. One of the tires I bought ruptured two days later and because I had to take it off the car to put my donut on to drive back down there it voided the warranty. However, I did get a severely discounted replacement tire because of it, so I may go back if I cant find a cheaper tire anywhere else

Wish I could give NEGATIVE stars! I brought my car here two times to get 2 tires. Was never advised I needed an alignment. Now 6 months later tires need to be replaced. I even took car back a month ago to be checked out and they advised nothing was wrong. Had to take to dealership and paid $50 just for them to tell me alignment was OFF! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

These people took more than 2 hours for a simple oil change. Which could be done in less than 20min. I sat there for 2hours, gave me recommendations, when i said i will pass took another 30min to put it back. Thats not the way to show people that you are busy.

They were honest thought I needed brakes and tires turns out brakes were fine and I had a Interstate battery from elsewhere it was decharging before time they replace free.

I have had 3 vehicles taken here for tires. There has not been an issue. I always just drop the vehicle off here in the morning, and pick up in the afternoon. Avoid the wait.

Had an appointment for 2pm for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Got there about 15 minutes early and a hour later the car finally went in the bay, then it takes over an hour for the work. A 30 minute job takes over an hour. Put car on lift, raise lift, drain oil and take off old oil filter and let drain, rotate the tires while draining, when tires are rotated replace the oils drain plug and put new oil around the seal on the new oils filter and put it on, lower the vehicle and add the recommend amount of oil, start vehicle, cut it back off wait about 25-30 seconds recheck oil level, add if under, put the dipstick back close hood and get it the hell out of the bay. Guess they dont understand what productivity is or customer service. Take youre vehicle somewhere else that has true professionals, this place is worse than jiffy lube. Wish Google would let me put half a star.

If your a female you have to bring a man in or or someone who knows mechanics they see a female coming and they will make up problems with your vehicle or catastrophize existing issues and try to get you to replace things that do NOT need replacing. they have done this with multiple women in my family lucky for us we have a couple mechanic savvy individuals that simple have gotten too old to do the physically labor themselves and kept us from spending thousands of dollars we didnt need to spend on parts that didnt need to be replaced.

I will NEVER take a vehicle to this place again! I got an 1hr estimate for an oil change 4hrs later they still havent gotten to my car! Its a 10min process people! I had a bad experience with this establishment years ago so I was sceptical about going back there in the first place. Now I remember why I stayed clear of this place for about 5 yrs. Worst in the CSRA. Not worthy of 1/2 a star.

Had oil change and coolant flush, and courtesy battery check. Dropped it off with no appointment, and was ready in about 2 hours.

Terrible service, waited 4 hours for a tire to be fixed. Tire couldnt be repaired (so the mechanic said) wanted to keep my truck till the next day until they could get a new tire. Asked the mechanic how much longer till I could get the truck back and he had a real bad attitude about it. Took truck to Tyler tire in Aiken and they had the tire fixed in 20 minutes. I will never go back to tires plus again.
