Fantastic service, so respectful and HONEST! I came in to do all 4 tires but the associate said they wanted to inspect my tires first. He came back and told me my back tires were in fantastic condition and had the technician inspect them to be sure. I feel other places would have changed those out for the money and not cared about my wallet. I watched the associate, Jacob I think was his name, and he treated every customer with the same kindness, respect, and honesty. Whatever he is paid, he deserves more. Absolutely an asset that has earned this company a lifetime customer!

I was having trouble getting my drain plug off my oil pan, I had previously gotten my oil changed MONTHS ago at NTB. Chris took my car back immediately, got me a new drain plug, and changed my oil for nothing. Not only did I appreciate that but he didn’t have too. Went on a Saturday to get my oil changed and was told they were booked for 10 days. Went down the road and got it done right away. Ive had alot of oil changes and never heard of a 10 day wait. Better always call before you go to this location.

If you are having troubles with your vehicle, go to this NTB. The entire staff was extremely professional, courteous, and quick. We blew a tire a ways away from the shop, and we were disappointed to find they didn’t offer roadside assistance, but one of the staff members (Chris) went out of his way to come pick us up from where we were, before changing our tire in less than 10 minutes. Great service from Jacob and his team. Prices are competitive with other local businesses.

Had a trailer tire blow out on the interstate and we stopped by here. Staff was nice and respectful and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. About 30 miles later, another tire blows and we find that all our trailer tires are inflated to 45 pounds instead of the 65 required on the tire causing the tire to blow out. First and last time coming to NTB again.

Exceptional customer service! My work truck had a flat tire and I was able to make it to National Tire and Battery. The staff is super friendly. They did not have a hydraulic jack to lift the truck, but they were able to put air in the tire and make recommendations for someone to do the repair. They saved me a lot of time, money, and headaches!

I would give it a little lower rating than one star if I could. My husband and I made an appointment over a week and half ago. We had one appointment at 11:00 am and 11:30 am. My husband was very clear telling the appointment setter that we had two cars that needed serviced. I show up today with my husband and they only had one appointment. I was basically told tough about my appointment. They could have made the situation right, but they chose to go the other route. I would have accepted the I am sorry, but I plan on servicing your vehicle because I already compromised to do so. I would have felt better about the situation. There was no attempt to resolve the situation. I ended up having to make an appointment elsewhere, and now I have to wait yet another week to get my car serviced due to the incompetence of NTB.

Came in for a vehicle inspection for work. They said I needed 2 new tires to pass. I went somewhere else and got 2 new tires for about half their quoted price. I came back for the inspection a week later and they said I needed a new tire to pass. I bought their tire, and asked to keep the old one. I see the old one still has plenty of tread. I feel swindled. But at least i passed and I have a good spare.

The service went ok, but they made a mess with the oil, it was all over my fuse box on the outside of my fender on diver side, driver side door handle and even on my steering wheel, not happy about that at all since i always keep my truck very clean

Had two appointments get pushed back several weeks without explanation and then when I showed up for my 8:00 am appointment no one is there and I see its closed. I never received any notice they were closed. They should have at least notified me so I didnt come so early for nothing. Poor customer service

I could not believe the SPEED of the service we got here. The guy at the front desk came racing out in the rain to check us in for our appointment. They estimated a full replacement of all four tires to be an hour and a half, but it only took maybe 45 minutes.Ive had tires replaced in at least half a dozen different major cities in this country, but I thought service like this was only something youd see in movies. I am impressed.

I love this place! it does take them some time to get your vehicle done but they always do a great job! if you call ahead of time to set up appointment your in and out much faster than a walk in. just a little FYI.. but overall great place to take your vehicle.

I lost my left headlight on Saturday night and went to this branch around 3pm on Sunday to change the bulb. The person in the reception followed me to the car and told me that they cant change this kind of bulbs and I have to go to the dealer. I had the feeling that he didnt want to waste his time with a minor fix like mine. I went home and searched on YouTube How to change the headlight of Chevy Cruze 2017, and I was chocked that it is so easy and people do it themselves. Next day I went to a mechanic round the corner in North Augusta and he did it for me in 3 minutes. What a shame on an organization like NTB😡😡😡

My last 4 oil changes have been done by NTB and they are very friendly and professional. The Augusta, Ga and N Augusta, SC locations are where I do business and they never try and sell me something that is unnecessary which is usually the case as being a woman sometimes makes places like this prey on our ignorance of auto repairs. I very satisfied with this company and their business practice.

Service is always satisfactory . Love working with Melissa. Unfortunately she wasnt there the day i had service performed. My only problem is that when i had my orginal break work performed on my car at this location it was stated they came with a lifetime guarantee. Well i do not drive this car very much so it had been a a couple years before i needed break work. Now their response was that it had been to long since my last break job and my product was no longer covered by the lifetime warranty. I could understand if it was due to a mileage restriction but not just because the car is not driven often.

Called for a quote for 2 tires on my honda civic... the guy quoted me a price for tires that was about $150 more than what everyone else quoted. He said these tires were his cheapest tires... he also tried to feed me a line about how my tires were special and that he would be charging me extra just to put them on the rim... nobody else tried to charge me this magical extra fee.Needless to say, there are much better options without the special extra charges for cheap quality materials. I made an appointment for a tire rotation on my Ram 2500 truck. I arrived and they pulled my truck into the alignment bay but after a short wait I was told they had an equipment failure and couldnt rotate my tires. They did admit they usually sent trucks of my size to other businesses to get tires rotated. I just didnt understand why they made my appointment a couple of days in advance, knew my truck size and then admit they were not equipped to do it after I arrived. Beware of larger truck owners of 2500, 3500 or F250 & F350 owners.

Looking for help yesterday on a tire sensor. They sent a guy out who was obviously not having a good day. Didnt really want to talk to me at all. Couldve solve problem and didnt seem to care if he did or not. Told me there was nothing wrong so I drove off with my tire light still on. I have this procedure of activating a tire sensor done before at other shops with no issues. Should take 10 minutes at the most.

I normally never leave reviews but the service from here was more than excellent! I came less than an hour before close with a flat tire and while every other place turned me down they were more than happy to help and changed my tire in less than an hour. I can’t remember the name of the guy at the front desk but whoever was working the day of August 16, 2019 deserves a bonus! Lol

Like someone said, they are understaffed at the front but you cant find anyone more helpful. They are knowledgeable and will provide very good service. They stay very busy so the best thing to do is drop your vehicle off.

After waiting at the Walmart auto care for over an hour and 30 minutes I was told my car couldn’t be serviced( I needed my tire changed) I called NTB with 6 minutes until closing and they kindly helped me out. Chris and Tyrone were a big help !! You won’t regret trusting them with your vehicle

I did the but 2 get 2 deal with these ripoffs. they make u get alignment and lifetime balance and charge you for something they dont do. when I took my 2013 Toyota tundra to them to get tires it was pulling to the right. when I left it was pulling same way but more. they didnt align. got on interstate and steering wheel shaking like crazy. no balance either

Initially took my car in to see why the engine light came on and get my oil change. Well, they were too busy to check the engine light but they had time to change the oil.(Should have went elsewhere here) Dropped my car off around 9am, wasnt ready til 6pm. Seriously. Anyways Steve was more concerned with selling me tires than anything else, which rubbed me the wrong way since I already explained to him that my tires were under warranty else where. So cut to 10 minutes later my car, which has never given me ANY problems, broke down getting off the interstate. Highly pissed, I called and let them know what just happened and he says right away ALTERNATOR. Please tell me why Im on the side of the road because my motor locked down AND my car is leaking oil. From now on, I will NEVER take my car to ANY NTB again. Id rather go out my way to the dealership and pay more money than to go to NTB again...

I called ahead to confirm prices. I was given a firm quote. After I took time off from work, and drove 30 min. to the place, the price also had a 10% shop fee added to it which I was not told about. The manager said Everyone pays this Well, that should have been told to me on the phone before I came all the way over there. All in all, I lost around $40.00 and still didnt get my services. They also didnt tell me about the four hour wait time. This is a poor way to run a buisness. I am going to follow up with the corporate office to see if they are aware of these practices. Do NOT shop there!

They tried to over charge me for tire rotation. Manager told me it was because I have special sensors in my vehicle. I do not and he had to admit his mistake. Wow.

I,m give one star only because I cant give them a negative rating. I was lied to multiple times, kept my car for a week for an 4 hour job. When they finished with it I had to have a tow truck take to a real shop to repair what they did to my car. I wouldnt allow them to work on my kids toy cars. Ill say it again they LIED to me more than one time. The professional shop that fixed my car took pictures and documented the damage that NTB did to my car. Dont let this happen to you.

NTB saved us tonight! Just moved into a new house and popped our tire on the curb. Went over to Walmart first and they didn’t have the tire in stock and told us they couldn’t help us. This place is WAY better than the Aiken location. The Aiken store knocked my alignment off, made my tires unbalanced and tried to upsell me on some unnecessary work. Mike at the North Augusta location fixed everything that the Aiken location screwed up.

On Tuesday we took our car in for four new tires and an oil change. On the way to NTB I watched my screen to make sure the tire pressure was okay. I watched the pressure climb from 30lbs to 32lbs. My tire pressure sensors were working just fine. I haven’t had any issues in the two years since buying my new Jeep Renegade. About an hour after NTB started working on my car they called to say the tire pressure sensor was broken and that it would cost me $174 to replace. I let them know it wasn’t broken upon arrival. They agreed to cover the cost. My husband asked to see the sensor. It wasn’t just broken it was in pieces. If it was like that when I arrived it wouldn’t have been working. A little while goes by and they tell me they’ve broken a second sensor. After being at NTB for five hours they tell us our car is ready. My husband checked and they had not even changed out the valve stems on my new tires. They had to pull the car back in and work on it again. After telling us once again it was ready we pulled up the tire pressure screen on our car to check the tire pressure only to find out the tire pressure screen had been deleted. NTB told us to drive it a mile and it would come back on. That didn’t work. Then we were told to drive it 20 minutes and it would come back on. That didn’t work. I decided to go straight to the Jeep Dealership where they found that the sensors NTB put on did not work. To replace my sensors the cost would be $465. I contacted the NTB corporate office and they are supposed to be reimbursing this cost to me. It took the dealership 8 hrs to put the new sensors on and get them to calibrate. NTB had put my car’s computer into a different mode while trying to fix it themselves and caused the problems with the sensors for the dealership. I had gone to get new tires because my husband is on vacation this week and we were heading out of town. Now we’ve lost two days of vacation dealing with this nightmare.
