Not the cleanest salon I’ve been in. Sprayed the tools with alcohol in between pedicures. Definitely no frills here.

I walked in barley got a hello and was told they didnt have time, without even asking what I was there for... disgusting to treat people that way. You need to make it very clear that an appointment is needed for service. Than I call and she says 5 Min. UNPROFESSIONAL. and I will not be getting anything done here.

I give them two stars because the place is very clean and the people were very nice but when Im going away on vacation and I ask you to give me what I show you in the picture and you tell me you can do it but then dont have the proper supplies to do what I ask is a big disappointment.

Excellent service, called ahead to make sure they had space. I was very comfortable with the health and safety practices they are taking. Shields up between chairs, disposable nail kits, asked you if you were comfortable with hot rocks, lotion and hot towels etc before using. Signed a covid waiver prior to service.

This is my first time here and they were so nice to us, took their time, did an exceptional job,the price was amazing. I will be back again. Thank you.

I get my nails done by Emma and sometimes Toni and they both do an amazing job. I have been going for 3 years now and have never left not liking my nails. I absolutely love How they do my nails!!

Ive been going to this salon for over a year. Its an excellent salon! They do a great job and work fast so you dont need to spend hours getting your nails done.

Ive been coming to this salon since I was a kid with my mother. I will never go to another salon. Always so nice, clean and quick! And the prices are soo reasonable!

Very disappointed been there for years and loved tony but they mess up my appointment and were not accommodating there is no loyalty for a good and steady customer. So I will not be back.

Went inside for the first time. Stood there at the front desk 5 minutes and all 5 nail techs said nothing. No greeting, no how may I help you, no welcome, nothing. Clearly my service wasn’t needed so I drove to the next nail shop and got my nails done elsewhere.

Staff is kind and they are very affordable plus they do a very good job. TBS stands for The Best Salon and they are just that.

Very unaccommodating. Will make you wait after youve signed in, only to tell you an hour later that they have appointments and you have to wait 30 minutes longer.

I just started coming to TBS Nail Salon. My first visit was great they are so friendly, I will be going back.

The service is good but the wait time is ridiculous. The wait is an all day thing, dont make many plans.

Waited for 20 minutes to get my eyebrows waxed when a woman runs in to get waxed and gets taken back right away. In the mean time her car was in the fire lane with her baby in it.

Was a walk in no one greeted me. 1 Peron ahead of me. I sat there for 40 minutes with no communication from staff and had to leave. No one acknowledges me or gave me a waiting time frame
