Kevin and Lindsey got me squared away on my car with an oil change. Showed me some issues with my tires and made recommendations for best way (cheapest) for addressing the issue. VERY FAIR PRICING so I brought my wifes car up less than an hour later. They accepted the coupon (10% off) and had a very clean waiting room and nicely organized shop! The technicians who worked on my vehicles were helpful, nice and knowledgeable.THIS is our new shop now. We would strongly recommend using this location! Wonderful experience both times I went. Servicing my company car so they worked with me to figure out how to process it. Fit me in even when they were short staffed and busy. Always friendly; professional

I came to them with a leaky radiator and that was the only issue they said I had on the first inspection. I was charged 934 dollars for the replacement radiator service. 2 weeks later my car starts overheating again, so I take it back and they reinspect. Now they tell me the leak moved to the gasket and its going to cost another 734 dollars to repair it. I get someone else to look under the hood and they tell me that whoever replaced my radiator put it on in a way where the caps werent on properly which caused the damage to the gasket due to pressure. Since precision tune was unable to notice this issue within the first inspection I believe the other mechanic. This location will damage your vehicle, then try to charge you to fix the problem they caused. The problem I had should not have cost me more than 750 to 800, but now Im looking at maybe a 1700 dollar total over one bad radiator. Going to them was a HUGE MISTAKE.

They changed the power steering pump on my car. The pump seems to be working, but all of the power steering fluid has leaked out.

If you want a family feel when it comes to caring for your vehicle go to precision. Its not about money to them but maintaining a healthy customer relationship. Best around.

This was my first time going to this shop. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their attention to detail. Most importantly, they were HONEST.

Waited about 10 minutes to get tires pumped up. But, overall nice place & service.

Did a great job fixing my truck. Had it back to me in less than 24 hours when I replaced the water pump and right rear control arm.

I have brought my vehicle here several times. They are quite pricey but that is typically the norm in the auto repair business. I recently took my car to have the alternator replaced and had to return within 1 month because the alternator was defective. The next time my car needs repairs I will take it somewhere else and will be comfortable knowing they will do a better job than this particular Precision tune location.

Beyond friendly! Great phone etiquette and knowledge of services/products offered. They called every step of the way and then some to make sure I was okay with what they had to do. Work done in a timely manner. I will certainly be spreading the word and returning for any future work needed.

I will NEVER go back. First experience was okay. 3 Star Okay. I got my oil changed, after I arrived home it appeared that my oil was leaking. Took it back, they said it was their fault. Apparently, the technician decided not to clean my engine when he was finished and left enough oil to create large puddles in my garage.....Fine, I try not to judge a place just on one experience, so I was willing to give it another chance. This time I had recently had some work done outside of town and noticed a small leak. Knowing it was probably just a small thing because I had the work done by trustworthy mechanics, I decided to stop by Precision and ask if they would take a look, just to see if the filter was leaking or the drain plug was loose. The front desk told me, it would cost 49.99 to look at my car! TO LOOK AT IT! That is outrageous! Politely, I declined and drove down two blocks to Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube inspected my car for no charge and told me the problem which had to do with the drain plug. They will be getting all my business in the future. I hope no one has to pay 49.99 to be told their oil drain plug was loose....

Just moved to the Augusta area a year ago and researched heavily on a mechanic shop and repair facility. Precision tune auto care is by far the best place Ive gone to for any quick service or repair I need. Extremely efficient, very knowledgeable and HONEST! Would recommend to my closest family member.

After explaining the work that I needed to be performed on my vehicle, I was assured that the work could be done. I received a price quote for the work and found it to be very reasonable. The service manager worked with me in order to get the parts needed to perform the work and was able to schedule the service around my busy schedule. Once the work began, I received updates about the status of the work and any problems that occured. They were honest and straightforward about any issues that they came across. They made a difficult situation much more manageable. I highly recommend.

Ill never go back.. they didnt wanna own up to the mistake they made... Had to argue to get my issue resolved and even then I had to go buy more antifreeze to put in my car after it leaked out because their technician didnt know what he was doing..

I was traveling for work and the serpentine belt broke on my SUV the evening of Dec. 22. I walked 1.5 miles that night to an auto parts store to buy a new belt and back and settled down in my car to sleep till the morning when I could call AAA. The wrecker arrived in the morning in the pouring rain and loaded my vehicle and took me to the shop just as they opened. They put on the belt and when I prepared to pay them they said no charge and to have a merry Christmas! How awesome is that! I will never forget it!

Had a flat on the road and called all around for a place with a sensor type valve stem. No one had one. Precision was the only place that could help us. They were fast and courteous and charged about half what I was expecting to pay. Very satisfied!

I got an oil change (full synthetic) and a patch for my tire. It was comparably priced, and the wait was a bit long, but other customers didnt have as long a wait. The customer service was amazing though, and the work was well done. I would absolutely recommend this place, especially with such shoddy places nearby.

A Very fast & efficient oil change. Most places take 1-2 hrs.I was out in less than35 min. The tech. also checked for other issues.( No other company did this.)Im happy to know that the age & mileage of my truck,(2004 w/o 211,000 miles)it is still in good shape.The tech. informed me that the rear main seal is starting to leak, & to change the transmission fluid,etc. ILL be a regular customer from now on.!!!!!(Score 10 out of r place did this)

I recently had work done at the North Augusta Precision Tune Center. I was very impressed with the work and the professionalism. I experienced quick service- nice, helpful employees - and quality work. Thank you Precision Tune!.

I had my break light come on in my jeep. I have all the factory service manuals and chiltons. I monitored my vehicle for 2 days and had NO leaks of any sort which pointed to a faulty master cylinder. It had full fluids and NO leaks seconds before pulling it into that shop. After 30 minutes they claimed to have isolated the problem and said the entire system would need replaced. I asked to be shown and sure enough fluid was spouting from a perfect hole and drenched all over the underside of my vehicle. Do not take your vehicle here, find somewhere else.

Ill try to summarize my horrible experience with this place as succinctly as possible. Long story short, they tried to rip me off by selling me a job the vehicle didnt need, then kept the truck all day, removed the working part for no reason, ordered the wrong part, and didnt get the job done. It turns out, they lost my wheel lock key and told me I was welcome to recover it myself from the guy that no longer works there.I ended up getting the work done somewhere else. I would strongly recommend you do the same.

These guys have always looked out for my wife and I they have taken very good care of all three of our cars they have also rescued and helped our daughters with their vehicles they are honest hard-working guys and do wonderful work and are always there in a pinch if needed

Since 2013 Precision Tune Auto Care has been the ONLY place Ive been taken my car to get ANY type of repair done, great group of guys as well as the services they provide along with there efficiency, so make sure if you need anything done come here because you might walk in upset but I promise you will leave satisified.

First & foremost, service representatives are very friendly & courteous from the time you walk in. Was in & outta there in 15 minutes for an oil change & air filter replacement. No line, no waiting when you have an appointment!

Only okay for oil changes. Anything complicated they either cannot do, overcharge, or do not know how to do and do a poor job. Came here for an alignment issue and they could not figure out what the issue was. Brought it to trucks and Moore and it was fixed the next day

Not impressed with the lack of customer service, or the over charged labor rate. Beware of the labor rate, they say its $88 per hour but then tried to justify charging me $200 for an hour and half job. Wont be servicing my vehicle here anymore.Giving this 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the problem with the vehicle was fixed, it just disappoints me that their business model doesnt put the customers interests and respect first.
